本发明涉及一种抗冻电缆,属于电力电缆技术领域。
背景技术
电线电缆已经广泛被应用于工业生产、交通运输、建筑工程和设施,甚至包括太空和海洋的高端领域,都会使用到电缆,随着社会经济的发展,电缆品种不断更新和完善,生产量也在持续增加,正因电缆在不同领域的应用,人们对其要求也随之而提高,现有的电缆因材质或结构上的问题并不能满足行业的需要,在寒冷地区电缆由于低温造成断裂等各种故障,需要一种抗冻能力强的电缆。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明目的提供一种抗冻电缆。
本发明的方案如下:一种抗冻电缆,包括导体、绝缘层、导热层一、加热层、导热层二、屏蔽层和护套,所述导体外挤包绝缘层,所述绝缘层外挤包导热层一,所述导热层一外挤包加热层,所述加热层外挤包导热层二,所述导热层二外挤包屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层外挤包护套,所述导体是由多股无氧铜丝绞合而成,所述绝缘层是由硅胶制成,所述导热层一和导热层二是由玻璃纤维制成。
本发明的有益效果:本发明结构简单合理,能够有效的抗冻。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种抗冻电缆,其特征在于:所述导体是由多股无氧铜丝绞合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种抗冻电缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘层是由硅胶制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种抗冻电缆,其特征在于:所述导热层一和导热层二是由玻璃纤维制成。
