本发明公开了一种酸性染料用的织物匀染剂,包括以下质量百分比的原料:苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵6~12%、十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠3~8%、平平加O 6~10%、聚氧乙烯醚丙三醇油酸酯2~6%、聚氧乙烯氢化羊毛脂5~10%、余量为去离子水。本发明提供的一种酸性染料用的织物匀染剂比较适合酸性和中性染料的匀染,表现出良好的匀染性和稳定性,常温下易溶,使用方便;匀染剂体系耐硬水稳定性良好、对染料和毛纤维都具有良好的亲和力,利于染料的分散和缓染,有利于提高染料的利用率。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织加工用的助剂领域,具体涉及一种酸性染料用的织物匀染剂。
背景技术
各类染料用于纤维染色时往往会产生染色不均匀的现象,产生色花。解决染色不均匀最常用的方法是染色加工时添加匀染剂。匀染剂即为在染色过程中能够延缓染色速度或增强移染而获得均匀染色效果的纺织助剂,在纤维染色过程中不同染料和染色工艺需要不同的匀染剂。
酸性染料分子中含磺酸基和羧基等酸性基团而成有机酸盐的形式,由于它们对纤维的亲和力较大,不易染匀,因此需要加入匀染剂处理。酸性染料对羊毛纤维进行染色时,由于纤维疏水性的外表皮层及致密的鳞片层的存在,以及羊毛纤维本身的差异性导致纤维对染料的亲和力存在差异,易造成染色不匀及毛根毛尖的色差问题;而酸性染料对锦纶进行染色时,由于染料分子可以与锦纶纤维末端的氨基成盐结合或以氢键的形式结合,因此染浴中的染料分子对锦纶有较强的亲和力,导致酸性染料在锦纶上的匀染效果较差;阳离子改性后的Lyocell纤维可用酸性染料染色,但其混纺品的染色对酸性染料匀染效果提出了更高的要求。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明提供了一种对酸性染料具有良好分散效果和缓染效果的织物匀染剂。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种酸性染料用的织物匀染剂,由以下原料组成:苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵、十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠、平平加O、聚氧乙烯醚丙三醇油酸酯、聚氧乙烯氢化羊毛脂和去离子水;
所述原料的质量百分比为:苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵6~12%、十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠3~8%、平平加O6~10%、聚氧乙烯醚丙三醇油酸酯2~6%、聚氧乙烯氢化羊毛脂5~10%、余量为去离子水。
所述的苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵具有优良的染料分散性、初期缓染性,染料同步上染性等特点;其不含溶剂及载体组分,能够维持染浴在酸性条件下染色,有效避免敏感染料水解而引起的布面色光偏差。
所述的十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠分子中具有非离子、阴离子、阳离子3种官能团,可与染料产生络合,匀染效果良好。
所述的平平加O为优良的非离子表面活性剂,抗硬水能力强,起泡力低,除了能达到匀染目的外,还可以同时起到一定的净洗作用,使染后的色泽更鲜艳。
所述的聚氧乙烯醚丙三醇油酸酯的制备方法:先将丙三醇氧乙基化,然后再油酸酯化获得所述聚氧乙烯醚丙三醇油酸酯,所述聚氧乙烯醚丙三醇油酸酯可提升匀染剂体系的耐硬水性能。
所述的聚氧乙烯氢化羊毛脂可在催化剂存在下,将羊毛脂加压加温催化加氢以后,与环氧乙烷进行催化缩聚而制得;本发明经实验发现,匀染剂体系添加所述聚氧乙烯氢化羊毛脂可提高匀染效果和色牢度,并使染料与匀染剂的络合物具有足够的溶解度,以不致于凝聚过多。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备的优点:本发明提供的一种酸性染料用的织物匀染剂比较适合酸性和中性染料的匀染,表现出良好的匀染性和稳定性,常温下易溶,使用方便;匀染剂体系耐硬水稳定性良好、对染料和毛纤维都具有良好的亲和力,利于染料的分散和缓染,有利于提高染料的利用率。

实施例1:一种酸性染料用的织物匀染剂,由以下质量百分比的原料组成:苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵9%、十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠5%、平平加O8%、聚氧乙烯醚丙三醇油酸酯4%、聚氧乙烯氢化羊毛脂8%及余量的去离子水。
所述的一种酸性染料用的织物匀染剂的制备方法为:按所述质量百分比备取所述原料,将苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵、平平加O和聚氧乙烯醚丙三醇油酸酯加入去离子水中搅拌均匀,然后加入十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠和聚氧乙烯氢化羊毛脂,搅拌分散均匀后即可得成品。本发明的其他实施例中所述的一种酸性染料用的织物匀染剂的制备方法同本实施例。
实施例2:一种酸性染料用的织物匀染剂,由以下质量百分比的原料组成:苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵6%、十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠3%、平平加O6%、聚氧乙烯醚丙三醇油酸酯2%、聚氧乙烯氢化羊毛脂5%及余量的去离子水。
实施例3:一种酸性染料用的织物匀染剂,由以下质量百分比的原料组成:苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵12%、十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠8%、平平加O10%、聚氧乙烯醚丙三醇油酸酯6%、聚氧乙烯氢化羊毛脂10%及余量的去离子水。

为了测验本发明的匀染效果,对本发明的实施例1-5及对比例1、2的匀染剂进行染色实验,实验采用酸性染料对锦纶进行常规染色,染色工艺为:进布—匀染剂—染料—冰醋酸—90℃保温20min—固色、水洗、出缸—测试,所述匀染剂的用量为0.5g/L。具体测试结果如下表所示:

所述原料的质量百分比为:苯乙烯苯酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵6~12%、十八烷基胺聚氧乙烯醚硫酸酯钠3~8%、平平加O6~10%、聚氧乙烯醚丙三醇油酸酯2~6%、聚氧乙烯氢化羊毛脂5~10%、余量为去离子水。
