本发明公开了一种环保防喷霜乙丙橡胶混炼胶,它是由如下质量份的原料组分制成的:充油三元乙丙橡胶200份、氧化锌3~10份、硬脂酸0.5~3份、硫磺0.2~1.5份、促进剂3~11.5份、硫化剂0.3~2.5份、防老剂0.5~3.5份、N550炭黑40~100份、天然气半补强炭黑20~120份、轻质碳酸钙20~50份、流动助剂1~3份。本发明乙丙橡胶混炼胶产品在硫化过程中不会产生亚硝胺等致癌物质,在不喷霜的前提下提高了硫化速度、硫化程度;停放过程中不会出现喷霜问题,产品外观质量优异;乙丙橡胶混炼胶具有低硬度、环保、防喷霜、耐高温老化等优异性能。

技术领域
本发明属于橡胶领域,涉及一种环保防喷霜乙丙橡胶混炼胶。
背景技术
随着铁路行业和汽车行业的快速发展,对橡胶制品的质量和外观提出了越来越高的要求。乙丙橡胶以其优异的耐老化,耐臭氧,耐低温,耐过热水蒸气等性能被越来越多的应用起来。由于乙丙橡胶属于非极性橡胶,比较传统的秋兰姆促进剂在硫化过程中会产生亚硝胺等致癌物质,对人体健康造成伤害;促进剂搭配不合理很容易导致产品表面喷霜发白,某些橡胶制品要求低硬度高弹性,这样产品很容易出现表面喷油的现象,影响产品的外观质量。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是防止乙丙橡胶产品产生喷霜现象,减少硫化过程中亚硝胺等有毒气体的产生,提高产品的外观质量,提高胶料的老化性能以及产品的使用寿命,提供一种环保防喷霜乙丙橡胶混炼胶。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种环保防喷霜乙丙橡胶混炼胶,它是由如下质量份的原料组分制成的:
充油三元乙丙橡胶200份、氧化锌3~10份、硬脂酸0.5~3份、硫磺0.2~1.5份、促进剂3~11.5份、硫化剂0.3~2.5份、防老剂0.5~3.5份、N550炭黑40~100份、天然气半补强炭黑20~120份、轻质碳酸钙20~50份、流动助剂1~3份。
优选的,所述的环保防喷霜乙丙橡胶混炼胶由如下质量份的原料组分制成:充油三元乙丙橡胶200份、氧化锌5~8份、硬脂酸0.5~1份、硫磺0.3~1份、促进剂3.5~5.5份、硫化剂0.3~0.8份、防老剂0.5~1.5份、N550炭黑50~90份、天然气半补强炭黑30~90份、轻质碳酸钙20~40份、流动助剂1~3份。
所述的促进剂为促进剂TBzTD-70、促进剂CZ、促进剂ZBEC、促进剂BZ的一种或多种混合。
优选的,所述的促进剂是由促进剂TBzTD-70、促进剂CZ、促进剂ZBEC和促进剂BZ按照质量份数0.5~2.5份、0.5~3份、1~3份、1~3份的混合。进一步优选的,所述的促进剂是由促进剂TBzTD-70、促进剂CZ、促进剂ZBEC和促进剂BZ按照质量份数1~1.5份、0.5~1份、1~1.5份、1~1.5份的混合。
所述的硫化剂为硫化剂DTDC-80。
所述的流动助剂为橡胶助剂WB222(德国Struktol)。
本发明所述的环保防喷霜乙丙橡胶混炼胶的制备方法:包括:常温(20~30℃)下,充油三元乙丙橡胶在开炼机内塑炼1~5min,待均匀包辊后加入细料:氧化锌、硬脂酸、防老剂和促进剂,包辊混炼2~5min后加入填料:N550炭黑、天然气半补强炭黑、轻质碳酸钙混炼4~8min,最后加入硫磺、硫化剂和流动助剂混炼2~5min,将辊距调至最小薄通6次,打三个三角包后出片,混炼胶在室温(20~30℃)下停放1天后在平板硫化机上硫化,硫化温度160℃,硫化压力13Mpa,硫化时间15min,制得环保防喷霜乙丙橡胶混炼胶。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
本发明乙丙橡胶混炼胶产品在硫化过程中不会产生亚硝胺等致癌物质,在不喷霜的前提下提高了硫化速度、硫化程度;停放过程中不会出现喷霜问题,产品外观质量优异;乙丙橡胶混炼胶具有低硬度、环保、防喷霜、耐高温老化等优异性能,主要性能如下:硬度为50±5,伸长率为550~650,拉伸强度为11~14Mpa,120℃×72h热空气老化:硬度变化+3~+7,拉伸强度变化率-0.82~+7.1%,伸长率变化率≥-22.1%。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案做进一步说明。
按照表1称取各原料组分,按照以下方法制得乙丙橡胶混炼胶:常温下于开炼机上将充油乙丙橡胶(朗盛EPDM5469Q)塑炼2min,待均匀包辊后加入细料(氧化锌,硬脂酸,防老剂RD,TBzTD-70、促进剂CZ、促进剂ZBEC和促进剂BZ),包辊混炼3min后加入N550炭黑、天然气半补强炭黑、轻质碳酸钙等填料混炼5min,最后加入硫磺、硫化剂DTDC-80、流动助剂WB222混炼3min,将辊距调至最小薄通6次,打三个三角包后出片,混炼胶在室温下停放1天后在平板硫化机上硫化,硫化温度160℃,硫化压力13Mpa,硫化时间15min。

对实施例1-5的乙丙橡胶混炼胶进行实验性能检测,如表2所示。

由表2可知,按照表1的5组配方制得的乙丙橡胶混炼胶具有低硬度、环保、防喷霜、耐高温老化等优异性能,产品外观质量优异。

1.一种环保防喷霜乙丙橡胶混炼胶,其特征在于它是由如下质量份的原料组分制成的:
充油三元乙丙橡胶200份、氧化锌3~10份、硬脂酸0.5~3份、硫磺0.2~1.5份、促进剂3~11.5份、硫化剂0.3~2.5份、防老剂0.5~3.5份、N550炭黑40~100份、天然气半补强炭黑20~120份、轻质碳酸钙20~50份、流动助剂1~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保防喷霜乙丙橡胶混炼胶,其特征在于所述的乙丙橡胶混炼胶是由如下质量份的原料组分制成:充油三元乙丙橡胶200份、氧化锌5~8份、硬脂酸0.5~1份、硫磺0.3~1份、促进剂3.5~5.5份、硫化剂0.3~0.8份、防老剂0.5~1.5份、N550炭黑50~90份、天然气半补强炭黑30~90份、轻质碳酸钙20~40份、流动助剂1~3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保防喷霜乙丙橡胶混炼胶,其特征在于所述的促进剂为促进剂TBzTD-70、促进剂CZ、促进剂ZBEC、促进剂BZ的一种或多种混合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的环保防喷霜乙丙橡胶混炼胶,其特征在于所述的促进剂是由促进剂TBzTD-70、促进剂CZ、促进剂ZBEC和促进剂BZ按照质量份数0.5~2.5份、0.5~3份、1~3份、1~3份的混合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的环保防喷霜乙丙橡胶混炼胶,其特征在于所述的促进剂是由促进剂TBzTD-70、促进剂CZ、促进剂ZBEC和促进剂BZ按照质量份数1~1.5份、0.5~1份、1~1.5份、1~1.5份的混合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保防喷霜乙丙橡胶混炼胶,其特征在于所述的硫化剂为硫化剂DTDC-80。
7.根据权利要求1所述的环保防喷霜乙丙橡胶混炼胶,其特征在于所述的流动助剂为橡胶助剂WB222。
