Abstract
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体是关于一种光固化漆,按重量份数计包括以下组分:全氟烷基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯50‑60份、甲基丙烯酰胺25‑35份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯10‑14份、乙酸乙酯20‑25份、正硅酸乙酯20‑30份、乙二醇20‑30份、丙烯酸三氟乙酯5‑10份、光引发剂0.5‑2份、纳米铜粉5‑7份、硅微粉5‑6份。本发明固化速度快,可在常温固化,生产效率高,制造方便、固化产物性能好,固化后制得的试样具有优异的附着力、抗划伤性及耐腐蚀性,涂装形成的漆膜成亚光色、成膜厚且广、硬度高、环保无气味、固化速度快,同时也具有在零摄氏度下固化的特性。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体是关于一种光固化漆。
背景技术
丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料主要成膜物质含羟基树脂,因其具有优良物理机械能力和优良的保光、保色、耐候性等特点而广泛应用于高耐化学性能的产品外壳的涂装,例如该热固性光固化罩光漆可以用于包装、一般工业的涂装体系中,例如广泛应用于自行车、摩托车、汽车、电冰箱、洗衣机、电风扇、仪器、仪表、精密机械和IT产品表面的涂装。
由于施加的表层涂层在光滑度和光泽度方面需具有出色的外观,并且需具有出色的耐腐蚀性,因而需要重施用的涂层具有出色的附着性,即出色的再涂附着性。然而,现有技术中已知的热固性丙烯酸涂料组合物,难以形成同时具有出色外观、耐腐蚀、耐高温、耐磨且附着性强的表层涂层。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有固化快和环保无气味的光固化漆。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明所述的一种光固化漆,按重量份数计包括以下组分:全氟烷基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯50-60份、甲基丙烯酰胺25-35份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯10-14份、乙酸乙酯20-25份、正硅酸乙酯20-30份、乙二醇20-30份、丙烯酸三氟乙酯5-10份、光引发剂0.5-2份、纳米铜粉5-7份、硅微粉5-6份。
进一步的,所述光固化漆,按重量份数计包括以下组分:全氟烷基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯54份、甲基丙烯酰胺30份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯11份、乙酸乙酯22份、正硅酸乙酯25份、乙二醇25份、丙烯酸三氟乙酯8份、光引发剂1.5份、纳米铜粉5.5份、硅微粉5-6份。
进一步的,所述光引发剂采用安息香双甲醚、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基丙酮(UV-1173)和苯甲酰甲酸甲酯(MBF)中一种或多种。
进一步的,所述纳米铜粉粒度为900-1000目。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明固化速度快,可在常温固化,生产效率高,制造方便、固化产物性能好,固化后制得的试样具有优异的附着力、抗划伤性及耐腐蚀性,涂装形成的漆膜成亚光色、成膜厚且广、硬度高、环保无气味、固化速度快,同时也具有在零摄氏度下固化的特性。

以下对本发明的优选实施例进行详细的描述。
实施例1
一种光固化漆,按重量份数计包括以下组分:全氟烷基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯50份、甲基丙烯酰胺25份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯10份、乙酸乙酯20份、正硅酸乙酯20份、乙二醇20份、丙烯酸三氟乙酯5份、光引发剂0.5份、纳米铜粉5份、硅微粉5份。
实施例2
一种光固化漆,按重量份数计包括以下组分:全氟烷基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯54份、甲基丙烯酰胺30份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯11份、乙酸乙酯22份、正硅酸乙酯25份、乙二醇25份、丙烯酸三氟乙酯8份、光引发剂1.5份、纳米铜粉5.5份、硅微粉5-6份。
实施例3
一种光固化漆,按重量份数计包括以下组分:全氟烷基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯60份、甲基丙烯酰胺35份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯14份、乙酸乙酯25份、正硅酸乙酯30份、乙二醇30份、丙烯酸三氟乙酯10份、光引发剂2份、纳米铜粉7份、硅微粉6份。

1.一种光固化漆,其特征在于:按重量份数计包括以下组分:全氟烷基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯50-60份、甲基丙烯酰胺25-35份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯10-14份、乙酸乙酯20-25份、正硅酸乙酯20-30份、乙二醇20-30份、丙烯酸三氟乙酯5-10份、光引发剂0.5-2份、纳米铜粉5-7份、硅微粉5-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述光固化漆,其特征在于:按重量份数计包括以下组分:全氟烷基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯54份、甲基丙烯酰胺30份、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯11份、乙酸乙酯22份、正硅酸乙酯25份、乙二醇25份、丙烯酸三氟乙酯8份、光引发剂1.5份、纳米铜粉5.5份、硅微粉5-6份。
3.根据权利要求1所述光固化漆,其特征在于:所述光引发剂采用安息香双甲醚、2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基丙酮(UV-1173)和苯甲酰甲酸甲酯(MBF)中一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述光固化漆,其特征在于:所述纳米铜粉粒度为900-1000目。
