The prepared refill of the eyebrow chalk has the diameter of 3mm, the breaking force of 200g/1mm and the hardness of 1000g/1 mm.

The raw materials are weighed according to the following weight portions,
fluorophlogopite powder: 15;
talc powder: 40;
colorant: 55;
modified starch: 20;
preservative: 1;
surfactant (b): 8;
deionized water: 25;
the colorant is a combination of black iron oxide, yellow iron oxide, red iron oxide and titanium dioxide, and the mass ratio of the black iron oxide, the yellow iron oxide, the red iron oxide and the titanium dioxide is 3:1:1: 2.
The modified starch as described above is a modified corn starch.
The preservative is phenoxyethanol.
The surfactant as described above is a combination of an anionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant, wherein the mass ratio of the anionic surfactant to the nonionic surfactant is 4: 1.
Uniformly grinding fluorophlogopite powder, talcum powder, a coloring agent and modified starch into a powder phase by using a grinding machine; then the preservative, the surfactant and the deionized water are beaten into a water phase uniformly by a dispersion machine under the condition of 10000 r/min for 3 minutes; then mixing the powder phase and the water phase for 15 minutes by a dispersion machine under the condition of 1000 revolutions per minute; and finally, carrying out extrusion forming under the condition of 80MPa, drying for 4 hours at the temperature of 80 ℃, testing that the water content of the pencil lead is 0.01%, and discharging to obtain the pencil lead of the eyebrow chalk. The diameter of the prepared refill of the eyebrow chalk is 6mm, the breaking force is 600g/1mm, and the hardness is 3000g/1 mm.
Example 6
The raw materials are weighed according to the following weight portions,
fluorophlogopite powder: 10;
talc powder: 30, of a nitrogen-containing gas;
colorant: 40;
modified starch: 15;
preservative: 0.5;
surfactant (b): 5;
deionized water: 15;
the colorant is a combination of yellow iron oxide, titanium dioxide and black iron oxide treated by isopropyl titanium triisostearate, and the mass ratio of the yellow iron oxide to the black iron oxide treated by the isopropyl titanium triisostearate is as follows: 1:2:3.
The modified starch as described above is a modified glutinous rice starch.
The preservative sodium dehydroacetate as described above.
The surfactant as described above is a nonionic surfactant.
Uniformly grinding fluorophlogopite powder, talcum powder, a coloring agent and modified starch into a powder phase by using a grinding machine; then the preservative, the surfactant and the deionized water are uniformly beaten into a water phase by a dispersion machine for 6 minutes under the condition of 8000 revolutions per minute; then uniformly mixing the powder phase and the water phase by using a dispersion machine under the condition of 1200 revolutions per minute for 8 minutes; and finally, carrying out extrusion forming under the condition of 60MPa, drying for 8 hours at the temperature of 60 ℃, testing that the water content of the pencil lead is 0.2%, and discharging to obtain the pencil lead of the eyebrow chalk. The prepared refill of the eyebrow chalk has a diameter of 4mm, breaking force of 400g/1mm and hardness of 2000g/1 mm.

The raw materials are weighed according to the following weight portions,

colorant: 38;
modified starch: 16;

The prepared refill of the eyebrow chalk has a diameter of 4.5mm, breaking force of 450g/1mm and hardness of 2500g/1 mm.

The raw materials are weighed according to the following weight portions,
fluorophlogopite powder: 8;
talc powder: 25;
colorant: 38;
modified starch: 19;
preservative: 0.6;
surfactant (b): 7;
deionized water: 20;
the colorant described above was a combination of black iron oxide treated with isopropyl titanium triisostearate, yellow iron oxide treated with isopropyl titanium triisostearate, and red iron oxide treated with isopropyl titanium triisostearate, the mass ratio of black iron oxide treated with isopropyl titanium triisostearate, yellow iron oxide treated with isopropyl titanium triisostearate, and red iron oxide treated with isopropyl titanium triisostearate was 3:2: 1.

The prepared refill of the eyebrow chalk has a diameter of 4.5mm, a breaking force of 400g/1mm and a hardness of 2000g/1 mm.

The raw materials are weighed according to the following weight portions,
fluorophlogopite powder: 13;
talc powder: 30, of a nitrogen-containing gas;
colorant: 50;
modified starch: 15;
preservative: 0.5;
surfactant (b): 6;
deionized water: 20;
the colorant is a combination of black iron oxide, yellow iron oxide, red iron oxide and titanium dioxide, and the mass ratio of the black iron oxide, the yellow iron oxide, the red iron oxide and the titanium dioxide is 2:1:1: 2.
The modified starch is modified corn starch and modified rice starch, and the mass ratio of the modified corn starch to the modified rice starch is 1: 2.
The preservative is a combination of chlorphenesin and phenoxyethanol, and the mass ratio of chlorphenesin to phenoxyethanol is 1:1.
The surfactant as described above is an anionic surfactant.
Uniformly grinding fluorophlogopite powder, talcum powder, a coloring agent and modified starch into a powder phase by using a grinding machine; then the preservative, the surfactant and the deionized water are uniformly beaten into a water phase by a dispersion machine for 6 minutes under the condition of 8000 revolutions per minute; then mixing the powder phase and the water phase for 2 minutes by a dispersion machine under the condition of 1500 revolutions per minute; and finally, carrying out extrusion forming under the condition of 60MPa, drying for 6 hours at the temperature of 50 ℃, testing that the water content of the pencil lead is 1%, and discharging to obtain the pencil lead of the eyebrow chalk. The prepared refill of the eyebrow chalk has the diameter of 3mm, the breaking force of 400g/1mm and the hardness of 1800g/1 mm.
Example 10
The raw materials are weighed according to the following weight portions,
fluorophlogopite powder: 11;
talc powder: 31;
colorant: 40;
modified starch: 15;
preservative: 0.5;
surfactant (b): 5;
deionized water: 15;
the colorant is a combination of yellow iron oxide, titanium dioxide and black iron oxide treated by isopropyl titanium triisostearate, and the mass ratio of the yellow iron oxide to the black iron oxide treated by the isopropyl titanium triisostearate is as follows: 3:1:4.
The modified starch as described above is a modified corn starch.
The preservative sodium dehydroacetate as described above.
The surfactant as described above is a nonionic surfactant.
Uniformly grinding fluorophlogopite powder, talcum powder, a coloring agent and modified starch into a powder phase by using a grinding machine; then the preservative, the surfactant and the deionized water are beaten into a water phase by a dispersion machine under the condition of 7000 r/min for 6 minutes; then uniformly mixing the powder phase and the water phase by using a dispersion machine under the condition of 600 revolutions per minute for 9 minutes; and finally, carrying out extrusion forming under the condition of 60MPa, drying for 8 hours at the temperature of 60 ℃, testing that the water content of the pencil lead is 0.1%, and discharging to obtain the pencil lead of the eyebrow chalk. The prepared refill of the eyebrow chalk has the diameter of 4mm, the breaking force of 400g/1mm and the hardness of 2000g/1 mm.
Example 11
The raw materials are weighed according to the following weight portions,
fluorophlogopite powder: 10;
talc powder: 28;
colorant: 38;
modified starch: 16;
preservative: 0.6;
surfactant (b): 7;
deionized water: 20;
the colorant mentioned above is a combination of black iron oxide, yellow iron oxide treated with isopropyl titanium triisostearate, and red iron oxide treated with isopropyl titanium triisostearate, and the mass ratio of black iron oxide, yellow iron oxide treated with isopropyl titanium triisostearate, and red iron oxide treated with isopropyl titanium triisostearate is 2:1:1.
The modified starch as described above is a modified rice starch.
The preservative is phenoxyethanol, caprylyl glycol and ethylhexyl glycerol, wherein the mass ratio of the phenoxyethanol to the caprylyl glycol to the ethylhexyl glycerol is 1:1: 2.
The surfactant as described above is an anionic surfactant.
Uniformly grinding fluorophlogopite powder, talcum powder, a coloring agent and modified starch into a powder phase by using a grinding machine; then the preservative, the surfactant and the deionized water are beaten into a water phase by a dispersion machine for 7 minutes under the condition of 7500 r/min; then uniformly mixing the powder phase and the water phase by using a dispersion machine under the condition of 700 revolutions per minute for 8 minutes; and finally, carrying out extrusion forming under the condition of 50MPa, drying for 7 hours at the temperature of 60 ℃, testing that the water content of the pencil lead is 2%, and discharging to obtain the pencil lead of the eyebrow chalk. The diameter of the prepared refill of the eyebrow chalk is 4mm, the breaking force is 440g/1mm, and the hardness is 2450g/1 mm.
Example 12
The raw materials are weighed according to the following weight portions,
fluorophlogopite powder: 12;
talc powder: 25;
colorant: 50;
modified starch: 15;
preservative: 0.5;
surfactant (b): 8;
deionized water: 25;
the colorant mentioned above is a combination of black iron oxide treated with isopropyl titanium triisostearate, yellow iron oxide treated with isopropyl titanium triisostearate and red iron oxide treated with isopropyl titanium triisostearate, and the mass ratio of black iron oxide treated with isopropyl titanium triisostearate, yellow iron oxide treated with isopropyl titanium triisostearate and red iron oxide treated with isopropyl titanium triisostearate is 3:1: 2.
The modified starch is a combination of modified corn starch, modified glutinous rice starch and modified rice starch, and the mass ratio of the modified corn starch, the modified glutinous rice starch and the modified rice starch is 1:2: 1.5.
The preservative is a combination of chlorphenesin, phenoxyethanol, caprylyl glycol and ethylhexylglycerin, and the mass ratio of chlorphenesin, phenoxyethanol, caprylyl glycol and ethylhexylglycerin is 1:2:2: 1.
The surfactant as described above is a combination of an anionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant, wherein the mass ratio of the anionic surfactant to the nonionic surfactant is 1:1.
Uniformly grinding fluorophlogopite powder, talcum powder, a coloring agent and modified starch into a powder phase by using a grinding machine; then the preservative, the surfactant and the deionized water are beaten into a water phase by a dispersion machine under the condition of 8000 revolutions per minute for 8 minutes; then uniformly mixing the powder phase and the water phase by using a dispersion machine under the condition of 600 revolutions per minute for 8 minutes; and finally, carrying out extrusion forming under the condition of 70MPa, drying for 10 hours at 65 ℃, testing that the water content of the pencil lead is 0.01%, and discharging to obtain the pencil lead of the eyebrow chalk. The breaking force of the prepared refill of the eyebrow chalk with the diameter of 4mm is 500g/1mm, and the hardness is 2750g/1 mm.
Claims (9)
1. A preparation method of a refill of an eyebrow pencil comprises the following steps: uniformly grinding fluorophlogopite powder, talcum powder, a coloring agent and modified starch into a powder phase by using a grinding machine; then uniformly beating the preservative, the surfactant and the deionized water into a water phase by using a dispersion machine under the condition of 4000-10000 r/min for 3-10 min; then mixing the powder phase and the water phase for 2-15 minutes by using a dispersion machine under the condition of 300-1500 revolutions per minute; then carrying out extrusion forming and drying, discharging when the water content in the refill of the eyebrow chalk is less than or equal to 10%, and obtaining the refill of the eyebrow chalk;
the obtained refill of the eyebrow pencil consists of the following components in parts by weight:
fluorophlogopite powder: 3-15;
talc powder: 20-40 parts of;
colorant: 35-55;
modified starch: 10-20;
preservative: 0.1 to 1;
surfactant (b): 2-8;
deionized water: 10 to 25.
2. The preparation method of the refill of the eyebrow pencil according to claim 1, wherein the extrusion molding is performed under a pressure of 1 to 80 MPa.
3. The preparation method of the refill of the eyebrow pencil according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the drying is carried out at 40 to 80 ℃ for 4 to 12 hours.
4. A refill of a eyebrow pencil prepared by the preparation method of any one of claims 1 to 3, which is characterized by comprising fluorophlogopite powder, talcum powder, a coloring agent, modified starch, a preservative, a surfactant and deionized water, wherein the contents of the components are as follows in parts by weight:
fluorophlogopite powder: 3-15;
talc powder: 20-40 parts of;
colorant: 35-55;
modified starch: 10-20;
preservative: 0.1 to 1;
surfactant (b): 2-8;
deionized water: 10 to 25.
5. The refill of a brow chalk according to claim 4, wherein the refill has a diameter of 3 to 6mm, a breaking force of 200g/1mm to 600g/1mm, and a hardness of 1000g/1mm to 3000g/1 mm.
6. A refill for a eyebrow chalk according to claim 4, wherein the coloring agent is one or a combination of black iron oxide, yellow iron oxide, red iron oxide, titanium dioxide, black iron oxide treated with isopropyl titanium triisostearate, yellow iron oxide treated with isopropyl titanium triisostearate, and red iron oxide treated with isopropyl titanium triisostearate.
7. A refill of eyebrow chalk, according to claim 4, wherein said modified starch is one or more selected from modified corn starch, modified glutinous rice starch and modified rice starch.
8. The refill of the eyebrow chalk, according to claim 4, wherein the preservative is one or a combination of more of chlorphenesin, sodium dehydroacetate, phenoxyethanol, caprylyl glycol and ethylhexyl glycerin.
9. The refill of eyebrow chalk, according to claim 4, wherein said surfactant is one or a combination of anionic surfactant and nonionic surfactant.
