s110: and the anti-theft unit component sends the authentication anti-theft information to the anti-theft server for authentication operation.
S120: and the anti-theft server receives the authentication anti-theft information and matches the authentication anti-theft information with the check anti-theft information in the anti-theft server.
When the anti-theft unit component tries to open or control the working module of the mobile body equipment to work, the anti-theft unit component generates authentication anti-theft information, the authentication anti-theft information is used for performing authentication operation on the behavior of opening or controlling the working module of the mobile body equipment and the anti-theft unit component, and the authentication operation is that the authentication anti-theft information is matched with the check anti-theft information in the anti-theft server.
S130: and if the authentication anti-theft information is successfully matched with the verification anti-theft information, the anti-theft server carries out authorization operation on the anti-theft unit component and sends authorization information.
The anti-theft server matches the authentication anti-theft information with the check anti-theft information in the anti-theft server, and therefore whether the authorization information can be sent or not is judged according to the matching result.
Wherein, the authentication theftproof information and the check theftproof information respectively include: a list of anti-theft unit components for the mobile device, a unique device identifier for the anti-theft unit components, a unique device identifier for the mobile device, and associated verification data. The anti-theft unit component list comprises name information of the mobile body equipment and each mobile body equipment working module thereof and name information of the anti-theft unit components.
As a preferred embodiment, the process of the anti-theft server matching the authentication anti-theft information with the check anti-theft information inside the anti-theft server includes:
when a certain mobile body equipment working module needs to be started, the anti-theft unit component sends authentication anti-theft information to an anti-theft server, wherein the authentication anti-theft information comprises a unique equipment identifier of the mobile body equipment working module and relevant verification data of the mobile body equipment working module;
the anti-theft server searches data matched with information such as the unique device identifier of the mobile device working module in an anti-theft unit component list of the anti-theft server; after matching is successful, matching and verifying the related verification data sent by the anti-theft unit component and the related verification data in the anti-theft server; and when the verification is passed, the anti-theft server performs authorization operation on the anti-theft unit assembly and sends authorization information, so that the authentication operation of the authentication anti-theft information is realized.
S140: and the anti-theft unit component acquires the authorization information and sends a work control signal to a mobile body equipment work module connected with the anti-theft unit component, wherein the work control signal is used for controlling the mobile body equipment work module to start or work.
The anti-theft unit component can control the movable body equipment working module to start or work after acquiring the authorization information, the check anti-theft information of the anti-theft server and the authentication anti-theft information of the anti-theft unit component are respectively and independently arranged, an illegal user cannot directly crack the anti-theft unit component to open the movable body equipment working module, the risk that the movable body equipment can be started only by cracking on one side of the anti-theft unit component in the related technology and the cracking process is difficult to be known by a legal user is avoided, and the anti-theft safety of the movable body equipment working module is ensured.
Because the authentication anti-theft information is matched with the internal check anti-theft information, the anti-theft server can determine whether to send the authorization information, and the anti-theft server and the anti-theft unit component are separately and independently arranged, the possibility that the mobile body equipment working module can be started as long as the anti-theft equipment connected with the mobile body equipment working module is cracked in the related technology is avoided, meanwhile, as the anti-theft unit component needs to start the mobile body equipment working module, the external anti-theft server verifies that the authorization is an indispensable condition, therefore, compared with the mode that the anti-theft unit component is successfully verified, namely unlocked, the anti-theft safety of the mobile body equipment working module is improved, and the anti-theft performance is enhanced.
Please refer to fig. 3, and fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of an anti-theft protection method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and with reference to fig. 1 and fig. 3, the anti-theft unit component further includes a mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal participates in the anti-theft authentication authorization process, and the anti-theft authentication authorization process that the mobile terminal participates in is as follows:
s210: the mobile terminal establishes mobile terminal-server data connection with the anti-theft server, receives the authentication anti-theft information and sends the authentication anti-theft information to the anti-theft server through the mobile terminal-server data connection to perform authentication operation; the authentication anti-theft information comprises authentication anti-theft information of anti-theft unit components except the mobile terminal and authentication anti-theft information of the mobile terminal.
The method comprises the steps that a mobile terminal establishes mobile terminal-server data connection, specifically, the mobile terminal is used as one of anti-theft unit components, an anti-theft unit component list can be arranged in the mobile terminal, the anti-theft unit component list comprises a specified anti-theft server, after the corresponding anti-theft server is found through the anti-theft unit component list, the anti-theft server judges whether connection with the mobile terminal is allowed or not according to the anti-theft unit component list, and if the connection is allowed, the mobile terminal-server data connection is established. Then, through the mobile terminal-server data connection, the mobile terminal acquires authentication anti-theft information and sends the authentication anti-theft information to the anti-theft server through the data connection for authentication operation.
The anti-theft server can realize matching verification of the mobile terminal by setting the name information of the mobile terminal and the unique device identifier of the mobile terminal in the anti-theft unit component list so as to prevent the mobile device from being opened by utilizing an illegal mobile terminal.
The authentication anti-theft information received by the anti-theft server can be two types, the first type is anti-theft unit component information which is obtained by the mobile terminal from other anti-theft unit components and then directly forwarded; the other is combined authentication anti-theft information of the authentication anti-theft information acquired by the mobile terminal from other anti-theft unit components and the authentication anti-theft information of the mobile terminal.
The mobile terminal can be used as a central center for authenticating the anti-theft information and the authorization information interactive communication, and can be used in daily use. And the automatic authentication and authorization operation of the mobile terminal does not increase the workload and the authentication time of the authentication of the legal user too much. The mobile terminal and other anti-theft unit components participate in the authentication process together, so that the defect that an illegal user can start the mobile body equipment only by cracking one anti-theft unit component in the traditional anti-theft mechanism is avoided, in addition, the difficulty, the workload and the working cost are increased for illegally disassembling and replacing the anti-theft unit component, the disassembling and cracking time is prolonged, and the safety factor of the mobile body equipment is increased.
S220: and the anti-theft server receives the authentication anti-theft information and matches the authentication anti-theft information with the check anti-theft information.
S230: and if the authentication anti-theft information is successfully matched with the verification anti-theft information, the anti-theft server authorizes the mobile terminal or other anti-theft unit components except the mobile terminal through the mobile terminal-server data connection and sends authorization information.
S240: the anti-theft unit component except the mobile terminal acquires the authorization information and sends a work control signal to a mobile body equipment work module connected with the anti-theft unit component; or, when the mobile terminal acquires the authorization information, controlling the control software of the mobile terminal to respond to the user instruction to normally work; and when the control software works normally, the control software controls the working module of the mobile body equipment to start or work.
The anti-theft server can send authorization information to the mobile terminal through the mobile terminal-server data connection, special control software is arranged in the mobile terminal, and under the excitation of the authorization information, the control software of the mobile terminal controls the corresponding mobile body equipment work control module to start or work. Or the anti-theft server sends the authorization information to the mobile terminal through mobile terminal-server data connection, the mobile terminal sends the authorization information to the corresponding anti-theft unit component, the anti-theft unit component controls the mobile body equipment working module to be started or work, and the mobile terminal can encrypt and add data and the like on the self side after receiving the authorization information. The authentication theft-proof information, the verification theft-proof information and the authorization information are the most basic information and can have various expression forms such as code element symbols, digital symbols and the like.
When the matching of the authentication theft-proof information and the verification theft-proof information inside the theft-proof server is unsuccessful, which indicates that a problem may occur in the theft-proof unit component (for example, an illegal user uses an illegal mobile terminal to perform a start operation on a mobile device), at this time, the theft-proof server refuses to transmit authorization information to prevent the mobile device from being turned on or working, and in addition, in order to further track the illegal user, as shown in fig. 4, the theft-proof protection method in the above embodiment further includes the following steps:
s310: and if the authentication anti-theft information is not matched with the verification anti-theft information within the preset times successfully, the anti-theft server acquires the position information and/or the user information of the mobile terminal.
If the matching of the authentication theft-proof information and the verification theft-proof information is unsuccessful within the predetermined number of times, which may be a problem of the mobile terminal or the theft-proof unit component, such as an illegal user performing a starting operation on the mobile device using an illegal mobile terminal or a component of the theft-proof unit fixedly connected with the mobile device being cracked, and a legal mobile terminal serving as a part of the theft-proof unit component being fixedly connected with the mobile device, at this time, by acquiring the position information (such as positioning information and/or motion estimation information) and/or the user information (such as a telephone number and/or address book of the mobile terminal) of the mobile terminal, the theft-proof unit component fixed with the mobile device may trigger an authentication failure action and upload the position information and/or the user information even if the mobile device is detached and installed on another device. By the method, the mobile terminal can be monitored in real time, and if the mobile terminal is an illegal mobile terminal, the mobile terminal can be added into the blacklist to prevent an illegal user holding the mobile terminal from controlling the mobile equipment to start or work and other operations, so that the anti-theft safety of the mobile equipment is improved, and the mobile phone number, the positioning information and/or the user information of the illegal mobile terminal are tracked.
The method is particularly directed to an action of attempting to start the mobile device working module through an illegal mobile terminal, for example, when the illegal mobile terminal sends the action of attempting to start the mobile device working module to the anti-theft unit assembly, the anti-theft unit assembly sends authentication anti-theft information to the illegal mobile terminal, the authentication anti-theft information is forwarded to an anti-theft server by the illegal mobile terminal, and when the anti-theft server fails to verify the authentication anti-theft information for more than a preset number of times, the anti-theft server acquires the position information and/or the user information of the illegal mobile terminal.
Specifically, the anti-theft server may obtain the location information or the user information of the mobile terminal by means of GPS positioning or checking SIM card information.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the anti-theft protection method provided by the above embodiment further includes the following steps:
s410: if the authentication anti-theft information is not matched with the verification anti-theft information within the preset times successfully, the anti-theft server informs the position information and/or the user information of the mobile terminal to a legal user according to the contact way of the legal user list and the legal user.
When the matching of the authentication anti-theft information and the verification anti-theft information is unsuccessful within the preset times, the anti-theft server informs the position signal and/or the user information of the mobile terminal to the legal user according to a pre-stored legal user contact list, so that the legal user can acquire the information of the illegal user holding the mobile terminal in time, the tracking and the query of the illegal user are further realized, and the anti-theft safety of the working module of the mobile body equipment is greatly improved. Even if the movable body equipment working module is violently dismantled and removed by an illegal user, the legal user can also realize the positioning and tracking of the illegal user so as to facilitate the subsequent operations such as recovery and the like. For example: the legal user acquires the position of each mobile body device according to the position information of the mobile terminal, tracks the position information of each anti-theft unit component and the corresponding contact information of the illegal user, improves the possibility of finding the anti-theft unit, then finds the illegal user, cuts off the gray sales chain for disassembling the parts, reduces the possibility of buying and selling the parts, and increases the anti-theft safety factor.
In order to enhance the performance of anti-theft authorization and improve the anti-theft capability, as shown in fig. 6, the anti-theft protection method shown in fig. 6 includes the following steps in addition to the methods provided by the above embodiments:
s510: and if the anti-theft unit component or the mobile body equipment working module corresponding to the anti-theft unit component starts an anti-theft authentication authorization process, triggering other anti-theft unit components in the anti-theft unit component list to participate in the anti-theft authentication authorization process by the anti-theft unit component or the mobile terminal according to a preset anti-theft unit component list.
By the method, any anti-theft unit component is removed or replaced, and all components in the anti-theft unit component list need to participate in the anti-theft authentication authorization process again, so that an illegal user is prevented from applying the removed anti-theft unit component to a new system, the illegal user is prevented from replacing the original anti-theft unit component with the new anti-theft unit component at will, the possibility of independent normal use of a working module of certain mobile equipment is controlled, and the anti-theft safety is improved.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a flow chart of an anti-theft protection method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, and in order to prevent an operating module of a mobile device from being used illegally, as shown in fig. 7, the anti-theft protection method further includes the steps mentioned in the above embodiment:
s610: and if the authentication anti-theft information is not matched with the verification anti-theft information within the preset times successfully, the anti-theft server performs recording and/or locking operation on the anti-theft unit component.
The anti-theft unit component is recorded, information of the anti-theft unit component is obtained, the anti-theft unit component can be locked, before the locked anti-theft unit component is unlocked, the anti-theft server does not send authorization information which is successfully authenticated to the anti-theft unit component (for example, authorization information is not sent to the mobile terminal), and therefore the mobile device working module related to the anti-theft unit component cannot be applied to new mobile device, the utilization value of the mobile device working module is reduced, and the new mobile device cannot work.
As described above, the authentication anti-theft information also includes the authentication anti-theft information of the mobile terminal, the anti-theft server acquires the information of the mobile terminal, and registers and locks the mobile terminal according to the information of the mobile terminal, so that the mobile terminal can be added into the blacklist, and the authentication anti-theft information sent by the mobile terminal is not received any more, thereby further realizing the anti-theft authentication of the mobile terminal.
And the mobile terminal or other anti-theft unit components except the mobile terminal can hide or delete the anti-theft unit component list of the mobile terminal under the registered or locked state, so that the anti-theft server can be used for locking the mobile terminal immediately even if the mobile terminal is lost carelessly, and an illegal user cannot illegally use the mobile terminal to control the working module of the mobile equipment to be opened or normally work.
In order to further improve the anti-theft performance of the anti-theft unit assembly, as shown in fig. 8, the anti-theft protection method further includes:
s710: the anti-theft server records the locked anti-theft unit component information;
s720: if the anti-theft server detects that the authentication anti-theft information contains information about the locked anti-theft unit component, the anti-theft server refuses to send authorization information.
The anti-theft authentication information detected by the anti-theft server may include the anti-theft authentication information sent by the unlocked anti-theft unit component, and if the anti-theft authentication information includes the information about the locked anti-theft unit component, the anti-theft unit component is associated with the locked anti-theft unit component, and the anti-theft server refuses to send the authorization information to the anti-theft unit component and locks the anti-theft unit component, so that other mobile device operating modules associated with a certain mobile device operating module can be further protected from being illegally started or operated.
Taking an electric vehicle battery as a mobile body equipment working module associated with a locked anti-theft unit component as an example, when the detached electric vehicle battery is applied to a new electric vehicle, the anti-theft unit component establishes an association relationship with anti-theft unit components of other mobile body equipment working modules on the new electric vehicle (for example, a new anti-theft unit component list is set), if an original legal user does not unlock the electric vehicle battery in an anti-theft server, all anti-theft unit components of other electric vehicle structures associated with the anti-theft unit component enter a locking state, so that the influence range of illegally using the anti-theft unit and the corresponding basic working unit is increased, the cracking difficulty of an illegal user is further increased, and the illegal user is not dared to easily go to experiments or cracking.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic flow chart of an anti-theft protection method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 9, the anti-theft protection method uses an electric vehicle as a mobile device to perform anti-theft protection, and includes the following specific steps:
801: presetting an anti-theft protection system;
802: the anti-theft server presets a contact way and checks anti-theft information;
803: the mobile terminal presets authentication anti-theft information;
804: distributing preset anti-theft data to each anti-theft unit of the electric vehicle;
805: finishing the presetting of the anti-theft protection system;
806: attempting to start the electric vehicle;
807: sending an anti-theft authentication starting message to each anti-theft module;
808: each anti-theft module sends anti-theft authentication data to the mobile terminal;
809: the mobile terminal sends anti-theft authentication data to the anti-theft server;
810: the anti-theft server compares the anti-theft data and judges whether the anti-theft data are matched, if so, step 813 is executed; if not, go to step 811;
811: the mobile terminal starts a GPS function and uploads number, position and track information;
812: uploading the anti-theft data of the level locking associated anti-theft unit;
813: the anti-theft server sends authentication success authorization information;
814: the mobile terminal forwards the successful authorization information to each anti-theft unit;
815: the anti-theft unit turns on the basic working unit function.

before the antitheft protection system is activated, a legitimate user sets a mobile device list including a controller antitheft unit 1318, a battery antitheft unit 1319, and a motor antitheft unit 1320, which is used in an antitheft authentication procedure (hereinafter, abbreviated as antitheft authentication) of a legitimate user, in advance in an antitheft server 1330, sets unique device identifiers and related checking antitheft data (hereinafter, abbreviated as checking antitheft keys) of each mobile device and an antitheft mobile terminal 1311 in this order, and forms a server-side checking antitheft unit component list and a checking antitheft data list (hereinafter, abbreviated as checking antitheft key list). The server-side checking anti-theft unit component list comprises a controller anti-theft unit 1318, a battery anti-theft unit 1319, a motor anti-theft unit 1320 and a unique device identifier thereof; the anti-theft key may include a customized unique key code, or may include dynamic ciphertext information that varies according to a specific parameter and a specific algorithm, and in this embodiment, the information is simply considered as a customized unique key code for verification by the mobile terminal 1311 in the following. In the present embodiment, the verification anti-theft key list includes a verification anti-theft key a1311 of the mobile terminal 1311, a verification anti-theft key a1318 of the controller anti-theft unit 1318, a verification anti-theft key a1319 of the battery anti-theft unit 1319, and a verification anti-theft key a1320 of the motor anti-theft unit 1320.
Before the anti-theft protection system is enabled, a legitimate user needs to set a list of mobile devices for authentication that participate in the anti-theft authentication process in the mobile terminal 1311, and to set anti-theft data for authentication (hereinafter, referred to as an anti-theft key for authentication) for each mobile device in order to form a list of mobile terminal authentication anti-theft unit components and a list of anti-theft data for authentication (hereinafter, referred to as an anti-theft key for authentication). The list of components of the anti-theft unit for mobile terminal authentication provided by the embodiment comprises unique device identifiers of the controller anti-theft unit 1318, the battery anti-theft unit 1319 and the motor anti-theft unit 1320; the list of the authentication antitheft keys includes an authentication antitheft key B1311 of the mobile terminal 1311, an authentication antitheft key B1318 of the controller antitheft unit 1318, an authentication antitheft key B1319 of the battery antitheft unit 1319, and an authentication antitheft key B1320 of the motor antitheft unit 1320.
The authentication antitheft key B1311 matches the server-side verification antitheft key a1311, the authentication antitheft key B1318 matches the server-side verification antitheft key a1318, and the authentication antitheft key B1320 matches the server-side verification antitheft key a 1320.
The mobile terminal 1311 transmits the mobile terminal authentication anti-theft unit component list and the anti-theft key list to corresponding anti-theft units through the anti-theft unit communication interface 1312 and the anti-theft unit communication cable 1313 respectively, and transmits an authentication anti-theft key B1318 and a mobile terminal authentication anti-theft unit component list corresponding to the controller anti-theft unit 1318 and stores the lists in a memory of the controller anti-theft unit 1318; similarly, the authentication anti-theft key B1319 and the mobile terminal authentication anti-theft unit component list corresponding to the battery anti-theft unit 1319 are transferred to the battery anti-theft unit 1319 and stored in the memory of the battery anti-theft unit 1319; the authentication antitheft key B1320 and the mobile terminal authentication antitheft unit component list corresponding to the motor antitheft unit 1320 are transferred to the motor antitheft unit 1320, and stored in the memory of the motor antitheft unit 1320.
When a user starts the small electric vehicle 1310, the user first accesses the mobile terminal 1311 through the anti-theft unit communication interface 1312, sets the mobile terminal 1311 to perform data connection with each anti-theft unit (the controller anti-theft unit 1318, the battery anti-theft unit 1319, and the motor anti-theft unit 1320) through the anti-theft unit communication cable 1313, and obtains data connection with the anti-theft server 1330.
Secondly, the mobile terminal 1311 or a certain anti-theft unit sends a message of 'starting an anti-theft authentication legal user process' to the anti-theft units on the anti-theft unit component list of the mobile terminal, and the other components start an anti-theft authentication request process after receiving the message, wherein all the anti-theft units (the controller anti-theft unit 1318, the battery anti-theft unit 1319 and the motor anti-theft unit 1320) transmit corresponding anti-theft data for authentication to the mobile terminal 1311, in the embodiment, the anti-theft data for authentication of the controller anti-theft unit 1318 is an anti-theft key for authentication B1318, the anti-theft data for authentication of the battery anti-theft unit 1319 is an anti-theft key for authentication B1319, and the anti-theft data for authentication of the motor anti-theft unit 1320 is.

The fourth step is that the antitheft server 1330 performs authentication and comparison of the mobile device authentication data sent from the mobile terminal 1311 to check whether or not the unique device identifiers and the authentication antitheft keys (B1311, B1318, B1319, B1320) of the mobile terminal 1311 and the mobile devices (controller antitheft unit 1318, battery antitheft unit 1319, motor antitheft unit 1320) match the data of the unique device identifiers and the verification antitheft keys (a1311, a1318, a1319, a1320) of the mobile terminal 1311 and the mobile device (controller antitheft unit 1318, battery antitheft unit 1319, motor antitheft unit 1320), which are stored in the server in advance.
If the two are matched, the anti-theft server 1330 issues the successfully authenticated authorization information to the mobile terminal 1311, the mobile terminal 1311 then forwards the successfully authenticated authorization information to each anti-theft unit (the controller anti-theft unit 1318, the battery anti-theft unit 1319, and the motor anti-theft unit 1320), and after each anti-theft unit receives the corresponding successfully authenticated authorization information, the corresponding motor vehicle component is controlled to normally work or maintain a correctly working state, and the controller anti-theft unit 1318 starts the functions of normal starting and correct working of the motor vehicle controller 1315; the battery antitheft unit 1319 starts the functions of normal startup and normal power supply of the battery 1316; the motor theft prevention unit 1320 turns on the functions of normal start and proper operation of the driving motor 1317.
If the information is not matched, the anti-theft server 1330 sends the authentication failure information to the mobile terminal 1311, the mobile terminal 1311 starts a mobile terminal positioning function, corresponding positioning data or motion trail data is uploaded to the anti-theft server 1330, and a legal user is notified according to a legal user contact way pre-stored in the anti-theft server 1330; furthermore, the mobile terminal 1311 sends the associated anti-theft key list including the unique device identifier of the anti-theft unit and the anti-theft keys (B1311, B1318, B1319, B1320) for authentication at the mobile terminal end to the anti-theft server 1330, the anti-theft server 1330 performs registration and locking operations on the mobile terminal record and the mobile device record (controller anti-theft unit 1318, battery anti-theft unit 1319, motor anti-theft unit 1320) involved in the server, and any anti-theft authentication request involving the locked mobile terminal record and anti-theft unit record is performed before the locked anti-theft unit record is unlocked, and the anti-theft server 1330 does not send the authorization information of successful authentication any more and performs locking to prevent an illegal user from reselling or using the mobile device component illegally acquired. Meanwhile, the anti-theft phone number that fails to be authenticated is also uploaded to the anti-theft server 1330, which provides a strong clue for follow-up tracking and police.
