Abstract
一种资源化利用提钒废水生产煤用催化助燃剂的方法,包括如下步骤:(1)调整提钒废水性质:将提钒废水置于罐或池内,加水液性质调整剂调整PH值至5.8~9.8,得溶液A;(2)制取煤用催化助燃剂:按质量百分比为溶液A 40~70%、稀土系催化剂29~50%、助燃剂1~10%的比例配料,在搅拌下将稀土系催化剂、助燃剂加入溶液A中制成均匀的液体,即得。本发明技术方法简单而实用,投资小,处理运行能耗很低,可以彻底解决制约钒产品工业可持续发展的含钒废水的严重污染的技术难题,提高企业经济效益,利于解决长期以来提钒废水处理的高投资、高能耗、高成本和二次污染问题,利于节能降耗和环境保护。

钒产品用途广泛,提钒的原料包括含钒的系列矿物如石煤、钒钛磁铁矿、钒渣等,当前,经济性最好规模最大的为钒钛磁铁矿冶金废渣-钒渣。提钒的主要方法有钠化焙烧、钙化焙烧、无盐焙烧等。钠化焙烧的提钒废水主要产生于沉钒过程中的上清废渣以及过滤脱水中的滤液,废水中的主要污染因子有PH、V5+、Cr6+、Fe2+、Mn5+、Ti2+、NH4 +、Na+、SO4 2-、Cl -等。钙化焙烧的提钒废水主要产生于过滤洗涤过程中的废水及酸浸残渣洗涤产生的废水,沉钒废水中的主要污染因子有PH、V5+、Cr6+、Fe、Mn、P、Mg和SO4 2-等。钠化和钙化焙烧提钒废水的最大差异在于钠化焙烧采用铵盐沉钒,不经循环利用其一次性废水中的氨氮浓度一般即可达5400mg/L或更高,而钙化焙烧工艺中一般不采用铵盐沉钒,故其废水中氨氮浓度很小。但无论采用哪种原料哪种方法提钒,钒产品生产过程中都会产生大量的含有高价钒、铬、钛、锰等重金属离子的废水,且由于提钒生产中,氯化氨或硫酸铵、碳酸钠、氯化钠和硫酸等化工原料的利用率偏低,产生的污染物种类多、毒性大、排放量大、危害重。以当前国内生产V2O5或V2O3的主要方法—钒渣提钒为例,以转炉钒渣为原料,采用钒渣粉磨—配盐、碱—氧化钠化焙烧—水浸—酸性氨盐沉钒—水洗多钒酸铵—粗钒—片钒—粉钒—还原生产V2O5或V2O3的工艺,其沉钒过程中,钒酸根与铵根离子大量结合形成多钒酸铵或偏钒酸铵沉淀,铬酸根或重铬酸根因不沉淀,与沉淀不彻底的钒酸根,及酸性条件下其他的钛、锰等水溶性离子或离子团一起留在溶液中进入上层液,水洗多钒酸铵时部分钒酸铵及其它水溶性金属离子等溶于水中。因此,其沉钒、水洗过程中产生的废水中含有铬酸铵〔(CH4)2Cr2O7〕、铬酸钠(Na2CrO4)、钒酸铵〔(CH4)2V6O16〕、偏钒酸钠(Na VO3)、钒酸氢铵(钠)(如NaH3V2O7)、锰酸钠、硫酸钛等及大量的钠盐、游离酸,且因原料不同、钠化或钙化方法不同、及含钒废水的部分循环利用方式及程度不同,含钒废水中的重金属成分含量及氨氮等污染物含量等有很大的差异,而相同原料及工艺条件下废水成分相对稳定。每生产一吨V2O5产生约30~60m3提钒废水,各类含钒废水的主要物化性质波动范围:
显然,提钒废水的危害包括有复杂的重金属污染、氨氮污染、高浓度氯盐和硫酸根污染等,实施全面的无害化处理是必须的。但至今,提钒废水的处理技术主要集中在提取废水中的重金属钒、铬等和处理废水中的高浓度氨氮这两个方面。
1)关于提钒废水中的重金属钒、铬、锰等的处理技术,国内外长期以来研究开发的应用方法已达二十余种,这些解决提钒废水中的重金属钒、铬、锰等的方法大致可分为如下四大类:
第一类是物理法:主要为吸附法,如硅藻土吸附法、沸石吸附法、活性炭吸附法、松木屑吸附法等,该类方法应用较为简单,但工艺流程长、投资较大、运行成本较高且带来二次污染。
第二类是化学法:主要有铁屑或硫酸亚铁沉淀法、二氧化硫沉淀法、钡盐法(氯化钡法等)、铁钡盐法(三氯化铁-硫化钡法)、高钒铁法等。如中国专利CN102337411A提供了一种从高铬低钒沉钒废水中回收钒和铬的方法,中国专利CN103922454A提供了一种酸性沉钒废水除锰的方法。这些方法应用成熟,但工艺流程长,大多投资大、运行成本高,且存在废渣处理等二次污染。
第三类是物理化学法:主要有离子交换法、溶剂萃取法、膜分离法(反渗透法、电渗析、膜萃取、超滤等)、电解法及电解+催化法等。物理化学法在环保应用方面已逐步形成一系例有效的方法,但对于提钒废水的重金属处理其工艺流程长、投资大、运行费用尚偏高,且存在二次污染。
第四类是生物法:主要有厌氧生物法、好氧生物法,若能选择适宜的菌群则能低成本的处理,但对于钒铬废水来说菌群的选育极困难,且存在后续处理和二次污染。
当前,工业上对于提钒废水中的重金属的处理大多采取化学沉淀法(铁钡盐法、铁屑或硫酸亚铁沉淀法、二氧化硫沉淀法、高钒铁法)和离子交换法。其中还原中和法在工业上应用最为广泛,所用的还原剂有:硫酸亚铁、铁屑、粒铁、海绵铁、废熔盐、二氧化硫、亚硫酸钠、焦亚硫酸钠、亚硫酸氢钠、硫代硫酸钠、硫化钠、苯替酪胺。中和剂有氢氧化钠、石灰、纯碱。
2)关于提钒废水中的高浓度氨氮的处理技术:
含钒废水属于含钒、铬、钛、锰、铁等多种重金属离子的强酸性高浓度氨氮废水,硝化菌和反硝化菌的活性和繁殖受到抑制,因此对于此类氨氮废水主要采用物理法和化学法。
物理法有反渗透、蒸馏,其化学法有离子交换法、空气吹脱、化学沉淀法、折点氯化法、电渗析法、电化学处理法、配位吸附法、微波法、催化裂解等。但上述方法的工艺流程长、投资大、运行费高,且会造成一定的二次污染。
其次是生物法处理,近年来,培育利用好氧或厌氧细菌的处理方法研究方兴未艾,尤其是厌氧氨氧化(细菌)工艺的培育开发工艺已成为含钒废水处理技术一个重要发展趋势,但各类生物法客观上尚处于实验室阶段。
现工业上大都采用空气吹脱法,而化学沉淀法(如沉淀为NH4MgPO4·6H2O结晶体)效果有限,尚未见用于工业生产。
3)关于提钒废水的高浓度氯盐和硫酸根污染的处理技术
实验室条件下,对于硫酸根的清除,可采用钡盐法(氯化钡、氢氧化钡等)有效沉淀清除硫酸根,但难以应用于提钒废水,因预处理工序复杂且钡盐成本极高。
同样,实验室条件下,对于氯根的清除,可采用树脂如D201阴离子交换树脂即可有效去除部分氯离子,但工业上处理工序复杂、运行费用高难以承受。
现工业上对于高浓度氯盐和硫酸根浓缩废液的处置,除少量的采取高耗能的多级负压蒸馏、浓缩结晶回收外,一般采取的处置方式是想办法直接废置。
事实上,根据《钒工业污染物排放标准》(GB26452—2011)的有关污水排放控制指标中,经过工艺复杂的较高成本的还原、中和处理后废水中的钒、铬和PH易于达标,但NH4-N(氨氮)、COD(化学需氧量)、SS(悬浮物)很难控制,尤其是氨氮的处理难度极大,国内现在还未见到有关含钒废水氨氮处理客观上达标的报道,含钒废水氨氮处理达标问题是目前国内钒制品厂废水处理所面临的一个非常棘手的难题,当前相对较为有效的处理方法主要有“空气吹脱+氧化除氨”或“吹脱氨氮+蒸发浓缩”或“吹脱氨氮+吸附”两级处理技术及“电解+催化氧化”技术,但这些方法的工艺流程长、设备较复杂、投资大、能耗高,存在二次污染,且脱氨氮后仍残留有大量浓浆废液需外运处置。
显然,上述技术方法虽然涉及到提钒废水中各类污染物的处理,但,一方面工艺流程长、投资大、能耗高、成本高,另一方面,仍存在废渣及浓缩液需要处理的问题和二次污染,而忽视了提钒废水中各种成份尤其是氨氮、盐类及水份资源的再利用,不符合绿色、低碳、循环经济发展理念。
鉴于此,提钒废水的无害化处理迫切需要有一种全新的思路和方法—同步解决好提钒废水中复杂的重金属污染、酚氰污染、氨氮污染、高浓度氯盐和硫酸根污染等问题,能达到资源化利用化害为利的目的。
另一方面,当前世界工业催化剂的生产对钒、铬、钛、锰、镍、铁、铜、钼、钨、锶、铯、铟、镓、锂、钾、钠、硅、稀土等产品的消耗日增,尤其是围绕节能降耗、节能减排的新兴的工业窑炉煤用助剂(如煤用催化助燃剂)的应用,对于以燃煤为主要能源的大国,更需要一种价廉的煤用催化助燃剂来促进节能降耗与减排。而提钒废水中含有大量的钒、铬、钛、锰、铁等可用的催化助燃剂金属元素、可用的氨氮及水泥生产所需的无机盐矿化助烧剂,如何突破传统的处理污染物思维模式,转而化害为利的资源化利用提钒废水,迫切需要一种全新的技术方法。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术的不足,提供一种成本较低的资源化利用提钒废水生产煤用催化助燃剂的方法。
本发明为解决提钒废水环保处理和资源化利用的技术难题,提供一种可简便的、低成本的资源化利用提钒废水中的组份,以提钒废水为主要原料生产工业窑炉煤粉燃烧用催化助燃剂,即直接以提钒废水中的水溶性钒、铬、钛、锰、钾、钠等离子及氨氮作为煤粉燃烧可用的助燃或催化助燃组份,以提钒废水中的水分作为煤用催化助燃剂的安全性溶剂,以提钒废水中的金属离子及硫氯氟磷等在干法旋窑水泥生产应用过程中转化为水泥熟料生产的矿化助烧剂,并以硅铝酸根团有效固融全部重金属离子,防止二次污染。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是,一种资源化利用提钒废水生产煤用催化助燃剂的方法,以提钒废水为主要原料生产工业窑炉煤粉燃烧用催化助燃剂,主要包括如下步骤:
(1)调整提钒废水性质:将提钒废水置于罐或池内,加水液性质调整剂调整PH值至5.8~9.8,得溶液A;
所述水液性质调整剂为含-NH2、-NH-、、NH4 +、NH3的化合物,优选一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、异丙醇胺、N-甲基单乙醇胺、二甲基一乙醇胺、氨、碳酸氢氨、碳酸铵等中的至少一种。所述水液性质调整剂的用量以水溶液的PH值至5.8~9.8(优选PH 6.8~8.8)为准。
(2)制取煤用催化助燃剂:以步骤(1)所得的溶液A为主要原料辅配以稀土系催化剂、助燃剂,按质量百分比为溶液A 40~70%、稀土系催化剂29~50%、助燃剂1~10%的比例配料,在搅拌下将稀土系催化剂、助燃剂加入溶液A中制成均匀的液体,即得煤用催化助燃剂。
步骤(2)中,所述稀土系催化剂为稀土元素的水溶性化合物,优选镧系轻稀土镧、铈、镨、钕、钷、钐、铕、钆、铽、镝、钬、铒、铥、镱、镥元素中至少一种的水溶性化合物,优选轻稀土元素的水溶性环烷酸盐、水杨酸盐、柠檬酸盐、酒石酸盐、氯盐、高氯酸盐、硝酸盐等中的至少一种。
步骤(2)中,所述助燃剂为水溶性锂化合物,优选硝酸锂、氯酸锂、环烷酸锂、水杨酸锂、酒石酸锂、柠檬酸锂、高氯酸锂等中的至少一种;助燃剂的用量视提钒废水中水溶性铬、钒、锰、钛、钠、钾等含量的高低调整用量以保证助燃效果,当提钒废水中的水溶性钒、铬、锰、钛、钾、钠等含量偏低时,助燃剂配比用量在1~10wt%范围内视具体情况提高用量,如助燃剂用量6~10wt%。
进一步,步骤(1)中,所述提钒废水,为各类提钒生产工艺过程中产生的含钒废水,或含钒废水循环利用产生的高浓度含钒废水,或经预处理(如经化学沉淀法或离子交换法处理)后的高氯高氨氮提钒废水。
进一步,步骤(1)中,采用经预处理后的高氯高氨氮提钒废水时,步骤(2)中的质量百分比配比为溶液A 42~50%、稀土系催化剂42~50%、助燃剂6~10%。
进一步,所述煤用催化助燃剂的用量优选为煤粉总质量的0.1~0.5%。
本发明的技术原理:
1)针对提钒废水的特征,尤其是钠化焙烧—水浸—酸性氨盐沉钒工艺生产过程中产生的含钒废水或废水循环利用产生的高浓度含钒废水的物理化学性质特征,依提钒废水中的各材料成分特点,视为三大原料组份,第一大原料组份客观上是可用作催化助燃的组份包括水溶性钒、铬、锰、钛、铁、钾、钠、氨氮与微量的镍、钴、铜等元素及可燃物;第二大原料组份事实上为可改善水泥生料易烧性、降低熟料烧成热耗、提高熟料烧成质量的矿化助烧剂包括适量的钒铬锰钛钾钠氟氯硫磷元素;第三大原料组份为水。资源化利用提钒废水中的全部材料构成的三大原料组份,直接以提钒废水中的水溶性钒、铬、钛、锰、钾、钠等离子及氨氮作为煤粉燃烧可用的助燃或催化助燃成份,以提钒废水中的水分作为煤用催化助燃剂有效的安全性溶剂;即以提钒废水作为主要原料、补充不足的煤用催化、助燃组份,用于生产工业窑炉煤粉燃烧用催化助燃剂。
2)针对工业窑炉煤粉用量大,灰渣量大,利用提钒废水中的有限量的钒铬锰钛钾钠等金属离子及硫氯氟磷等提高煤灰灰渣的水硬性活性系数,尤其是针对干法旋窑水泥生产特点,利用提钒废水中的有限量的钒铬锰钛钾钠等金属离子及硫氯氟磷等于干法水泥生产应用中转化为水泥熟料生产的矿化助烧剂,而不会导致水泥中氯离子超标。
3)针对工业窑炉所用煤粉均为工业性粉磨(会有一定量的较粗煤粒),且为大流量煤粉燃烧(煤粉流中难以获得充足的氧气总有一定的还原气氛、窑炉空间有限总有少量的煤粒未及时燃尽而落入煤灰灰渣或窑内物料中产生还原)的特点,将高价有毒的钒、铬等还原为低价态无毒的金属离子,并以煤粉燃烧火焰高温造成的动力学和热力学条件,促使灰渣或水泥熟料中的硅酸根团或铝酸根团或硅铝酸根团晶格固融或固熔包裹全部重金属离子如形成硅铝酸铬钠钙或硅铝酸钒钠钙等稳定的复杂的离子置换型矿物,彻底消除提钒废水可能的重金属污染。
4)利用工业窑炉煤粉燃烧的高温条件氧化燃尽提钒废水中的氨氮及可能的有机物,如利用干法旋窑水泥生产线回转窑内1650~2000℃煤粉燃烧高温火焰及分解炉内900℃(边缘)~1200℃(中心)的煤粉燃烧高温及强碱性(含大量高活性CaO)环境气氛氧化燃尽提钒废水中的氨氮及其它可能的有机物,并消除二噁英的产生条件。
5)以水液性质调整剂温和地解决提钒废水的强腐蚀问题及与稀土系催化剂、助燃剂的可简单的复配溶合和协同作用功能问题。
本发明的有益效果:
1)本发明技术方法简单而实用,投资小,处理运行能耗很低,可以彻底解决制约钒产品工业可持续发展的含钒废水的严重污染的技术难题,提高企业经济效益。
2)利于解决长期以来提钒废水处理的高投资、高能耗、高成本和二次污染问题,利于节能降耗和环境保护。
3)能资源化无害化利用提钒废水的所有材料组份,可以节省资源,利于建设环境友好型资源节约型社会。
4)为量大面广的燃煤工业窑炉提供一种新的节能降耗、节能减排新材料和技术,利于促进节能和减排。
5)本发明为绿色、低碳、循环经济发展技术,利于实施产业转型和打造新的增长点。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
本实施例中,提钒废水选用某以钒渣钠化焙烧的沉钒废水,水液性质调整剂选用市售的一乙醇胺,稀土系催化剂选用中南大学某基地开发的水溶性V型稀土催化剂(市售产品)(为未经分离的轻稀土元素混合物,主要成份为镧系轻稀土镧、铈、镨、钕、钷、钐、铕、钆、钬、铒多元素的水溶性水杨酸盐、硝酸盐和氯盐的复合物),助燃剂选用市售的高氯酸锂。
以提钒废水为主要原料,按如下步骤生产工业窑炉煤粉燃烧用催化助燃剂:
(1)调整提钒废水性质:将提钒废水置于搅拌罐内,加水液性质调整剂一乙醇胺调整PH值至6.8,得溶液A;
(2)制取煤用催化助燃剂:按质量百分比为溶液A 62%、V型稀土催化剂37%、助燃剂高氯酸锂 1%的比例配料,在搅拌下将V型稀土催化剂、助燃剂高氯酸锂依次加入溶液A中,制成均匀的液体,即得煤用催化助燃剂。
实施例2
提钒废水选用某以含钒石煤钠化焙烧的沉钒废水,水液性质调整剂选用市售的N-甲基单乙醇胺,稀土系催化剂选用中南大学某基地开发的水溶性V型稀土催化剂(为未经分离的轻稀土元素混合物、主要成份为镧系轻稀土镧、铈、镨、钕、钷、钐、铕、钆、钬、铒多元素的水溶性水杨酸盐、硝酸盐和氯盐的复合物),助燃剂选用市售的硝酸锂。
以提钒废水为主要原料,按如下步骤生产工业窑炉煤粉燃烧用催化助燃剂:
(1)调整提钒废水性质:将提钒废水置于搅拌罐内,加水液性质调整剂N-甲基单乙醇胺调整PH值至7,得溶液A;
(2)制取煤用催化助燃剂:按质量百分比为溶液A 68%、V型稀土催化剂29%、助燃剂硝酸锂3%的比例配料,在搅拌下将V型稀土催化剂、助燃剂硝酸锂依次加入溶液A中,制成均匀的液体,即得煤用催化助燃剂。
实施例3
提钒废水选用某厂以沸腾炉对含钒石煤进行无盐焙烧的沉钒废水,水液性质调整剂选用市售的液氨,稀土系催化剂选用中南大学某基地开发的水溶性VI型稀土催化剂(为未经分离的轻稀土元素混合物、主要成份为镧系轻稀土镧、铈、镨、钕、钷、钐、铕、钆、钬、铒多元素的水溶性柠檬酸盐、硝酸盐和氯盐的复合物),助燃剂选用市售的硝酸锂。
以提钒废水为主要原料,按如下步骤生产工业窑炉煤粉燃烧用催化助燃剂:
(1)调整提钒废水性质:将提钒废水置于搅拌罐内,加水液性质调整剂液氨调整PH值至8.8,得溶液A;
(2)制取煤用催化助燃剂:按质量百分比为溶液A 51%、VI型稀土催化剂47%、助燃剂硝酸锂2%的比例配料,在搅拌下将VI型稀土催化剂、助燃剂硝酸锂依次加入溶液A中,制成均匀的液体,即得煤用催化助燃剂。
实施例4
提钒废水选用某以含钒石煤钠化焙烧工艺的预处理后的沉钒废水(经铁屑还原、碳酸钠中和过滤处理)即以化学沉淀法处理后的高氯高氨氮浓盐废水,水液性质调整剂选用市售的N-甲基单乙醇胺,稀土系催化剂选用中南大学某基地开发的水溶性V型稀土催化剂(为未经分离的轻稀土元素混合物、主要成份为镧系轻稀土镧、铈、镨、钕、钷、钐、铕、钆、钬、铒多元素的水溶性水杨酸盐、硝酸盐和氯盐的复合物),助燃剂选用市售的高氯酸锂。
以提钒废水(高氯含量高氨氮浓盐提钒废水)为主要原料,按如下步骤生产工业窑炉煤粉燃烧用催化助燃剂:
(1)调整提钒废水性质:将提钒废水(高含量氨氮浓盐废水)置于搅拌罐内,加水液性质调整剂N-甲基单乙醇胺调整PH值至9,得溶液A;
(2)制取煤用催化助燃剂:按质量百分比为溶液A 45%、V型稀土催化剂45%、助燃剂高氯酸锂10%的比例配料,在搅拌下将V型稀土催化剂、助燃剂高氯硝酸锂依次加入溶液A中,制成均匀的液体,即得煤用催化助燃剂。
实施例5
提钒废水选用某(含钒)石煤发电厂对含钒石煤无盐焙烧的沉钒废水,水液性质调整剂选用市售的氨水,稀土系催化剂选用中南大学某基地开发的水溶性VI型稀土催化剂(为未经分离的轻稀土元素混合物、主要成份为镧系轻稀土镧、铈、镨、钕、钷、钐、铕、钆、钬、铒多元素的水溶性柠檬酸盐、硝酸盐和氯盐的复合物),助燃剂选用市售的高氯酸锂。
以提钒废水为主要原料,按如下步骤生产工业窑炉煤粉燃烧用催化助燃剂:
(1)调整提钒废水性质:将提钒废水置于搅拌罐内,加水液性质调整剂氨水调整PH值至7.2,得溶液A;
(2)制取煤用催化助燃剂:按质量百分比为溶液A 55%、VI型稀土催化剂43%、助燃剂高氯酸锂2%的比例配料,在搅拌下将VI型稀土催化剂、助燃剂高氯酸锂依次加入溶液A中,制成均匀的液体,即得煤用催化助燃剂。
实施例6
以上述实施例1~实施例5共计5种成分差异的煤用催化助燃剂各3吨,至某Φ4x64m干法旋窑生产线〔该厂采用当地的高硫煤(硫含量4.5~7.5%)、进厂原煤及入窑煤粉质量波动大〕进行五组节能降耗、及节能减排对比试验(设空白实验,即不加本实施例之催化助燃剂,因煤质波动大、延时长,不同的煤用催化助燃剂之间节能效果对比无实际意义)。
中试对比试验显示:
1)实施例1至实施例5的5种煤用催化助燃剂在用量为煤粉总质量的0.1~0.5%时,均有良好的催化助燃节煤降耗效果,且随煤用催化助燃剂用量增加,节能降耗效果增加,以电脑统计数据及每天的煤粉工业分析数据计,节煤率在6.3~17.2%不等。
2)实施例1至实施例5的5种煤用催化助燃剂在用量为煤粉总量的0.15%以上时,在线检测SO2含量可降低至200mg/Nm3以下(空白试验时,在线检测SO2含量高达1200mg/Nm3以上),均有良好的脱硫减排效果。
3)每组取煤用催化助燃剂用量为总煤量0.5%时,所得的熟料按国家标准GB5086.2-1997<固体废弃物浸出毒性浸出方法》进行重金属浸出毒性试验,均未检出钒、铬,说明重金属元素的硅铝酸根高温固化很彻底很稳定。
4)每组取煤用催化助燃剂用量为总煤量0.5%时,所得的熟料进行氯离子检测,与空白熟料(即未加煤用催化助燃剂的熟料)对比,熟料中氯离子含量无显见增加(氯离子含量变化在检测的误差范围内)。
五组中试的试验结果可以确认:本发明的资源化利用提钒废水生产煤用催化助燃剂的方法可行。本发明技术方法简单而实用,投资小,处理运行能耗很低,可以彻底解决制约钒产品工业可持续发展的含钒废水的严重污染的技术难题,提高企业经济效益。利于解决长期以来提钒废水处理的高投资、高能耗、高成本和二次污染问题,利于节能降耗和环境保护。
Claims (7)
1.一种资源化利用提钒废水生产煤用催化助燃剂的方法,其特征在于,以提钒废水为主要原料生产工业窑炉煤粉燃烧用催化助燃剂,主要包括如下步骤:
(1)调整提钒废水性质:将提钒废水置于罐或池内,加水液性质调整剂调整PH值至5.8~9.8,得溶液A;
所述水液性质调整剂为含-NH2、-NH-、、NH4 +或/和NH3的化合物;
(2)制取煤用催化助燃剂:以步骤(1)所得的溶液A为主要原料辅配以稀土系催化剂、助燃剂,按质量百分比为溶液A40~70%、稀土系催化剂29~50%、助燃剂1~10%的比例配料,在搅拌下将稀土系催化剂、助燃剂加入溶液A中制成均匀的液体,即得煤用催化助燃剂;
步骤(2)中,所述助燃剂为水溶性锂化合物;
步骤(2)中,所述稀土系催化剂为镧系轻稀土镧、铈、镨、钕、钷、钐、铕、钆、铽、镝、钬、铒、铥、镱、镥元素中至少一种的水溶性化合物;
所述稀土系催化剂为轻稀土元素的水溶性环烷酸盐、水杨酸盐、柠檬酸盐、酒石酸盐、氯盐、高氯酸盐、硝酸盐中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的资源化利用提钒废水生产煤用催化助燃剂的方法,其特征在于,所述水液性质调整剂的用量以提钒废水的PH值至 6.8~8.8为准。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的资源化利用提钒废水生产煤用催化助燃剂的方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述助燃剂为硝酸锂、氯酸锂、环烷酸锂、水杨酸锂、酒石酸锂、柠檬酸锂、高氯酸锂中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的资源化利用提钒废水生产煤用催化助燃剂的方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述提钒废水,为各类提钒生产工艺过程中产生的含钒废水,或含钒废水循环利用产生的高浓度含钒废水,或经预处理后的高氯高氨氮提钒废水。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的资源化利用提钒废水生产煤用催化助燃剂的方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,采用经预处理后的高氯高氨氮提钒废水时,步骤(2)中的质量百分比配比为溶液A42~50%、稀土系催化剂42~50%、助燃剂6~10%。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的资源化利用提钒废水生产煤用催化助燃剂的方法,其特征在于,所述煤用催化助燃剂的用量为煤粉总质量的0.1~0.5%。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的资源化利用提钒废水生产煤用催化助燃剂的方法,其特征在于,所述水液性质调整剂为一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、异丙醇胺、N-甲基单乙醇胺、二甲基一乙醇胺、氨、碳酸氢氨、碳酸铵中的至少一种。
