现在的不锈钢复合板,用泡沫塑料填充,它存在怕火和强度不够的缺点,在火焰中其泡沫塑料燃烧,产生的气体会将包裹的不锈钢板破坏。瓷棉板复合果壳板,用瓷棉板,不燃果壳板做成;水玻璃是耐高温阻燃剂,使果壳千度不燃;不燃果壳板为弱碱性使虫蚁不食,真菌不生长;不燃果壳板有许多空心孔,具有很好的保温隔音性能;水玻璃使果壳板硬化,果壳板燥干后质坚似木,坚硬耐用;瓷棉板不会生锈;这些,使瓷棉板复合果壳板寿命超百年。果壳板的碳分子和水玻璃的硅分子,在火焰中发生化学反应生成碳化硅。碳化硅是耐千几度高温的坚硬物质,所以火灾发生时,瓷棉板复合果壳板的刚性变化不大,能阻止火灾扩展。综上所述,瓷棉板复合果壳板是搭建厂房简易房的最好建筑材料。

果壳容易燃烧;现在的不锈钢复合板,用泡沫塑料填充,它存在怕火和强度不够的缺点,在火焰中其泡沫塑料燃烧,产生的气体会将包裹的不锈钢板破坏。市场未见有瓷棉板复合果壳板。
本技术提出的虫蚁不食保温隔音千度不燃的瓷棉板复合果壳板,简称瓷棉板复合果壳板,能帮助克服上述存在的缺点。
瓷棉板复合果壳板,其有益效果是,千度不燃,虫蚁不食,真菌不生长,保温隔音,坚硬耐用,寿命超百年。
虫蚁不食保温隔音千度不燃的瓷棉板复合果壳板,其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是,用瓷棉板,不燃果壳板,水玻璃和耐高温粘合剂组成;其工艺是:耐高温粘合剂制作,用水玻璃和淀粉加热制成;瓷棉盆制作,使一块或多块耐高温石棉网布通过瓷料浆,除去多余的瓷料浆,获得瓷料浆包裹石棉网布板;可将瓷料浆包裹石棉网布板做成浅盆,浅盆的三边可高出另一边,并且向盆内成九十度角弯曲,获得瓷料浆包裹石棉网布板浅盆;瓷料浆包裹的石棉网布板、瓷料浆包裹的石棉网布板浅盆干燥后送窑炉烧制,获得瓷棉板(1)、瓷棉盆(1);瓷棉板空心体制作,空心体扁平,三侧面密封,瓷料浆包裹石棉网布板空心体,干燥后送窑炉烧制,获得瓷棉板空心体(1);不燃果壳厚板(2)可涂耐高温粘合剂后,放进瓷棉盆内,取合适的瓷棉板,从瓷棉盆的低边推进瓷棉盆,将不燃果壳厚板覆盖包裹紧密,获得瓷棉板复合果壳板(3);或者,不燃果壳厚板(2)可用耐高温粘合剂涂后,由扁平的空心体侧面推进瓷棉板空心体,取合适的瓷棉板封密侧面,获得瓷棉板复合果壳板(3);从而令虫蚁不食保温隔音千度不燃的瓷棉板复合果壳板得以运行。如图1
上述果壳,是包裹花生、红豆、绿豆、黑豆、黄豆的荚壳,包括花生荚壳、红豆荚壳、绿豆荚壳、黑豆荚壳、黄豆荚壳。
现结合原理介绍瓷棉板复合果壳板:
瓷料为陶瓷泥料。
不燃果壳板制作,将花生壳用水玻璃浸透,除去多余的水玻璃后干燥,获得不燃果壳;用耐高温粘合剂将不燃果壳,粘合整理成不燃果壳板后干燥,不燃果壳板可适当加压,可用耐高温粘合剂将不燃果壳板粘成厚板;
水玻璃是耐高温阻燃剂,使果壳千度不燃;水玻璃使燥干后的果壳板质坚似木;水玻璃为弱碱性物质,它使果壳板含碱性,令虫蚁不能食、真菌不能生长,令瓷棉板复合果壳板寿命超百年;将瓷棉板做成浅盆或空心体,是为了使瓷棉板能紧紧地将不燃果壳厚板锁住,产生瓷棉板紧紧包裹不燃果壳厚板的作用,使瓷棉板复合果壳板的效果更好;对不燃果壳板适当加压,能使果壳板密实,可提高果壳板的抗弯曲能力;果壳厚板有很多空心孔,保温隔音性能良好;瓷棉板复合果壳板,以果壳为主,果壳板厚度可超十几公分,而瓷棉板厚度不超二毫米,只起到作为果壳板的防水作用;瓷料只是作为粘结石棉网布使用,其用量不多,所以瓷棉板,实际上是石棉网布板;不燃果壳厚板的碳分子和水玻璃的硅分子,在火焰中发生化学反应生成碳化硅。碳化硅是耐千几度高温的坚硬物质,所以火灾发生时,瓷棉板复合果壳板的刚性变化不大,能阻止火灾扩展。
综上所述,瓷棉板复合果壳板是搭建厂房、简易房的最好建筑材料。
