Abstract
本发明涉及封装领域,尤其涉及一种车灯焊接装置及工艺。一种车灯焊接装置,包括:灯体;配光镜,临近所述灯体设置,并且与所述灯体形成有一焊接面;多个光源,沿所述焊接面一周设置,用以发射激光束,以使所述激光束照射至所述焊接面将所述焊接面融化,进而实现所述灯体与所述配光镜的焊接。一种车灯焊接工艺,包括:将一配光镜临近一灯体放置,所述灯体与所述配光镜形成有一焊接面;采用沿所述焊接面一周设置的多个光源照射所述焊接面,将所述焊接面融化;一推动机构产生推力将所述灯体与所述配光镜压合,实现所述灯体与所述配光镜的焊接。

技术领域
本发明涉及封装领域,尤其涉及一种车灯焊接装置及工艺。
背景技术
目前的汽车车灯通常包括灯体和配光镜,要将两者封装需要采用焊接工艺,但是现有的焊接工艺通常采用垂直于配光镜的光源,对于凹凸不平的焊接面,焊接面接收到的焊接光的强度不同,会造成焊接均匀性不好。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,现提供了一种车灯焊接装置及工艺,能够实现灯体与配光镜之间的均匀焊接。
具体的技术方案如下:
一种车灯焊接装置,包括:
灯体;
配光镜,临近所述灯体设置,并且与所述灯体形成有一焊接面;
多个光源,沿所述焊接面一周设置,用以发射激光束,以使所述激光束照射至所述焊接面将所述焊接面融化,进而实现所述灯体与所述配光镜的焊接。
优选的,所述多个光源设置于所述焊接面的正上方。
优选的,所述灯体上设有凸出的焊接筋,所述配光镜上设置有与所述焊接筋适配的筋槽,并且所述焊接筋与所述筋槽形成所述焊接面。
优选的,所述配光镜的材料为透明材料。
优选的,所述灯体的材料为吸收材料。
优选的,包括:
推动机构,分别能够与所述灯体、所述配光镜连接,用以产生推力,以使所述激光束照射至所述焊接面时,所述推动机构利用所述推力将所述灯体与所述配光镜压合。
一种车灯焊接工艺,包括:
将一配光镜临近一灯体放置,所述灯体与所述配光镜形成有一焊接面;
采用沿所述焊接面一周设置的多个光源照射所述焊接面,将所述焊接面融化;
一推动机构产生推力将所述灯体与所述配光镜压合,实现所述灯体与所述配光镜的焊接。
所述车灯焊接工艺中,所述灯体上设有凸出的焊接筋,所述配光镜上设置有与所述焊接筋适配的筋槽;其中,
将所述焊接筋置于所述筋槽中,所述焊接筋与所述筋槽形成所述焊接面;
采用沿所述焊接面一周设置的多个光源照射所述焊接面,将所述焊接面融化;
一推动机构产生推力将所述焊接筋压合于所述筋槽中。
上述技术方案的有益效果是:
上述的技术方案通过在焊接面的一周设置多个光源,使得光源无需通过配光镜几个照射在焊接面上,并且多个光源能够保障焊接面能够接收到均匀的激光,进而在灯体与配光镜之间形成均匀的焊接。

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,下述技术方案,技术特征之间可以相互组合。
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的说明:
一种车灯焊接装置,如图1所示,包括:
灯体1;
配光镜2,临近灯体1设置,并且与灯体1形成有一焊接面3;
多个光源4,沿焊接面3一周设置,用以发射激光束5,以使激光束5照射至焊接面3将焊接面3融化,进而实现灯体1与配光镜2的焊接。
本实施例中,车灯包括一灯体1和一配光镜2,车灯与配光镜2相对设置,车灯相对于灯体1的位置并且在车灯和灯体1的相对面上形成有一焊接面3,即焊接面3包括部分灯体1与部分配光镜2。并且多个光源4沿着焊接面3的一周设置能够从多个角度对焊接面3进行照射,使得焊接面3融化,实现焊接面3的均匀焊接。
本发明一个较佳的实施例中,多个光源4设置于焊接面3的正上方。
本发明一个较佳的实施例中,灯体1上设有凸出的焊接筋7,配光镜2上设置有与焊接筋7适配的筋槽6,并且焊接筋7与筋槽6形成焊接面3。
本发明一个较佳的实施例中,配光镜2的材料为透光材料。
本发明一个较佳的实施例中,灯体1的材料为吸收材料。
本发明一个较佳的实施例中,还包括:
推动机构,分别能够与灯体1、配光镜2连接,用以产生推力,以使激光束5照射至焊接面3时,推动机构利用推力将灯体1与配光镜2压合。
本实施例中,如图2所示,灯体1中设置有一凸出的焊接筋7,凸出的焊接筋7能够置于配光镜2的筋槽6中,即焊接筋7与筋槽6之间形成一焊接面3,激光束5能够对焊接筋7进行照射使得焊接筋7融化,在推动机构推动灯体1和配光镜2使其压合的过程中,由于灯体1和配光镜2距离的不断接近,并且焊接筋7在融化时会变软,压合的过程中焊接筋7融化的部分可能会像两侧蔓延,通过设置筋槽6可以避免原有的平面形状中融化材料溢出的情况。
本实施例中,筋槽6中在激光焊接工艺中融化的材料在推动机构推动的作用下会向筋槽6两边蔓延,通过设置推动机构推力的大小和筋槽6、焊接筋7的大小能够避免激光焊接工艺中融化的材料溢出灯体1和配光镜2。
本实施例还提供了一种车灯焊接工艺,如图3所示,包括:
将一配光镜临近一灯体放置,灯体与配光镜形成有一焊接面;
采用沿焊接面一周设置的多个光源照射焊接面,将焊接面融化;
一推动机构产生推力将灯体与配光镜压合,实现灯体与配光镜的焊接。
本发明一个较佳的实施例中,车灯焊接工艺中,灯体上设有凸出的焊接筋,配光镜上设置有与焊接筋适配的筋槽;其中,
将焊接筋置于筋槽中,焊接筋与筋槽形成焊接面;
采用沿焊接面一周设置的多个光源照射焊接面,将焊接面融化;
一推动机构产生推力将焊接筋压合于筋槽中。
本实施例中的焊接筋的表面形状可以使曲线形状,也可以是锯齿状,对应的筋槽的形状需要与焊接筋的形状对应,本实施例通过在配光镜上设置一筋槽,并且在灯体上设置一与筋槽形状对应的焊接筋,增大了灯体与焊接筋的接触表面,起到较好的固定效果。
进一步的,本实施例中可以在焊接筋处进行激光束大热照射,使得焊接筋处的焊接面融化,在对灯体与配光镜压合后融化的焊接面处的焊接筋能够向两边扩散,而没有设置焊接筋的平面的由于固定效果没有设有筋槽的固定效果好,需要对灯体和焊接面整个表面进行激光焊接,若只焊接一部分会导致灯体和配光镜焊接的不均匀,相反的设有筋槽的配光镜本身固定效果就会增加,所以只需要进行部分的焊接后,通过压合灯体和配光镜既可实现均匀焊接,并且不会溢胶,本实施例通过对部分的焊接筋进行焊接可以减少光源的数量,节约了资源。
综上,上述的技术方案通过在焊接面的一周设置多个光源,使得光源无需通过配光镜几个照射在焊接面上,并且多个光源能够保障焊接面能够接收到均匀的激光,进而在灯体与配光镜之间形成均匀的焊接。

Claims (7)
1.一种车灯焊接装置,其特征在于,包括:
灯体;
配光镜,临近所述灯体设置,并且与所述灯体形成有一焊接面;
多个光源,沿所述焊接面一周设置,并设置于所述焊接面的正上方,用以发射激光束,以使所述激光束照射至所述焊接面将所述焊接面融化,进而实现所述灯体与所述配光镜的焊接;
其中,所述光源平行照射所述焊接面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车灯焊接装置,其特征在于,所述灯体上设有凸出的焊接筋,所述配光镜上设置有与所述焊接筋适配的筋槽,并且所述焊接筋与所述筋槽形成所述焊接面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车灯焊接装置,其特征在于,所述配光镜的材料为透明材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车灯焊接装置,其特征在于,所述灯体的材料为吸收材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车灯焊接装置,其特征在于,还包括:
推动机构,分别能够与所述灯体、所述配光镜连接,用以产生推力,以使所述激光束照射至所述焊接面时,所述推动机构利用所述推力将所述灯体与所述配光镜压合。
6.一种车灯焊接工艺,其特征在于,包括:
将一配光镜临近一灯体放置,所述灯体与所述配光镜形成有一焊接面;
采用沿所述焊接面正上方设置的多个光源平行照射所述焊接面,将所述焊接面融化;
一推动机构产生推力将所述灯体与所述配光镜压合,实现所述灯体与所述配光镜的焊接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的车灯焊接工艺,其特征在于,所述车灯焊接工艺中,所述灯体上设有凸出的焊接筋,所述配光镜上设置有与所述焊接筋适配的筋槽;其中,
将所述焊接筋置于所述筋槽中,所述焊接筋与所述筋槽形成所述焊接面;
采用沿所述焊接面一周设置的多个光源照射所述焊接面,将所述焊接面融化;
一推动机构产生推力将所述焊接筋压合于所述筋槽中。
