Abstract

本发明提供一种基于射频IC卡技术的轮胎气压检测装置,按钮开关的上静触头和下静触点通过导线与射频IC卡电路相连,射频IC卡电路与射频IC卡天线相连,读卡天线通过读卡电路与系统控制电路连接,系统控制电路还与报警电路相连接。按钮开关安装在汽车轮毂与内轮胎之间,射频IC卡天线安装在车轮轴的下端,读卡天线安装在刹车毂上,并与车轮轴上的射频IC卡天线的位置相对应,导线镶嵌安装在车轮轴里。通过上述这样设置,实现了轮胎气压在线实时检测,并无需在轮胎里安装电源,电路简单。

Description

一种基于射频IC卡技术的轮胎气压检测装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种车辆安全保障技术,具体的说是一种基于射频IC卡技术的轮胎气压检测装置。
背景技术
在车辆行驶过程中,轮胎气压过低或过大都会影响车辆安全,因此研制一种轮胎气压在线实时检测装置是十分必要的。现有轮胎气压检测装置采用无线收发式或电磁式。其缺点是电路结构复杂,电池经常要更换。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种基于射频IC卡技术的轮胎气压检测装置,采用射频IC卡电路、读卡电路和按钮开关进行检测的一种轮胎气压检测装置。这种轮胎气压检测装置无需在轮胎里安装电源,电路简单,安装方便。
本发明包括射频IC卡电路、读卡电路和按钮开关,所采用的技术方案在于:按钮开关的上静触头和下静触点通过导线与射频IC卡电路相连,射频IC卡电路与射频IC卡天线相连,读卡天线通过读卡电路与系统控制电路连接,系统控制电路还与报警电路相连接。按钮开关安装在汽车轮毂与内轮胎之间,射频IC卡天线安装在车轮轴的下端,读卡天线安装在刹车毂上,并与车轮轴上的射频IC卡天线的位置相对应,导线镶嵌安装在车轮轴里。
本发明通过采用射频IC卡电路、读卡电路和按钮开关,解决了现有技术中的需要在轮胎安装电池问题,电路简单。

具体实施方式
图1所示:按钮开关13的上静触头1和下静触点2通过导线3与射频IC卡电路4相连,射频IC卡电路4与射频IC卡天线5相连,读卡天线6通过读卡电路7与系统控制电路9连接,系统控制电路9还与报警电路8相连接。
图2所示:按钮开关13安装在汽车轮毂14与内轮胎之间,射频IC卡天线5安装在车轮轴15的下端,读卡天线6安装在刹车毂上,并与车轮轴15上的射频IC卡天线5的位置相对应,导线3镶嵌安装在车轮轴15里。
本发明的工作原理如下:当轮胎气压在标准压力时,按钮开关13的弹簧10使动触点12在上静触点1与下静触点2的中间位置,导致射频IC卡电路4不能工作,射频IC卡天线5不能向读卡天线6发射射频信号,读卡天线6没有信号接收,报警电路8不报警,车辆正常继续行驶。
如果在行驶过程中,轮胎气压过大,使按钮开关13的连杆11带动动触点12与下静触点2闭合,导致射频IC卡电路4工作,射频IC卡天线5向读卡天线6发射一个射频信号,读卡电路7读取这个射频信号后向系统控制电路9发出一个启动报警信号,系统控制电路9启动报警电路8,报警电路8发出报警。
如果在行驶过程中,轮胎气压过小,弹簧10使按钮开关13的连杆11带动动触点12与上静触点1闭合,导致射频IC卡电路4工作,射频IC卡天线5向读卡天线6发射一个射频信号,读卡电路7读取这个射频信号后向系统控制电路9发出一个启动报警信号,系统控制电路9启动报警电路8,报警电路8发出报警。
这样,采用射频IC卡电路4、读卡电路7和按钮开关13,实现了轮胎气压的在线实时检测。

1.一种基于射频IC卡技术的轮胎气压检测装置,包括射频IC卡电路(4)、读卡电路(7)和按钮开关(13),其特征在于:按钮开关(13)的上静触头(1)和下静触点(2)通过导线(3)与射频IC卡电路(4)相连,射频IC卡电路(4)与射频IC卡天线(5)相连,读卡天线(6)通过读卡电路(7)与系统控制电路(9)连接,系统控制电路(9)还与报警电路(8)相连接,按钮开关(13)安装在汽车轮毂(14)与内轮胎之间,射频IC卡天线(5)安装在车轮轴(15)的下端,读卡天线(6)安装在刹车毂上,并与车轮轴(15)上的射频IC卡天线(5)的位置相对应,导线(3)镶嵌安装在车轮轴(15)里。
