Abstract
本发明涉及一种小型废液暂存柜，包括不锈钢箱体，箱体前面安装有双开门，门上设有双人控制三点联动锁，箱体上部装有可打开的上部门板，在箱体内部装有固定层板，在箱体的顶部上部门板下方焊接有挡板，箱体上方的两侧壁上开有通风口，箱体的底部固定安装脚轮。本发明能通风、耐腐蚀，使用方便，防盗安全性高。

技术领域
本发明涉及化学设备领域，具体而言，涉及一种小型废液暂存柜。
背景技术
目前市场上化学品废液柜的种类多种多样，储存的废液中经常会有一些危险的化学品，这些物品有的易燃、有的会挥发毒性，被盗后对社会有很大的危险性，普通的储存柜只是起到一个存放的作用，不具备通风、防腐蚀、防盗的功能，如果稍有不慎，那些桶装的废液就会发生倾倒、泄露，极易酿成严重的事故。
发明内容
本发明针对以上不足，提出了一种能通风、耐腐蚀、防盗效果好的小型废液暂存柜。
本发明所采用的技术方案是：
一种小型废液暂存柜，包括不锈钢箱体，箱体前面安装有双开门，门上设有双人控制三点联动锁，箱体上部装有可打开的上部门板，在箱体内部装有固定层板，在箱体的顶部上部门板下方焊接有挡板，箱体上方的两侧壁上开有通风口，箱体的底部固定安装脚轮。
作为优选的，所述的固定层板的上方放置有废液桶。
作为优选的，所述的固定层板的下方放置有空的废液桶。
作为优选的，所述的挡板两侧设有工具箱。
作为优选的，所述的箱体底部的侧壁上开有接地线口。
作为优选的，所述的门通过钢琴式合页连接箱体。
本发明的有益效果是：
1、能通风、耐腐蚀。
2、使用方便，防盗安全性高。

现在结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如附图1、2所示，一种小型废液暂存柜，包括不锈钢箱体1，箱体1前面安装有双开门2，门2上设有双人控制三点联动锁3，箱体1上部装有通过把手5可打开的上部门板2，在箱体1内部装有固定层板6，在箱体1的顶部上部门板下方焊接有挡板10，箱体1上方的两侧壁上开有通风口11，箱体1的底部固定安装脚轮。
固定层板6的上方放置有废液桶7，固定层板6的下方放置有空的废液桶8，挡板10两侧设有工具箱9，箱体1底部的侧壁上开有接地线口12，门2通过钢琴式合页13连接箱体1。

1.一种小型废液暂存柜，包括不锈钢箱体，其特征在于：箱体前面安装有双开门，门上设有双人控制三点联动锁，箱体上部装有可打开的上部门板，在箱体内部装有固定层板，在箱体的顶部上部门板下方焊接有挡板，箱体上方的两侧壁上开有通风口，箱体的底部固定安装脚轮。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种小型废液暂存柜，其特征在于：固定层板的上方放置有废液桶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种小型废液暂存柜，其特征在于：固定层板的下方放置有空的废液桶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种小型废液暂存柜，其特征在于：挡板两侧设有工具箱。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种小型废液暂存柜，其特征在于：箱体底部的侧壁上开有接地线口。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种小型废液暂存柜，其特征在于：门通过钢琴式合页连接箱体。
