Abstract
本发明实施例提供了一种管理无线资源的方法、装置及系统,涉及无线通信技术领域,所述装置包括:确定模块,用于确定需要将用户设备UE的辅小区的状态更改为上行打开且下行关闭状态;改变模块,用于改变辅小区的状态,使得辅小区的状态为上行打开且下行关闭状态;其中,当辅小区的状态为上行打开且下行关闭状态时,上行信号能够在辅小区被辅小区所属的基站接收,下行信号能够在辅小区仅在发送发现参考信号DRS的子帧被辅小区所属的基站发送,上行信号包括上行参考信号、上行控制信令、以及上行数据中的至少一种,下行信号包括下行参考信号、下行控制信令、以及下行数据中的至少一种。本发明降低了基站的功率开销和干扰。
