Abstract
Provided is an elevator group management control system capable of improving the efficiency of special operations in which cars are caused to move preferentially to indicated destination floors. The elevator group management control system is provided with a hoistway (1A), a retraction space (2A) not included in the service floors, cars (3A, 3B), a special-call registration device (5), and a group management control device (6). The retraction space (2A) is provided at the end section of the hoistway (1A). A car (3A) can be raised and lowered inside the hoistway (1A) and stopped in the retraction space (2A).
