Abstract
本发明磁控组合式自动阀,使用时,乙阀安装在供水管道上,甲阀安装在稻田内,用软管的一端与乙阀手动开关的管口连接,另一端与甲阀的第一进水口对接,稻田无水时甲阀置有的导柱在吊盘自身重量的作用下移,密封导套内的动铁芯、密封帽在磁环引力的作用下上移,与第一膜片置有的第一排压孔分离,第一膜片上移开启,乙阀通过连接软管,使得第二膜片上腔的压力得到拆放,水压顶起第二膜片开始进水,当稻田水位达到需求的高度时,甲阀设置的吊盘与水接触后失去自身重量,导柱在反推弹簧的作用下上移,此时导柱内磁环引力变小,当正推弹簧力大于磁引力时带动铁芯、密封帽复位,与第一排压孔吻合关闭进水,甲阀关停时,通过软管连接,使得乙阀第二膜片上腔压力无法拆放,在复位弹簧的作用下同时关停乙阀,如此反复起到控制供水的启停,保持稻田水位。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种组合式液位控制阀领域,具体说是由甲阀与乙阀组合的农业稻田新型水位自动控制阀。
背景技术
现有的水稻田控水技术中,管道压力式农田供水,一般采用电控制及手动阀两种方式控制稻田水位,电控制由控制器、电磁阀、水位传感器组成,由于电控成本高,加之存在一定漏电安全隐患,很难大面积推广使用,另一种手动阀,进水时靠人工开启,由于稻田面积较大,进水时间长,较易忘记关水,造成水源流失,同时增加用工成本,所以有必要对现有的农田灌溉技术加以改进,以满足农业节水自动化的实际需求。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种磁控组合式自动阀,由甲阀与乙阀组合而成,设计巧妙,使用方便,无需电源及人工操作,能自动控制稻田水位启停。
为了达到上述发明的目的,本发明提出了以下技术方案。
磁控组合式自动阀,甲阀包括定位螺杠、正推弹簧、动铁芯、密封帽、第一排压孔、第一衡压孔、第一膜片、第一阀体、第一进水口、外支架、内支架、磁环、导柱、吊钩、反推弹簧、密封导套、第一出水口、吊盘,乙阀包括手动开关、第二膜片、第二阀体、第二进水口、第二排压孔、复位簧、第二衡压孔、第二出水口,甲阀第一阀体内设置有圆环形第一进水口,第一出水口、第一阀体内环形口上置有第一膜片,第一排压孔、第一衡压孔,第一阀体外侧置有外支架和内支架、定位螺杆,密封导套内置有密封帽、动铁芯、正推弹簧,导柱内置有磁环、反推弹簧,导柱外侧下段置有吊钩、吊盘,乙阀第二阀体置有第二进水口、第二出水口、手动开关、第二排压孔,第二膜片、第二衡压孔、复位弹簧。
所述的甲阀第一阀体的外侧设置有外支架和内支架、定位螺杆,定位螺杆可根据稻田实际用水深度进行调节定位。
所述的甲阀第一阀体置有密封导套,密封导套内置有正推弹簧、动铁芯、密封帽。
所述的甲阀导柱上侧置有磁环,下侧置有反推弹簧,外侧下段设置有吊钩、吊盘,吊盘是实心,所用材料是比重与水相近的塑料。
所述的乙阀第二阀体置有手动开关与第二排压孔管路出口相贯通。
本发明的优点是甲阀设置有正推弹簧、反推弹簧,其目的是磁环上下移动时,提供密封导套内置的动铁芯、密封帽与第一排压孔分合功能,乙阀置有的手动开关,可以人工操作启停,甲阀与乙阀组合后,能在无需电源或人工看管情况下,自动控制稻田的水位启停,吊盘设计成实心盘,有效保证了甲阀的控水精度和使用寿命。

参照附图1、图2和图3磁控组合式自动阀,它包括定位螺杠(1)、正推弹簧(2)、动铁芯(3)、密封帽(4)、第一排压孔(5)、第一衡压孔(6)、第一膜片(7)、第一阀体(8)第一进水口(9)、外支架(10)、内支架(11)、磁环(12)、导柱(13)、吊钩(14)、反推弹簧(15)、密封导套(16)、第一出水口(17)、吊盘(18),乙阀包括手动开关(19)、第二膜片(20)、第二阀体(21)、第二进水口(22)、第二排压孔(23)、复位簧(24)、第二衡压孔(25)、第二出水口(26),甲阀第一阀体(8)内设置有圆环形第一进水口(9),第一出水口(17)、第一阀体(8)内环形口上置有第一膜片(7),第一排压孔(5)、第一衡压孔(6),第一阀体(8)外侧置有外支架(10)和内支架(11)、定位螺杆(1),密封导套(16)内置有密封帽(4)、动铁芯(3)、正推弹簧(2),导柱(13)内置有磁环(12)、反推弹簧(15),导柱(13)外侧下段置有吊钩(14)、吊盘(18),乙阀第二阀体(21)内置有第二进水口(22),第二出水口(26)、手动开关(19)、第二排压孔(23),第二阀体(21)内置有第二膜片(20)、第二衡压孔(25)、复位弹簧(24)。
所述的甲阀第一阀体8的外侧设置有外支架10和内支架11、定位螺杆1,定位螺杆1可根据稻田实际用水深度进行调节定位。
所述的甲阀第一阀体8置有密封导套16,密封导套16内置有正推弹簧2、动铁芯3、密封帽4。
所述的甲阀导柱13内侧置有磁环12,下侧置有反推弹簧15,外侧下段设置有吊钩14、吊盘18,吊盘18是实心,所用材料是比重与水相近的塑料。
所述的乙阀第二阀体21置有手动开关19与第二排压孔23管路出口相贯通。
本发明使用时,乙阀安装在供水管道上,甲阀安装在稻田内,用软管的一端与乙阀手动开关的管口连接,另一端与甲阀的第一进水口对接,稻田无水时甲阀置有的导柱在吊盘自身重量的作用下移,密封导套内的动铁芯、密封帽在磁环引力的作用下上移,与第一膜片置有的第一排压孔分离,第一膜片上移开启,乙阀通过连接软管,使得第二膜片上腔的压力得到拆放,水压顶起第二膜片开始进水,当稻田水位达到需求的高度时,甲阀设置的吊盘与水接触后失去自身重量,导柱在反推弹簧的作用下上移,此时导柱内磁环引力变小,当正推弹簧力大于磁引力时带动铁芯、密封帽复位,与第一排压孔吻合关闭进水,甲阀关停时,通过软管连接,使得乙阀第二膜片上腔压力无法拆放,在复位弹簧的作用下同时关停乙阀,如此反复起到控制供水的启停,保持稻田水位。

1.磁控组合式自动阀,甲阀包括定位螺杠、正推弹簧、动铁芯、密封帽、第一排压孔、第一衡压孔、第一膜片、第一阀体、第一进水口、外支架、内支架、磁环、导柱、吊钩、反推弹簧、密封导套、第一出水口、吊盘,乙阀包括手动开关、第二膜片、第二阀体、第二进水口、第二排压孔、复位簧、第二衡压孔、第二出水口,甲阀第一阀体内设置有圆环形第一进水口,第一出水口、第一阀体内环形口上置有第一膜片,第一排压孔、第一衡压孔,第一阀体外侧置有外支架和内支架、定位螺杆,密封导套内置有密封帽、动铁芯、正推弹簧,导柱内置有磁环、反推弹簧,导柱外侧下段置有吊钩、吊盘,乙阀第二阀体置有第二进水口、第二出水口、手动开关、第二排压孔,第二膜片、第二衡压孔、复位弹簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁控组合式自动阀,其特征是:甲阀第一阀体的外侧设置有外支架和内支架、定位螺杆,定位螺杆可根据稻田实际用水深度进行调节定位。
3.根据权利要求1所述的磁控组合式自动阀,其特征是:甲阀第一阀体内置有密封导套,密封导套内置有正推弹簧、动铁芯、密封帽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的磁控组合式自动阀,其特征是:甲阀导柱上侧置有磁环,下侧置有反推弹簧,外侧下段设置有吊钩、吊盘,吊盘是实心,所用材料是比重与水相近的塑料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的磁控组合式自动阀,其特征是:乙阀第二阀体置有手动开关与第二排压孔管路出口相贯通。
