The refrigerant charge amount adjusting device mainly comprises an adjusting tank 7, an adjustable pressure source 13 and stop valves 11 and 12, wherein a partition 8 for dividing the adjusting tank 7 into two parts sealed with each other is arranged in the adjusting tank 7, the part above the partition 8 in the adjusting tank 7 is used for storing gas 9, the part below the partition 8 is used for storing refrigerant 10, the top end of the adjusting tank 7 is in sealed fluid communication with the adjustable pressure source 13, and the bottom end of the adjusting tank 7 is in sealed fluid communication with the stop valve 12. The shut-off valve 11 is connected in series with the shut-off valve 12 and is connected to the air conditioning system via a connecting line.
The partition 8 may take any suitable form as long as it is capable of deforming in the respective directions in accordance with the pressure difference between the gas 9 and the refrigerant 10, thereby changing the volume of the two portions of the conditioning tank divided thereby. Preferably, the separator is a film structure having elasticity.
Preferably, the material from which the partition 8 is made may be selected from one or more of the following materials: neoprene (Neoprene), nitrile rubber (Buna), Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM), Heppalon (Hypalon), fluororubber (Viton, Aflas) and Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).

Through the above steps, the matching value M of the refrigerant charge amount can be obtained as Mx-M0。
In another preferred embodiment, the matching method comprises the steps of:
(1) filling refrigerant into the air conditioning system before the adjusting tank is connected with the air conditioning system, wherein the amount of the filled refrigerant is more than the estimated optimal filling amount of the air conditioning system, and the mass of the filled refrigerant is marked as M1Air, airRegulating the mass of the tank and recording as M2;
(2) Closing the stop valve, and connecting the adjusting device with the air conditioning system;

(6) After the optimum charge matching is completed, the regulating device is removed from the air conditioning system, the residual gas in the regulating tank is released, and the total mass M of the regulating tank containing the residual refrigerant is measuredx’。
Through the above steps, the matching value M of the refrigerant charge amount can be obtained as M1+M2-Mx’。
In addition, after the adjusting tank is connected with the air conditioning system, refrigerant can be filled into the air conditioning system, the amount of the filled refrigerant is larger than the estimated optimal filling amount of the air conditioning system, and part of the refrigerant can enter the adjusting tank. The specific matching method is similar to the method, wherein after the adjusting tank is connected with the air conditioning system, refrigerant is charged into the air conditioning system, the amount of the charged refrigerant is larger than the estimated optimal charging amount of the air conditioning system, and the mass of the charged refrigerant is marked as M1In the regulationBefore the conditioning tank is connected to the air conditioning system, the mass of the empty conditioning tank is measured and recorded as M2After the optimum charge matching is completed, the control device is removed from the air conditioning system, the remaining gas in the control tank is released, and the total mass M of the control tank containing the remaining refrigerant is measuredx'; the optimal refrigerant charge of the air conditioning system is M ═ M1+M2-Mx’。

In addition, the two stop valves are arranged, so that the connecting device is convenient to mount and dismount, and the leakage of the refrigerant is further avoided.
The adjusting tank 7 may be connected to a circulation line between the outdoor heat exchanger 4 and the throttle device 6, or may be connected to a circulation line between the indoor heat exchanger 5 and the throttle device 6.
