Abstract
The invention discloses a call rejection method and a call rejection system. The call rejection method comprises the steps of receiving incoming call information; transmitting call rejection voice information to a calling party and hanging up the incoming call; and transmitting the call rejection voice information to the calling party. Furthermore the step of transmitting the call rejection voice information to the calling party comprises processes of acquiring a contact person which corresponds with the incoming call information; acquiring the call rejection voice information which corresponds with the contact person, and transmitting the call rejection voice information to the calling party. According to the call rejection method and the call rejection system, the call is rejected through transmitting the voice information. When the incoming call information is received, the call rejection voice information which corresponds with the incoming call information contact person is acquired, and furthermore the call rejection voice information is transmitted, thereby realizing more direct call rejection information, higher operability and better user experience.

Technical Field
