本发明提供一种背光模组,所述背光模组包括胶框、背光源及导光板,所述背光源及导光板收容于所述胶框内,所述导光板包括入光面及出光面,所述背光源包括电路板、固定于所述电路板上的反射式准直镜及设置于所述反射式准直镜内的LED灯,所述反射式准直镜包括反射抛物面,所述LED灯位于所述反射抛物面中心位置,所述入光面上覆盖有彩色偏光层,并且所述反射抛物面朝向所述彩色偏光层。本发明还公开了一种显示装置。

技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别涉及一种背光模组及显示装置。
背景技术
液晶显示器是当今市场上的主流平板显示器技术。而显示器都需要背光来作为光源点亮液晶显示器。传统的背光模组包括LED组成的背光源,背光源的光线经过背光模组将光源转化成面光源射出,经过扩散片的匀光作用,从背光模组出射,经过液晶面板后即可显示出我们所需要的图像。目前液晶显示器件中,普遍采用白光LED作背光源。而最普遍的白光LED为蓝光发光芯片加黄色YAG荧光粉的LED,采用黄光荧光粉材料的LED搭配液晶屏后,色彩饱和度较低,显示器颜色不够鲜艳。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种背光模组及显示装置,提高背光色域饱和度。
本申请所述的背光模组包括胶框、背光源及导光板,所述背光源及导光板收容于所述胶框内,所述导光板包括入光面及出光面,所述背光源包括电路板、固定于所述电路板上的反射式准直镜及设置于所述反射式准直镜内的LED灯,所述反射式准直镜包括反射抛物面,所述LED灯位于所述反射抛物面中心位置,所述入光面上覆盖有彩色偏光层,并且所述反射抛物面朝向所述彩色偏光层。
其中,所述导光板包括于所述出光面相对设置的底面,所述入光面连接所述底面与所述出光面,所述入光面与所述底面成夹角设置。
其中,所述彩色偏光层包括第一彩膜层及与所述第一彩膜层层叠设置的第二彩膜层,所述第一彩膜层的折射率大于所述第二彩膜层的折射率。
其中,所述彩色偏光层包括多个第一彩膜层及多个第二彩膜层,所述多个第一彩膜层与多个第二彩膜层交替式层叠设置,所述第一彩膜层的折射率大于所述第二彩膜层的折射率。
其中,所述第一彩膜层为ZnS、TiO2、CeO、CeO2、Ta2O5、SnO2中的一种制成制成。
其中,所述第二彩膜层为SiO2MgF2、NaAlF6、ThF4、BaF2中的一种制成制成。
其中,所述彩色偏光层还包括玻璃基板,玻璃基板用于承载所述第一彩膜层及所述第二彩膜层。
其中,所述彩色偏光层的可通过波长范围为P偏振态光,P光在420-475nm,510-545nm,610-680nm穿透率大约90%。P波在480-505nm,555-605nm的穿透率小于30%;在430nm-680nm透射光的偏光度>95%。
所述入光面与所述底面的夹角为大于0度小于90度。
其中,所述背光模组还包括反光片,所述反光片装于所述胶框内,所述导光板层叠于所述反光板上。
其中,所述背光模组还包括散热件,所述散热件位于所述背光源一侧。
本申请提供的显示装置,包括所述背光模组及液晶面板,所述液晶面板装于所述背光模组上,所述背光源的光线经所述导光板的出光面射出后进入所述液晶面板。
所述的背光模组采用反射式准直镜可以将从LED发出的光以近似垂直的角度进入彩色偏光层。由于进入彩色偏光层的光皆是以近似垂直的角度,可以提升背光的偏光度和彩色偏光层的高带通选择性和带通波段的通过率,进而提高色域饱和度。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请参阅图1,本发明提供一种背光模组及具有背光模组的显示装置(图未示)。所述显示装置还包括液晶面板,所述液晶面板装于所述背光模组上,所述背光源的光线经所述导光板的出光面射出后进入所述液晶面板。本实施例中,所述背光模组包括胶框10、背光源11及导光板12。所述背光源11、导光板12收容于所述胶框10内。所述导光板12包括入光面121及出光面122,所述背光源11包括电路板111、固定于所述电路板111上的反射式准直镜13及设置于所述反射式准直镜内的LED灯112。所述反射式准直镜13包括反射抛物面131,所述LED灯位于所述反射抛物面中心位置,也就是反射抛物面的焦点位置,所述反射抛物面131围绕所述LED灯112设置,所述入光面121上覆盖有彩色偏光层14,并且所述反射抛物面131朝向所述彩色偏光层14,所述LED灯112位于所述反射抛物面131与所述彩色偏光层14之间。该反射式准直镜13的反射抛物面可以将从LED发出的光以近似垂直的角度反射至彩色偏光层14。由于进入彩色偏光层14的光皆是以近似垂直的角度,可以提升背光的偏光度和RGB三基色滤光的高带通选择性和带通波段的通过率,进而提高色域饱和度。
本实施例中,所述胶框10为矩形框体结构,其包括边框101及设于边框底壁的底框102。所述边框及底框围成收容空间,用以收容所述背光源11、导光板12及反射式准直镜13。所述背光模组还包括反光板15。所述反光板15装于所述胶框10底框102,所述导光板12设于所述反光板15上。具体的所述反光板15作为所述胶框10的底板,与胶框10形成矩形槽结构,用于承载导光板12并收容所述背光源11及反射式准直镜13。LED灯112的线未进入导光板的部分或者从导光板12漏出的部分经反光板15反射回导光板12内,充分利用光源。
所述LED灯为数个且呈直线排列于所述电路板111的一个表面上。每一个LED灯112上均罩设有个反射式准直镜13。所述电路板111装于边框101上,使所述LED灯朝向所述导光板12。所述背光模组还包括散热件16,所述散热件16位于底框102上所述背光源11一侧。具体的位于背光源11靠近反射片的一侧位置,用于对背光源11进行散热。
所述导光板12为矩形板体,用于收入灯源112的光线并均与后射出所述出光面。所述入光面121连接所述出光面122。所述入光面121为导光板112的一侧面。所述导光板12的出光面上还设有光学薄膜,其叠加于所述出光面122上。所述导光板包括于所述出光面122相对设置的底面123,所述入光面121连接所述底面123与所述出光面122,所述入光面121与所述底面123成夹角设置。所述入光面121与所述底面123的夹角为大于0度小于90度,本实施例优选为30度。所述的背光模组采用反射式准直镜13可以将从LED发出的光以近似垂直的角度进入彩色偏光层14,而彩色偏光层14与入光面121成倾斜角设置,实现准直光半锥角≤20,即准直光以近似布儒斯特角入射至导光板,可以提升背光的的偏光度和带通波段的通过率,而且可以节省背光模组中偏光增亮膜,进而达到减少背光模组的成本的目的。
进一步的,所述彩色偏光层14为多层RGB三基色的膜构成,其包括第一彩膜层141及与所述第一彩膜层141层叠设置的第二彩膜层142,所述第一彩膜层141的折射率大于所述第二彩膜层142的折射率。本实施例中,所述彩色偏光层包括多个第一彩膜层及多个第二彩膜层,具体为第一彩膜层141与第二彩膜层142各为8个。所述8个第一彩膜层141与8个第二彩膜层142交替式层叠设置,具体的,每两个相邻的第一彩膜层141之间设置一个第二彩膜层142,同时每两个第二彩膜层142之间设置一个第一彩膜层141。所述彩色偏光层14通过透明胶体固定于入光面121上。
进一步的,所述第一彩膜层141的折射率大于所述第二彩膜层142的折射率。所述第一彩膜层为ZnS、TiO2、CeO、CeO2、Ta2O5、SnO2中的一种制成制成。所述第二彩膜层为SiO2、MgF2、NaAlF6、ThF4、BaF2中的一种制成。所述彩色偏光层14还包括玻璃基板,玻璃基板用于承载所述第一彩膜层141及所述第二彩膜层142。所述彩色偏光层14的光波,包括以近似布儒斯特角进入彩色偏光层14的光及被彩色偏光层14垂直反射的光和透射的光,其中透射出的光主要是P波,反射光主要是S波;且透射光中S波在波长在430-680nn范围内,S波的穿透率小于5%;P波在420-475nm,510-545nm,610-680nm穿透率大约90%。P波在480-505nm,555-605nm的穿透率小于30%;在430nm-680nm透射光的偏光度>95%。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种背光模组,其特征在于,所述背光模组包括胶框、背光源及导光板,所述背光源及导光板收容于所述胶框内,所述导光板包括入光面及出光面,所述背光源包括电路板、固定于所述电路板上的反射式准直镜及设置于所述反射式准直镜内的LED灯,所述反射式准直镜包括反射抛物面,所述LED灯位于所述反射抛物面中心位置,所述入光面上覆盖有彩色偏光层,并且所述反射抛物面朝向所述彩色偏光层。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述导光板包括于所述出光面相对设置的底面,所述入光面连接所述底面与所述出光面,所述入光面与所述底面成夹角设置。
3.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述彩色偏光层包括第一彩膜层及与所述第一彩膜层层叠设置的第二彩膜层,所述第一彩膜层的折射率大于所述第二彩膜层的折射率。
4.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述彩色偏光层包括多个第一彩膜层及多个第二彩膜层,所述多个第一彩膜层与多个第二彩膜层交替式层叠设置,所述第一彩膜层的折射率大于所述第二彩膜层的折射率。
5.如权利要求2或3所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第一彩膜层为ZnSTiO2、CeO、CeO2、Ta2O5、SnO2中的一种制成。
6.如权利要求2或3所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述第二彩膜层为SiO2MgF2、NaAlF6、ThF4、BaF2中的一种制成。
7.如权利要求3所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述彩色偏光层还包括玻璃基板,玻璃基板用于承载所述第一彩膜层及所述第二彩膜层。
8.如权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述入光面与所述底面的夹角为大于0度小于90度。
9.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-8所述的背光模组及液晶面板,所述液晶面板装于所述背光模组上,所述背光源的光线经所述导光板的出光面射出后进入所述液晶面板。
