Abstract
本发明提供了一种眼部修护精华液,其包括C20-22磷酸酯/C20-22脂肪醇、尿囊素、甜菜碱、丁二醇、甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯、卡波姆、聚谷氨酸、透明质酸钠、聚乙二醇-400,三乙醇胺、β-葡聚糖、棕榈酰三肽-5、丝氨酸活性成分、植物舒敏剂、扭刺仙人掌茎提取物等多种成分。本发明能够有效补充眼部肌肤水分,滋润眼部肌肤,淡化眼部的细纹和黑眼圈。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化妆品技术领域,特别地涉及一种眼部修护精华液,以及该眼部修护精华液的制备方法。
背景技术
眼部肌肤是人体皮肤最薄的部位,眼部表皮与真皮的厚度总和才约为0.55毫米,仅为面部肌肤的1/3到1/5厚度,眼部皮下几乎没有皮脂腺汗腺分布,眼周的细薄皮肤非常容易干燥,因为几乎没有自动的滋润能力,能供给的油脂非常少,所含的胶原蛋白、弹力蛋白较少。此外,眼周围的肌肤也十分敏感、脆弱,微血管极为微细。
人每天眨眼可超过一万次,也就是说在正常的情况下,人每分钟要眨眼15次,眼部高强度的运动再加上外部诸多因素的影响,如紫外线和电脑辐射、不良生活习惯、污染、彩妆的多重伤害,眼部肌肤通常会出现各种表情纹、年龄纹、松弛、浮肿、黑眼圈等现象,令女性看上去显得苍老,没有精神。因此,眼部肌肤的护理是十分重要的。
眼部护理品主要是为了达到眼部补水保湿、眼部抗皱、去幼纹、去干纹、眼部提拉紧致、去浮肿、去黑眼圈等功效。目前,市面上的眼部护理产品主要有眼霜、眼胶和眼膜三大类。眼霜富含多种油分和营养物质,滋润性强,使用不当最易产生脂肪粒;眼胶是一种植物性啫喱状物质,成分温和较易吸收。一般先用精华液涂抹眼部肌肤,再使用眼霜或眼胶。因此,选择一款高效全面的精华液是十分重要的。
目前市面上的眼部护理产品很多,但使用效果不明显,或刺激性比较高,不能达到安全高效的效果。因此,研发出一款安全有效、温和不刺激的眼部精华液是十分必要的。
发明内容
本发明旨在针对以上要解决的技术问题,提供一种安全有效、温和不刺激、原材料天然绿色,能够有效补充眼部肌肤水分、减少皱纹和细纹、淡化黑眼圈的眼部修护精华液。
本发明还提供了所述眼部修护精华液的制备方法。
为了实现以上目的,本发明提供了以下技术方案:
一种眼部修护精华液,其由以下重量百分比的组分组成:C20-22磷酸酯/C20-22脂肪醇0.3-0.8%,尿囊素0.1-0.4%,甜菜碱0.5-4%,丁二醇3-8%,甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.5-3%,卡波姆0.12-0.22%,聚谷氨酸0.03-0.15%,透明质酸钠0.01-0.1%,聚乙二醇-4001-5%,三乙醇胺0.2-0.28%,β-葡聚糖1-6%,棕榈酰三肽-51-6%,丝氨酸活性成分0.5-4%,植物舒敏剂0.4-2%,扭刺仙人掌茎提取物0.5-4%,水解燕麦蛋白1-5%,掌叶树提取物1-5%,沟鹿角菜提取物1-4%,苯氧乙醇/乙基己基甘油0.5-0.6%,去离子水余量。
本发明还提供了所述眼部修护精华液的制备方法,其步骤如下:
(1)在搅拌的同时,将透明质酸钠和聚谷氨酸缓慢加入聚乙二醇-400中,充分搅拌至分散均匀,加入5%-10%的去离子水,充分搅拌均匀至溶液为透明无颗粒状态,得到第一混合物;
(2)将三乙醇胺用占所述精华液总重量百分比为2%的去离子水预先分散好,得到第二混合物;
(3)将C20-22磷酸酯/C20-22脂肪醇、尿囊素、甜菜碱、丁二醇、甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯、卡波姆和剩余去离子水混合,搅拌加热至80-85℃,均质,保温搅拌至C20-22磷酸酯/C20-22脂肪醇和卡波姆完全溶解,得到第三混合物,将所述第二混合物加入至所述第三混合物中,调节pH至6-7,开始降温;
(3)降温至45℃,加入所述第一混合物,搅拌均匀后降温,至40℃时,加入β-葡聚糖、棕榈酰三肽-5、丝氨酸活性成分、植物舒敏剂、扭刺仙人掌茎提取物、水解燕麦蛋白、掌叶树提取物、沟鹿角菜提取物和苯氧乙醇/乙基己基甘油,搅拌均匀,即得眼部修护精华液。
值得注意的是,本发明的“苯氧乙醇/乙基己基甘油”为本领域已知的化妆品原料,本领域技术人员可清楚确定其组成。优选地,苯氧乙醇和乙基己基甘油的重量比例为9:1。
在本发明的眼部修护精华液中,使用了多种配比合理的互补增效成分,有效地提高了本发明的眼部修护精华液的功效性能。
本发明的眼部修护精华液中同时加入聚乙二醇-400、丁二醇、甜菜碱等能吸附水分的保湿剂,聚谷氨酸、甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯、透明质酸钠、丝氨酸活性成分(其INCI名称为“水/丁二醇/藻酸钠/丝氨酸/卡波姆/阿拉伯树胶/羟苯甲酯”,英文商品名MoisturizingVegetalMICROPATCH,可购自BASF公司)等具有深层锁水保湿功效的保湿剂,以及β-葡聚糖、水解燕麦蛋白等具有修复屏障功能的深层保湿剂。这些保湿剂复配后具有高效的深层保湿锁水功效,可赋予肌肤滋润光滑的触感;同时还可以促进皮肤细胞代谢,改善皮肤的营养代谢和生理条件,促进胶原蛋白和弹性纤维的合成,增加皮肤弹性,有效修护眼部肌肤。
本发明加入了棕榈酰三肽-5,其拥有独特排序的小分子三肽,模拟人体自身的机制通过TGF-β生成胶原蛋白,同时通过抑制MMP(基质金属蛋白酶)来保护胶原蛋白免受降解。两者协同增效,达到抗皱效果的最大化,改善皮肤饱满度,减少皱纹和细纹,使眼部肌肤恢复活力。
本发明使用的水解燕麦蛋白是一种源自燕麦蛋白复合物,其加入本发明,具有明显即时紧致的效果,可以使皮肤产生瞬时紧绷的感觉,同时还兼具保湿、成膜、延缓衰老及光滑肌肤的作用。水解燕麦蛋白再搭配高分子的聚谷氨酸和透明质酸钠,可在眼部周围肌肤形成一层光滑的膜,如同第二层肌肤,可减少外界污染和其他因素对眼部肌肤的伤害,并能深层保湿补水,减少眼部肌肤的干燥松弛状况,紧致眼部肌肤。
本发明还添加了掌叶树(Palmariapalmata)提取物(其商品名为“红藻微循环促进因子”,可购自广州诺然生物科技股份有限公司),提取自大西洋东北部和西北部以及地中海生长于多岩石海岸的天然红藻精华,可大大增强微循环体系,促进新陈代谢,迅速排除多余水分以及积存在眼部的毒素和废物,防止脂肪细胞在微血管中的积存,有效改善眼袋修复黑眼圈;同时也有极强的抗污染、抗自由基功效,能有效改善因干燥和紫外线造成的皮肤粗糙、老化现象。此外,添加的沟鹿角菜(Pelvetiacanaliculata)提取物,可加速眼部肌肤新陈代谢,抑制黑色素形成,重点淡化黑眼圈,同时能有效修护肌肤细胞,巩固眼部纹理组织,改善暗哑及眼部浮肿的问题,保持眼部肌肤光彩细致,令明眸闪亮迷人。
本发明同时还添加了植物舒敏剂和扭刺仙人掌茎提取物。植物舒敏剂(INCI名称为“水/丁二醇/苦参根提取物/胀果甘草根提取物/黄芩根提取物”,可购自上海迦叶有限公司)蕴含苦参、甘草和黄芩三种经典消炎防敏植物活性成份;扭刺仙人掌(Opuntiastreptacantha)茎提取物富含甾醇、黄酮、多酚等多种活性成分。两者复配,具有优异的细胞舒缓功能,对化妆品中常见化学刺激物、紫外线引起的细胞损伤等具有显著的修复作用,可明显减缓敏感肌肤常见的泛红、瘙痒等现象,降低眼部肌肤的敏感性程度。
试验效果表明,与现有技术相比,本发明的眼部修护精华,富含多种植物提取物、保湿锁水成分、抗皱舒缓因子等等,能够有效补充和保持眼部肌肤水分、减少皱纹和细纹、淡化黑眼圈等,有效修护眼部肌肤。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步的详述,但本发明不限于以下实施例。值得注意的是,除非特别指出,本发明所使用的各种组分均为本领域现有材料,可通过商业渠道购买获得或通过现有方法制得。
具体实施例如表1所示。

以上实施例的制备工艺如下:
(1)制备第二相:在搅拌的同时,将透明质酸钠和聚谷氨酸缓慢加入聚乙二醇-400中,充分搅拌至分散均匀,加入5%-10%(基于本配方中的去离子水总重量)的去离子水,充分搅拌均匀至溶液为透明无颗粒状态;
(2)将第一相原料加入到乳化锅中,搅拌加热到至80-85℃,适当均质,保温搅拌至C20-22磷酸酯/C20-22脂肪醇和卡波姆完全溶解,加入预分散好的第三相,调节pH至6-7,开始降温;
(3)降温至45℃,加入预处理好的第二相,搅拌均匀后降温,40℃时,加入第四相,搅拌均匀,即得眼部修护精华液。
试验例1吸湿率测试
1、试验方法:分别称取实施例1-3中的各2份6g眼部修护精华液,置于直径为4cm的称量瓶中,室温下,分别在相对湿度为43%、75%的环境中放置8h,在1h、2h、4h、6h、8h分别进行称量,并记录样品质量的变化,计算吸湿率,每次做三个平行样,取平均值。
吸湿率=[(mi-m0)/m0]*100%
其中mi为第i小时的样品质量,g;m0为试验前样品质量,g。
2、试验结果:眼部修护精华液的吸湿率随时间变化的情况见图1。由图中可以看出,吸湿率均为负值,这表明样品经较长时间放置后水分都会散失,但在室温下,在相对湿度分别为43%和75%的环境中放置8h后,平均吸湿率最高分别为-1.75%和-1.24%,失水缓慢,说明该眼部修护精华液具有较好的保湿力。
试验例2皮肤含水量测试
1、试验方法
1.1找30名受试者,女性,年龄在25-45岁内。
1.2选择受试者左、右手臂依次循环标记:受试区域样品组(本发明任一实施例制得的眼部护肤品)和空白对照区域;
1.3技术人员使用皮肤测试仪MPA6分别测量受试区域和空白对照区域,取平均值,记为起始值。
1.4在受试者经清水清洗过的实验部位涂抹送检样品,空白对照区域不涂抹任何样品。
1.5受试者在连续使用测试样品0.5h、1h、2h、4h、6h后,由技术人员使用使用皮肤测试仪MPA6分别测量受试区域和空白对照区域5次,取平均值。
1.6统计测得的数值,分析其皮肤含水量变化规律
2、试验结果:
测试结果如图2所示。由图2可以看出,受试部位涂抹样品0.5h后,受试部位的含水量明显升高(p<0.05),在测试的6个小时内,水分含量始终明显高于对照组(p<0.05),且在测试的4h后,水分含量下降缓慢,说明本发明实施例1~3的眼部修护精华液具有良好的保湿锁水作用。
试验例3人体斑贴实验
1、试验方法:受试者共计30人,具体性别构成和年龄构成随机确定(符合《化妆品接触性皮炎诊断标准及处理原则》纳入、排除标准)。将实施例1、2、3制得的样品放入斑试器内(样品用量为0.020~0.025g),对照孔为空白(不置任何物质),将样品和空白对照均贴于受试者的前臂曲侧,用手掌轻压使之均匀地贴敷于皮肤上,持续24h。去除斑试器后30min,待压痕消失后观察皮肤反应。如结果为阴性,在24h和48h分别再观察一次。
根据《化妆品接触性皮炎诊断标准及处理原则》,其分类判定的标准如表2所示。

2、试验结果:本发明实施例1-3的人体斑贴试验结果如表3所示。

实验结果表明,对于实施例1-3的眼部修护精华液,此次受试的30人均表现为阴性反应,说明本发明的眼部修护精华液对人体皮肤无不良反应。
试验例4皮肤长期试用测试
选取80名女性,分成四组,分别试用实施例1、2、3和市售眼部精华液,试验人员每天早晚将适量眼部精华液均匀涂在眼部周围,连续涂抹60天。试用结果如表4所示。

试用结果表明,对于本发明的实施例1-3,其滋润保湿的有效率为85%-90%,淡化细纹的有效率为78%-83%,淡化黑眼圈的有效率为73%-80%,均高于市售眼部精华液的有效率,这表明本发明的眼部修护精华液能够更加有效补充眼部肌肤水分,滋润眼部肌肤,淡化眼部的细纹和黑眼圈等,比市售眼部精华液更能有效修护眼部肌肤的各种问题。
Claims (2)
1.一种眼部修护精华液,其特征在于由以下重量百分比的组分组成:C20-22磷酸酯/C20-22脂肪醇0.3-0.8%,尿囊素0.1-0.4%,甜菜碱0.5-4%,丁二醇3-8%,甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯0.5-3%,卡波姆0.12-0.22%,聚谷氨酸0.03-0.15%,透明质酸钠0.01-0.1%,聚乙二醇-4001-5%,三乙醇胺0.2-0.28%,β-葡聚糖1-6%,棕榈酰三肽-51-6%,丝氨酸活性成分0.5-4%,植物舒敏剂0.4-2%,扭刺仙人掌茎提取物0.5-4%,水解燕麦蛋白1-5%,掌叶树提取物1-5%,沟鹿角菜提取物1-4%,苯氧乙醇/乙基己基甘油0.5-0.6%,去离子水余量。
2.权利要求1所述眼部修护精华液的制备方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
(1)在搅拌的同时,将透明质酸钠和聚谷氨酸缓慢加入聚乙二醇-400中,充分搅拌至分散均匀,加入5%~10%的去离子水,充分搅拌均匀至溶液为透明无颗粒状态,得到第一混合物;
(2)将三乙醇胺用占所述精华液总重量百分比为2%的去离子水预先分散好,得到第二混合物;
(3)将C20-22磷酸酯/C20-22脂肪醇、尿囊素、甜菜碱、丁二醇、甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯、卡波姆和剩余去离子水混合,搅拌加热至80-85℃,均质,保温搅拌至C20-22磷酸酯/C20-22脂肪醇和卡波姆完全溶解,得到第三混合物,将所述第二混合物加入至所述第三混合物中,调节pH至6-7,开始降温;
(3)降温至45℃,加入所述第一混合物,搅拌均匀后降温,至40℃时,加入β-葡聚糖、棕榈酰三肽-5、丝氨酸活性成分、植物舒敏剂、扭刺仙人掌茎提取物、水解燕麦蛋白、掌叶树提取物、沟鹿角菜提取物和苯氧乙醇/乙基己基甘油,搅拌均匀,即得眼部修护精华液。
