背景技术

一种治疗日光性皮炎的中药组合物，其中药原料及重量配比为：马齿苋18g，川芎18g，白鲜皮12g，苦参18g，木槿花18g，凤尾草12g，鱼腥草18g，薄荷12g，连翘18g，黄柏18g，地榆12g，牡丹皮18g，大青叶18g，蜂房12g，透骨草18g，黄连18g，紫草18g，雷公藤12g，红藤12g，鸡血藤18g，山竹子18g，甘草12g。
本发明实施例中的中药组合物按常规的水煎法制取药剂。具体方法如下：将组方的中药原料放入容器中，加冷水漫过药面，浸泡15～20分钟，再加水没过药面约6厘米，进行第一次煎煮，未沸前采用武火煎煮，沸后用文火煎煮20～30分钟；第二次煎煮，加水没过药面约6厘米，水沸后煎煮15～20分钟。两次煎煮去渣取汁，合并。
本发明以实施例1所给出的一种治疗日光性皮炎的中药组合物，做临床疗效总结如下：
一、一般性资料：本发明中药组合物应用于临床观察病例80例，其中男32例，女48例，年龄20～50岁。
二、诊断标准：
1、日晒后局部皮肤出现红斑、水肿或水疱，愈后留有色素沉着斑，自觉烧灼、疼痛感；
2、多发于儿童、妇女、滑雪者及水面工作者；
3、体内毒素淤积，风热之邪；
4、伴有新陈代谢障碍和内分泌功能失调。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一天一剂，水煎两遍取汁约300ml，分早、晚两次饭前半小时温热服用，四天一疗程。服药期间忌食生冷、辛辣之物。
四、疗效标准：
1、治愈：皮损完全消退，自觉症状消失，半年内无复发；
2、好转：皮损消退70％以下，30％以上，自觉症状有所好转；
3、未愈：皮损消退30％以下，自觉症状均无明显改善，基本同治疗前。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药4-10个疗程，治愈56例，好转18例，未愈6例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：孙某，男，42岁。自述在面部脸颊，额头，颈部等部位皮损严重，分布有大面积的连成片的红斑块，皮肤红肿，患病部位干燥，有脱皮现象，瘙痒感严重；尤其在日光照射后更加剧烈。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂4个疗程后，皮肤逐渐消肿，红斑片现象好转；继续服用6个疗程，各症状消失，治愈。
病例2：周某，女，28岁。自述在田间日光下劳作，2小时后自觉面部瘙痒，4小时候后面部及左手背弥漫潮红、肿胀，并伴有剧烈瘙痒、灼烧感；右侧因佩戴手套，无明显皮疹。服用本发明的中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程后，瘙痒感慢慢减轻，干燥，脱皮逐渐减轻；继续服用5个疗程，各症状消失，治愈。

1.一种治疗日光性皮炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：马齿苋10-20份，川芎10-20份，白鲜皮5-15份，苦参10-20份，木槿花10-20份，凤尾草5-15份，鱼腥草10-20份，薄荷5-15份，连翘10-20份，黄柏10-20份，地榆5-15份，牡丹皮10-20份，大青叶10-20份，蜂房5-15份，透骨草10-20份，黄连10-20份，紫草10-20份，雷公藤5-15份，红藤5-15份，鸡血藤10-20份，山竹子10-20份，甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗日光性皮炎的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：马齿苋15份，川芎15份，白鲜皮10份，苦参15份，木槿花15份，凤尾草10份，鱼腥草15份，薄荷10份，连翘15份，黄柏15份，地榆10份，牡丹皮15份，大青叶15份，蜂房10份，透骨草15份，黄连15份，紫草15份，雷公藤10份，红藤10份，鸡血藤15份，山竹子15份，甘草10份。
