There are several solutions to fulfill this need, one of which is implemented on a prepaid service platform. Because the user amount of the prepaid Service is generally large, the prepaid Service platform generally has a plurality of sets of Service Control Points (SCPs), and the user data is generally divided according to the city and stored in different SCPs. In a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service, users belong to a certain group, and when there are users in multiple cities in the group and the cities involved belong to different SCPs in a prepaid service platform, when the prepaid service platform implements the Virtual Private Network service of the group, there is a conflict in the division of user data. If the prepaid service changes to divide the user data according to the group, the adjustment of the user data is involved, and the subscription information of the user on a Home Location Register (HLR for short) also needs to be adjusted synchronously; on the other hand, the prepaid subscribers who open the vpn service only occupy a small part of the entire prepaid subscribers, which inevitably causes a situation that some subscribers divide data according to the city and the other subscribers divide data according to the group, and the data is relatively disordered. When a user newly joins a group, data may need to be migrated between SCPs.

the HLR maintains the intelligent service subscription information of the user, and the MSC determines the home SCP of the user according to the subscription information on the HLR, so that the call of the user is triggered to the home SCP.
In the optional embodiment of the invention, the system mainly faces to the end user to accept the request of account opening and account cancellation of the user, the request of account opening and account cancellation is sent to the service platform through the account opening interface protocol, which is generally MML protocol or SOAP protocol, and the result of account opening and account cancellation of the service platform is fed back to the user, meanwhile, the intelligent service signing information of the user on the HLR can be updated by the accounting after the account opening is successful.
A Service Management Point (SMP for short) is used to provide functions of access Management, Service Management (such as loading, unloading, activating, and deactivating services), Service data Management, and the like.
All SCPs in FIG. 5 are managed by SMP, prepaid subscriber information is divided into different SCPs according to the number segment to which the subscriber belongs, and a VPN group or subscriber information has a whole data stored in all SCPs. The SCP is the core of the intelligent network service, storing user data and service logic. The SCP has the main functions of starting different service logics according to call events reported by the MSC or SSP and sending call control instructions according to the service logics, thereby realizing various intelligent calls.
The Interface processing module (Interface Message Processor abbreviated as IMP) is used for providing an account opening Interface for outside, receiving an account opening instruction sent by the tent system under normal conditions, and feeding back a result to the tent system after completing an account opening operation on a Service Control Point (SCP). The data synchronization module is a submodule of the data synchronization module, and the function of the data synchronization module is to realize the synchronization of the VPN group on all SCPs for acquiring the user data.
Example one
FIG. 6 is a flowchart of normal overhead operations, as shown in FIG. 6, including the steps of:
step S601: the tent initiates an account opening and closing operation, and an account opening and closing instruction is sent to the IMP;
step S602: the IMP judges the type of the overhead object: prepayment, VPN;
step S603: the method comprises the steps that a prepaid user opens and sells an account, an IMP determines that a home SCP of the user is an SCP1 according to a user number segment, and user data on an SCP1 are updated;
step S604: VPN account opening, IMP updates user data on all SCPs (preferentially updating the home SCP);
step S605: SCP returns successful result of opening and canceling to IMP;
step S606: the IMP returns a successful account opening result to the tent;
step S607: the tent updates the intelligent service subscription information of the user on the HLR;
wherein, only the prepaid account needs to update the HLR subscription information.
Example two
FIG. 7 is a flow diagram of an overhead work flow in an exception condition according to an alternative embodiment of the invention, as shown in FIG. 7, including the steps of:
step S701: the tent initiates an account opening and closing operation, and an account opening and closing instruction is sent to the IMP;
step S702: the IMP judges that the object of the account opening and closing is VPN;
step S703: the IMP updates the user data on the user home SCP (SCP 1);
step S704: SCP1 returns an account opening failure;
step S705: the IMP returns an account opening failure result to the tent;
step S706: SCP1 returns success of the account opening;
step S707: the IMP continues to update other SCPs, i.e. user data on SCPn;
step S708: SCPn returns an overhead failure;
step S709: the IMP retries to open an account at SCPn, and the retry number is available;
step S710: the retry of the SCPn overhead account is successful;
step S711: SCPn retries N times and still fails and the IMP records the failure log.
Step S712: the IMP returns the successful account opening to the tent.
It should be noted that fig. 7 relates to VPN overhead and does not relate to HLR subscription data update. In addition, theoretically, the attribution SCP can be successful in account of the account, other SCPs, namely SCPn account, also should be successful, the possibility that the repeated retries still fail is very small, and at the moment, a failure log is recorded and is to be processed manually. For the user benefit priority, the result returned to the tent is subject to the execution result of the SCP to which the user belongs.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 8 is a service flow diagram of a cross-SCP VPN call according to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 8, it is assumed that A, B all are prepaid subscribers with VPN opened, and belong to the same VPN group, where a subscriber belongs to SCPa, B subscriber belongs to SCPb, MSCa is an MSC in a roaming place, MSCb is an MSC in a roaming place, and an a short number dials B, and the flow includes the following steps:
step S801: the short number of the user A is dialed to a user B in the group, and the MSCa inquires subscription information of the user A from the HLR;
step S802: HLR returns A user signing information, MSCa obtains SCPa of attribution SCP of A user according to signing information;
step S803: MSCa reports IDP message to SCPa to trigger A user calling flow;
step S804: SCPa inquires the corresponding called long number according to the short number, and judges the calling type of the network and the network, because the SCPa has a full amount of VPN group and user data, even if the B user is the attributive SCPb, the result can be inquired normally; SCPa issues a continuing instruction to MSCa, and the continuing number is a called long number;
step S805: MSCa inquires the subscription information of B user from HLR;
step S806: HLR returns the subscription information of the B user, MSCa learns that the attributive SCP of the B user is SCPb according to the subscription information;
step S807: MSCa reports IDP message to SCPb to trigger the called flow of B user;
step S808: SCPb judges the calling type of the network and the network according to the calling and called numbers, indicates MSCa to continue the calling, and indicates MSCa to set the called number to display the long number or the short number of the A user according to the setting of the B user;
step S809: A. and the user B successfully establishes the speech path and normally calls.
By adopting the optional embodiment, the synchronous operation of the newly added data synchronization submodule is adopted, and all SCPs store the information of the VPN group and the users in full quantity, so that the user subscription data on the HLR does not need to be updated after the pure prepaid user joins the VPN; the user calls the intelligent service which still triggers the original attributive SCP, and because the SCP has the full amount of VPN information at the moment, the service can normally carry out long-short number translation and other judgment of VPN service flow; furthermore, peripheral network elements such as an accounting network, an HLR and the like do not need to be modified, whether a user joins in a VPN or not does not need to be concerned, and the problem that a VPN group in the related technology is difficult to perform data migration across multiple SCPs can be solved only by performing data division according to a user city.
The above description is only an alternative embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and variations of the present invention may occur to those skilled in the art.
