Description

Intelligent medical waste transfer system
Technical Field
The invention relates to a waste transfer system, in particular to an intelligent medical waste transfer system, and belongs to the technical field of medical waste transfer.
Background
Medical waste refers to waste products of direct or indirect infectious, toxic, and other hazards generated by health care facilities in medical, preventive, healthcare, and other related activities. In order to strengthen the safety management of medical waste, prevent the spread of diseases, protect the environment and guarantee the health of human bodies, relevant departments set up medical waste management regulations.
However, due to the existence of various factors with low controllability, such as too many idle and miscellaneous persons, cumbersome handover process, and the sharing of medical waste with other channels, the related staff are inevitably not implemented according to the established medical waste management regulations, and the medical waste is leaked from multiple links, such as collection, transportation or storage. The transfer supervision of medical wastes by hospitals and health management departments is always in an inability state, and no effective management method is available. Therefore, the invention discloses a closed medical waste intelligent transportation system monitoring system as a professional product of medical waste transportation management, and the closed medical waste intelligent transportation system monitoring system is an effective means of medical waste management.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the intelligent medical waste transfer system which can completely meet medical waste management regulations. The acquisition of medical consumables, the generation of wastes, the in-hospital transfer lines, tools, contact personnel and related links are all brought into a closed monitoring management range. The wastes are transported in time after being generated, so that the residues in departments are reduced; electronic card swiping and weighing are carried out, a person in charge is locked, and each weight is recorded in real time; the special car door only opens the upper half part to stop people from riding and reduce potential safety hazards; the temporary storage room is used for weighing the incoming and outgoing wagon balance, the input system is used for automatically comparing, and the alarm is given in time when the problem is found; in addition, the system also compares the use amount of each department with the waste generation amount at regular time, and gives out warning when the use amount is larger than the allowable error range; therefore, the whole processes of waste generation, transportation, storage, outward transportation and the like are in safety and monitoring.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: an intelligent medical waste transfer system, which is characterized in that: the intelligent medical waste transportation system comprises a medical waste transportation front part, a medical waste transportation middle part and a medical waste transportation rear part;
the pre-medical waste transport section, the medical waste transport section, and the post-medical waste transport section all contain data detection and monitoring systems.
Further, the pre-transport portion of medical waste comprises the steps of:
1) the medical supply receiving quantity is calculated by pieces, and is automatically converted into weight by a system and is calculated by kilograms;
2) medical supplies become medical waste after being used, and medical staff package and seal the medical waste and apply labels.
Further, the medical waste transport section comprises the steps of:
1) calling a special elevator to a specified floor by an IC card uniquely corresponding to medical staff, and setting the special elevator to throw garbage of the same category in a certain time period so as to classify the garbage, and simultaneously hooking with a department and locking a responsible person;
2) the special elevator is internally provided with an automatic weighing device and a garbage compression device, and is internally provided with an operation control system, so that information such as medical waste throwing time, throwing personnel, weight and the like can be fed back to the data detection and monitoring system;
3) when the elevator is filled with garbage, the weight or the volume is sent to the base station through the transfer control system, and the background system is informed.
4) After the background system sends out an instruction, arranging ground staff to recover medical waste from the special elevator;
further, the post-medical waste transport section comprises the steps of:
1) the garbage is recycled to the temporary storage room, and the temporary storage room is internally provided with a weighbridge for verifying the weight of the medical waste and uploading the weight to a data detection and monitoring system;
2) the data detection and monitoring system compares the weighed weight of the medical waste with the weighed weight in the special elevator, and errors are fed back to the monitoring system to give an alarm;
3) under the monitoring of the omnibearing television, the materials are stored in a classified way;
4) and finally, the medical garbage is delivered to an out-hospital medical garbage disposal center at regular time, and the delivery list is automatically collected and printed during delivery.
Further, the data detection and monitoring system compares the department acceptance data with the waste generation data regularly, and the data detection and monitoring system sends out an alarm when the error range is exceeded.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: this intelligent transfer system is at medical waste transport in-process whole control, from supply room to leaving the hospital, medical waste's weight, the time that medical waste transported and the operating personnel who transports medical waste are checked by the whole data that provide of system, accomplish zero loss of medical waste. And the identity of the operator is locked by means of an elevator call card (IC card). By using the system, the passenger elevator is not polluted any more, the efficiency of other passenger elevators is improved, the transfer process of medical waste can be continuously optimized and improved through the data analysis of the data detection and monitoring system, the manual operation is reduced, and the full-electronic operation process is realized.
The system monitors and manages each link: starting from the statistics of disposable medical supplies received by hospital supply rooms, when staff in departments are packaged and sealed, an elevator is called by a card, and a monitoring system sorts and files operation data of each floor; the safety level of the medical waste is improved, the weight of the medical waste loaded each time can be automatically monitored, the data of each department can be accurately mastered before operation, during and after transportation, and if the abnormality exists, an alarm can be actively given to a monitoring department and the data can be stored; except that the elevator base station can be opened at the whole door (only medical waste transfer personnel are limited), the rest floors can only open the part above the medical waste containing container, so that the personnel taking by mistake is thoroughly avoided, and the safety is ensured; because the elevator is special, the running speed can be increased at the same time, so that the waiting time is reduced, and the efficiency is improved; the system also compares the data generated by the department reception data and the waste regularly, and the error is fed back to the monitoring system to give out an alarm; after the temporary storage platform weighers are weighed, the system automatically compares data, and an accident system informs a supervision department of an alarm in the process. Fundamentally stops the contact of idle personnel and greatly reduces the number of the personnel who are hard to work, reduces the labor cost, and has one-time investment and long-term income.

When the volume of the waste exceeds the upper edge of the bearing container, the local industrial personal computer of the elevator sends a command, a pressure plate on the top of the lift car is pressurized (pressure is preset), the downward moving stroke is recorded, when the compression reaches 3/4 of the depth of the container, the volume is exceeded again, pressurization is not carried out, and a recycling person is directly informed to replace the container.
The transfer personnel can open the door after swiping the card and identifying the identity. When the recovered waste enters the temporary storage room, the weighbridge is weighed, the central server timely weighs the waste in the elevator and compares the waste with the elevator, and an error is generated to give an alarm immediately to blame for people.
The central server automatically compares the summary of the usage of each department with the amount of waste generated at regular time (weekly or monthly) and alarms by the system when the allowable error range is exceeded.
The supervision department receives the alarm and can check the detailed records through the terminal at any time.
An industrial personal computer can be arranged through the server to timely finish the disinfection of the lift car.
The temporary storage room can print or output a handover list with a professional medical waste treatment company through a terminal.
