车辆在操作的过程中都会产生噪音和振动,这样的噪音和振动会转移使用车辆设备或靠近它们的人员的注意力并使它们感到烦躁。而对于使用车辆设备的人员来说,经过噪音较大的区域是不可避免的,甚至需要长期在噪音区域停留,这对长期驾驶特别是成问题的。因此出现各种消除该噪声的技术如专利CN1082062就公开了一种使用硬质泡沫塑料隔音材料,专利CN1833272公开了一种汽车内装材料用泡沫薄片和汽车内装材料进行隔音,专利CN101164800公开了一种提高防噪音性能的汽车用轮胎,专利CN101963200公开了一种防噪音弹簧,专利CN20173705公开了一种防噪音轿车顶盖等等,但这些技术有各种技术局限,例如,在汽车结构制造中所使用的板被施加隔音涂层,即所谓的防振涂层,这种技术一般将高比重的填料和沥青的混合物热压到板上,然后由该板模压或切剪成相应的形状,然后将它们粘贴到上述的金属部件上,并且通过加热可使之适合于金属部件的形状。但这些沥青片极其易碎,尤其在低温下易于从板上剥落下来。此外,预成型的沥青片不能适用于复杂成形或机器或汽车中难以定位的部件,例如汽车门凹陷内部的内表面。还有的技术在轿车底板上铺设垫子来减缓进入乘客室内的噪音和振动,其又存在问题在于,底盘的形状有许多缺口,很难使形状完全吻合。经常用手工把单个的或各种形状的减振垫仔细地放在适当的区域来处理汽车的底盘区。在汽车组装的过程和在应用当中,手工放置各种形状的垫子件是一种很费事的操作,放置的重复性和可靠性经常是不合格的。并且发明人还发现在绝大部分情况下,车辆后座椅中配置为滑动座椅。采用滑动座椅后,座椅与地毯之间的空间是非常有限的。并且,采用滑动座椅后,驾驶者或者乘坐者可以明确地感觉到噪音情况将变得更加严重。此外还有种种不便与不利,在此不一一说明。
综上所述,现有降噪的方法或者材料有的使用昂贵,有的涂装不便,有的甚至易于脱落等等,在此基础上,发明人经过反复对比和实验。提出了本发明。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种多层复合的汽车防噪音内饰结构,其包括多层结构:汽车刚体层,减震层,吸音层,保护层。其中汽车刚体层为汽车中的金属板,减震层包含:(1)65%重量的甲基丙烯酸烷基酯均聚物或甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物,(2)20%重量的增塑剂,(3)10%重量的填料,(4)5%重量的反应添加剂。其还包括吸音层,吸音层为树脂和氧化铝颗粒混合物。其还具备保护层,保护层包含14重量%的甲基丙烯酸羟烷基酯,30重量%的甲基丙烯酸月桂基酯,30重量%的α-甲基苯乙烯,24重量%的2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯,2重量%的辛酸锡或辛酸铅。
本发明的另一方面,还提出了适合以上汽车防噪音内饰结构的加工或者形成方法,一般来说其方法包括步骤包括:1、用金属加工形成汽车刚体层;2、将所述减震层敷设在所述刚体层上;3、将部分氧化铝颗粒喷射在减震层上,然后将树脂浇在所述喷射后的减震层上,然后将刚体层同时进行水平旋转和上下震动,在旋转和震动的同时再将另部分氧化铝颗粒喷射在树脂上,形成所述吸音层;4将保护层喷涂在所述吸音层上。
根据本发明制造的汽车防噪音内饰结构,其可以有效的吸收汽车因为振动、摩擦等产生的内部噪音,并对汽车外部形成的噪音有非常显著的消除作用,在实际试验中使用者的反应非常良好,并且以上结构易于形成和加工,价格不会昂贵,并且其不容易被破坏而造成损失。

具体实施方式
本发明提出了一种多层复合的汽车防噪音内饰结构,其包括多层结构:汽车刚体层,减震层,吸音层,保护层。其中汽车刚体层为汽车中的金属板,减震层包含:(1)65%重量的甲基丙烯酸烷基酯均聚物或甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物,(2)20%重量的增塑剂,(3)10%重量的填料,(4)5%重量的反应添加剂。其还包括吸音层,吸音层为树脂和氧化铝颗粒混合物。其还具备保护层,保护层包含14重量%的甲基丙烯酸羟烷基酯,30重量%的甲基丙烯酸月桂基酯,30重量%的α-甲基苯乙烯,24重量%的2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯,2重量%的辛酸锡或辛酸铅。

以下进一步举例对本发明进行说明。汽车防噪音内饰结构,其包括多层结构:汽车刚体层,减震层,吸音层,保护层。其中汽车刚体层为汽车中的金属板,减震层包含:(1)65%重量的甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物,(2)20%重量的增塑剂,(3)10%重量的填料,(4)5%重量的反应添加剂。其还包括吸音层,吸音层为树脂和氧化铝颗粒混合物。其还具备保护层,保护层包含14重量%的甲基丙烯酸羟烷基酯,30重量%的甲基丙烯酸月桂基酯,30重量%的α-甲基苯乙烯,24重量%的2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯,2重量%的辛酸锡或辛酸铅。
其中,减震层具备良好的减震系数,用于对震动进行吸收,首先对噪音做了第一步处理,并且减震层中使用的增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛基酯,填料为云母,反应添加剂为多氨基酰胺。
但在这里可以进一步说明的是,事实上增塑剂可以替换任何常规的增塑剂,如:邻苯二甲酸二丁基酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛基酯、苄基丁基邻苯二甲酸酯、邻苯二甲酸二苄基酯、邻苯二甲酸二异壬基酯(DINP)、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯(DIDP)、邻苯二甲酸双十一烷基酯(DIUP)、有机磷酸酯、己二酸酯和癸二酸酯或苯甲酸苄基酯、酚或甲酚的烷基磺酸酯、二苄基甲苯或二苯醚的已知增塑剂。
发明人在优选使用了增塑剂,其选择标准一方面由选用的聚合物组成而确定,另一方面为提高隔音效果而确定使用了邻苯二甲酸二辛基酯。
类似的,填料也可以是本身已知的任何填料例如白垩、重晶石、云母和蛭石形式的碳酸钙,发明人同样优选了云母,因为同样发现其具备更好的声学上的相关优点。
发明人还根据甲基丙烯酸烷基酯均聚物和甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物的化学特性选取了多氨基酰胺作为反应添加剂,其同样还可以替换。
本发明的吸音层为树脂和氧化铝颗粒混合物。其可以采用火焰喷涂包括将这种氧化铝引入以合适的规定比例供给乙炔和氧的喷枪的火焰中,以使该氧化铝成为高温状态并通过喷枪火焰喷涂。在这个实施例中,使用的喷枪是一种5P型的METCO喷枪。喷射距离大约是1m。对乙炔和氧气来说将喷枪流量计的位点控制在34处。喷涂减震层冷却到温度约110~120℃之后,将其用树脂浸渍,树脂材料可以进行自行选择。浸渍后,再进行同样步骤的氧化铝颗粒的喷涂。喷涂过程中还进行旋转和震动,以便于氧化铝颗粒在树脂中形成不规则的小空间。
最后使用的保护层包含14重量%的甲基丙烯酸羟烷基酯,30重量%的甲基丙烯酸月桂基酯,
30重量%的α-甲基苯乙烯,24重量%的2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯,2重量%的辛酸锡或辛酸铅。
所述保护层具备十分强力的附着力,形成了有效的保护,并且其还便于再进行喷漆着色的工作。其可以保护防噪音内饰节免受液体介质、油污和灰尘的侵害,并且本身也具备一定的吸声性能。
以下举另一实施例对本发明进行说明。汽车防噪音内饰结构,其包括多层结构:金属构造的汽车刚体层;包含:65%重量的甲基丙烯酸烷基酯均聚物,20%重量的增塑剂,10%重量的填料,5%重量的反应添加剂的减震层;树脂和氧化铝颗粒混合物组成的吸音层;其还具备保护层,保护层包含14重量%的甲基丙烯酸羟烷基酯,30重量%的甲基丙烯酸月桂基酯,30重量%的α-甲基苯乙烯,24重量%的2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯,2重量%的辛酸锡或辛酸铅。

本发明易于实施,并具备良好的防噪音效果。发明人在使用了本发明产品的实验车辆上进行了测试,并且得出了以下结果:在未安装本发明产品的情况下,依次测得车辆在30km/h、60km/h、80km/h、100km/h时车厢内的噪音值:

几种情况对比可以看到,通过几种不同状态下的噪音值对比,无论是高速或者低速车速下,安装本发明产品的效果都很理想,对车厢内噪音起到的作用很大。
以上显示和描述了本发明的基本原理、主要特征及优点。本行业的技术人员应该了解,本发明不受上述实施例的限制,上述实施例和说明书中描述的只是说明本发明的原理,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的前提下,本发明还会有各种变化和改进,这些变化和改进都落入要求保护的本发明范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种汽车防噪音内饰结构,包括多层结构,其特征在于,所述多层结构包括汽车刚体层,减震层,吸音层,保护层。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车防噪音内饰结构,其特征在于,所述汽车刚体层为汽车中的金属板。
3.如权利要求2所述的汽车防噪音内饰结构,其特征在于,所述减震层包含:
(1)65%重量的甲基丙烯酸烷基酯均聚物或甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物,
(2)20%重量的增塑剂,
(3)10%重量的填料,
(4)5%重量的反应添加剂。
4.如权利要求3所述的汽车防噪音内饰结构,其特征在于,所述减震层中使用的增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛基酯。
5.如权利要求3所述的汽车防噪音内饰结构,其特征在于,所述减震层中使用的填料为云母。
6.如权利要求3所述的汽车防噪音内饰结构,其特征在于,所述减震层中使用的反应添加剂为多氨基酰胺。
7.如权利要求3所述的汽车防噪音内饰结构,所述吸音层为树脂和金属氧化物颗粒混合物。
8.如权利要求7所述的汽车防噪音内饰结构,所述金属氧化物为氧化铝。
9.如权利要求3所述的汽车防噪音内饰结构,所述保护层包含
14重量%的甲基丙烯酸羟烷基酯,
30重量%的甲基丙烯酸月桂基酯,
30重量%的α-甲基苯乙烯,
24重量%的2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯,
2重量%的辛酸锡或辛酸铅。
10.一种汽车防噪音内饰结构的形成方法,其用于形成如权利要求1-10之一所述的汽车防噪音内饰结构,其步骤包括:
A.用金属加工形成汽车刚体层;
B.将所述减震层敷设在所述刚体层上;
C.将部分氧化铝颗粒喷射在减震层上,然后将树脂浇在所述喷射后的减震层上,然后将刚体层同时进行水平旋转和上下震动,在旋转和震动的同时再将另部分氧化铝颗粒喷射在树脂上,形成所述吸音层;
D.将保护层喷涂在所述吸音层上。
