仙茅苷在制备杀虫剂中应用
技术领域
本发明涉及杀虫剂领域，尤其是天然杀虫剂技术领域。
背景技术
农药在农业生产中发挥着十分重要的作用。20世纪40年代发明有机化学农药之后，极大地增强了人类控制病虫危害的能力，为我们挽回农作物产量损失作出了重大的贡献。但是，长期依赖和大量使用有机合成化学农药，已经带来了众所周知的环境污染、生态平衡破坏和食品安全等一系列问题，对推动农业经济实现持续发展带来许多不利的影响。
随着人们健康意识的提高，中国是一个农业大国。大多数国家都非常重视农产品的安全性，对农药残留的限制十分严格。中国在加入WTO以后，农产品入口面临着非常严峻的绿色壁垒”其中农药残留超标是经常遇到问题，严重影响了我国农产品在国际市场的竞争力。为了降低农药残留量，努力开发新型农药已经成为当务之急。
植物源农药又称植物性农药。利用植物资源开发的农药。
包括从植物中提取的活性成分、植物本身和按活性结构合成的化合物及衍生物。类别有植物毒素、植物内源激素、植物源昆虫激素、拒食剂、引诱剂、驱避剂、绝育剂、增效剂、植物防卫素、异株克生物质等。
按有效成份、化学结构及用途分类：生物碱、萜烯类、黄酮类、精油类、光活化毒素。植物源农药是生物农药的一个重要组成部分。它是指利用植物的某些部位（根、茎、叶、花或果实）所含的稳定的有效成分，按一定的方法对受体植物进行使用后，使其免遭或减轻病、虫、杂草等有害生物为害的植物源制剂。植物源农药所利用的植物资源为有毒植物。所以，植物源农药又通俗为“中草药农药”。

现有技术中，并没有关于仙茅苷具有杀虫活性的报道。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种仙茅苷的应用方法、即用作制备杀虫剂。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提出下列技术方案：
仙茅苷在制备杀虫剂中应用。
优选的，仙茅苷作为唯一活性成分在制备杀虫剂中应用。
所述的杀虫剂可以杀灭朱砂叶螨、水稻褐飞虱。
所述的杀虫剂可以制成常规的剂型。
所述的剂型可以是水剂或粉剂。
本发明的有益效果可以通过下列试验证明
试验例1仙茅苷对靶标虫的触杀活性测定
（1） 试验药剂
仙茅苷 ,纯度≥99.0%。
（2）试验靶标
朱砂叶螨（Tetranychus cinnabarinus）、水稻褐飞虱（Nilaparvata lugens）。以上虫种为室内常年累代饲养虫种。
（3） 仪器设备
电子分析天平、培养皿、移液枪、打孔器、毛笔等。
（4） 药液配制
用分析天平称取一定质量的原药，用DMF溶解并配制成 1％母液。量取一定量的母液，加含有 0.1%吐温－80蒸馏水稀释配制成测定所需浓度的药液，备用。
（5） 试验方法
A、朱砂叶螨筛选——喷雾法
将蚕豆叶片打成叶碟，背面朝上放在小块棉花上，置于塑料培养皿内，加少量水，接朱砂叶螨成螨。待成螨于叶片上稳定后，将叶碟置于 Potter 喷雾塔下定量（2.5mL）喷雾处理（压力为 5lb/in2），试验设含最高浓度的有机溶剂的吐温水为空白对照，自然晾干后置于观察室内饲养和观察。48 h 后检查结果。以毛笔轻触虫体，无反应视为死虫。
B、 褐飞虱筛选——喷雾法
采用 Potter 喷雾法。即将 4～6 根 2叶1心的水稻幼苗（长约 3～4cm）用白石英沙固定于 Φ7cm 的培养皿内，水稻褐飞虱 3 龄中期若虫用 CO2麻醉后，每皿接 30～40头，置于 Potter 喷雾塔下定量（2.5mL）喷雾处理（压力为 5lb/in2），试验设含最高浓度的有机溶剂的吐温水为空白对照，喷雾后用透明塑料杯罩住，置于27℃，14h光照的观察室内培养，3d后调查结果。以毛笔轻触虫体，无反应视为死虫。
统计各个处理的死虫数和活虫数，计算死亡率。
（6）试验结果
试验结果见表1，结果表明，仙茅苷具有良好的杀虫活性。

根据不同的灭杀对象，仙茅苷杀灭害虫的有效浓度可以使1.0-500mg/L。
使用时，根据情况，可以采用常规方法将仙茅苷制成常规剂型。
为了更好的阐述本发明的技术方案，下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明，但本发明所要求的保护范围不限于下列实施例。
具体实施方式
实施例1
取仙茅苷，按1:100的质量比加入糊精，混合均匀，即得仙茅苷杀虫粉剂。
实施例2
取仙茅苷，用 DMF 溶解并配制成 1％的溶液，即得仙茅苷杀虫水剂。
