本发明涉及除草剂领域。更具体地说,本发明涉及含有噁嗪草酮和另一除草剂作为活性成分的协同增效的除草剂组合物。
背景技术
水稻田中的杂草是不期望的,因为它会危害水稻的生长从而影响水稻的产量。现已开发出许多适用于水稻田中杂草防治的除草剂,许多除草剂也都已经被广泛使用在水稻田中的杂草防治。但是,水稻田中的杂草种类繁多、特点各异,对水稻生长产生的危害及产生危害的阶段也都各不相同。单一的除草剂往往因为杀草谱有限而无法同时杀灭多种杂草,为此农民需要分多次施加不同的除草剂方能有效防治杂草。因此,仍有必要开发一种具有广谱杀草效果的除草剂以实现对水稻田中杂草的有效防治。
发明内容
联合使用不同除草剂以获得协同增效的效果是被期望的,但是协同增效效果的获得却具有偶然性,这需要对除草剂的组合进行特定的选择,并要花费大量的时间和精力进行必要的试验方能确认。本发明通过大量的试验发现,当除草剂按照本发明所列的组合进行联合使用时可以产生协同增效的效果、扩大各自的杀草谱,相比于这些除草剂单独使用可以更加有效的杀灭杂草。同时,本发明的除草剂组合物还可以明显降低药剂对水稻的伤害从而提高了使用的安全性。具体地,本发明提供了一种除草剂组合物,其包含第一活性成分噁嗪草酮和第二活性成分,所述第二活性成分选自噁唑酰草胺、双唑草腈、双环磺草酮、异噁草松、甲磺草胺和四唑嘧磺隆组成的组。
具体实施方式
除非另外说明,在本说明书中,术语“除草剂”表示减缓不希望出现的植物的生长或杀死这些植物的分子或分子的组合,所述“不希望出现的植物”是例如但不限于害草或杂草、阔叶植物、禾本科植物,尤其是指水稻田中的稗草、千金子、马唐、丁香蓼、鸭舌草、水苋菜、野慈姑、碎米莎草、莎草、异型莎草。术语“除草有效量”表示对不期望出现的植物的生长产生可观察到的抑制效果所需的量,所述“抑制效果”包括植物坏死、植物死亡、生长抑制、繁殖抑制、增殖抑制、以及去除、破坏或者减少不希望有的植物的出现或降低不希望出现的植物的活性。
噁嗪草酮(Oxaziclomefone)为内吸传导型水稻田除草剂,主要由杂草的根部和茎叶基部吸收,杂草接触药剂后茎叶部失绿、停止生长,直至枯死。主要防治对象为稗草、沟繁缕、千金子、异型莎草等多种杂草;具有有效成分使用量低、适宜施药期长、持效期长、对水稻安全性好等特点。
噁唑酰草胺(Metamifop)为芳氧苯氧丙酸酯类除草剂,敏感杂草通过茎叶吸收,传导至整个植株,积累于分生组织,抑制植物乙酰辅酶A羧化酶,导致脂肪酸合成受阻而杀死杂草。噁唑酰草胺施药后几天内敏感杂草出现叶片褪绿等症状,施药后2周内杂草死亡,持效期可达40天左右,施药1次可保证水稻整个生育期内不受稗草、千金子、马唐、牛筋草等杂草为害。
双唑草腈(Pyraclonil)作用机理为原卟啉原氧化酶的抑制剂。具有杀草谱广,对水稻安全等特点,可用于稻田防除一年生禾本科杂草、莎草科杂草和阔叶杂草及某些多年生杂草。
双环磺草酮(Benzobicyclon)又名苯并双环酮,是吡唑类除草剂,其作用机理和方式为抑制杂草叶绿素生物合成。双环磺草酮可以通过根、茎、幼芽、叶吸收并迅速传导,其特点为活性高、选择性强、广谱,在合理的使用方法和剂量下,对水稻安全。双环磺草酮对水稻田莎草、阔叶草和部分禾本科杂草有特效。
异噁草松(Clomazone)又名异噁草酮,是一种有机杂环类除草剂,可通过植物的根、幼芽吸收,向上传导,经木质部扩散至叶部,抑制敏感植物的叶绿素和胡萝卜素的合成,使杂草整株白化,在短期内死亡,控草期达40天以上。在合理的使用方法和剂量下,对水稻安全。
甲磺草胺(Sufentrazone)为三唑啉酮类除草剂,甲磺草胺是一种触杀型选择性除草剂,苗后施药,杂草通过根和幼芽吸收,在有光的条件下,在叶绿素生物合成过程中,通过抑制原卟啉原氧化酶,导致有毒中间物积累,从而破坏杂草细胞膜,使其组织见光后坏死,导致叶片迅速脱水干枯死亡。在合理的使用方法和剂量下,对水稻安全。
四唑嘧磺隆(Azimsulfuron)为乙酰乳酸合成酶抑制剂,尤其对支链氨基酸(如缬氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸)的生化合成具有很好的抑制活性,从而阻碍杂草细胞的分裂和生长。通过杂草根和叶的吸收,在植株体内传导,中毒后杂草即停止生长,而后枯死。因为其在水稻体内可迅速分解成无除草活性的代谢物,在杂草中不易被代谢,从而发挥了良好的除草活性,并对水稻十分安全。
本文中,除非特别说明,百分含量(%)是指重量百分比。
本发明涉及一种除草剂组合物,其包含第一活性成分噁嗪草酮和第二活性成分,所述第二活性成分选自噁唑酰草胺、双唑草腈、双环磺草酮、异噁草松、甲磺草胺和四唑嘧磺隆组成的组。所述第二活性成分可以是选自该组的一种或多种。
优选地,组合物中第一活性成分和第二活性成分的重量比为20:1–1:20,进一步优选2:1–1:10。更进一步优选1:1–1:5。
本发明的除草剂组合物可以根据本领域的常规技术制成任何适于施用的农业上可接受的剂型,包括但不限于油悬剂、乳油、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、悬浮剂、微乳剂和微胶囊悬浮剂等。
本发明在另一方面提供了一种除草组合物,其包含除草有效量的本发明除草剂组合物和农药学上可接受的助剂。优选地,以除草组合物的总重量计,所述除草剂组合物的含量为0.1~85%。更进一优选1~50%、5%~25%。更进一步优选5%、10%、15%、20%和25%。
农药学上可接受的助剂例如包括溶剂、乳化剂、润湿剂、崩解剂、稳定剂、分散剂、增稠剂、促渗剂、pH调节剂、消泡剂、防冻剂、载体、安全剂等有益于有效成分在制剂中稳定和发挥药效的已知物质。这些助剂都是农药制剂领域中常用的成分,具体成分的选择及其使用量的确定均属于本领域技术人员的常识。这些助剂中的一些包括但不限于以下成分:
(1)作物油浓缩物(矿物油(85%)+乳化剂(15%));苄基椰油烷基二甲基季铵盐;石油烃、烷基酯、有机酸、和阴离子表面活性剂的共混物;C9-C11烷基聚糖苷;磷酸化的醇乙氧基化物;天然伯醇(C12-C16)乙氧基化物;二-仲-丁基苯酚EO-PO嵌段共聚物;聚硅氧烷-甲基封端物;乳化的甲基化的种子油;十三烷基醇(合成)乙氧基化物(8EO);牛油胺乙氧基化物(15EO)和PEG(400)二油酸酯-99;
(2)可采用的液体载体包括水和有机溶剂,通常使用的有机溶剂包括但不限于石油级分或者烃例如:矿物油,芳族溶剂,石蜡油,等;植物油例如大豆油,藤本植物籽油,橄榄油,蓖麻油,葵花籽油,椰子油,玉米油,棉花子油,亚麻子油,棕榈油,花生油,红花油,芝麻油,桐油等;以及以上植物油的酯;一元醇或者二元醇、三元醇或者其它较低级的多元醇(含有4-6个羟基)的酯,例如硬脂酸2-乙基己基酯,油酸正丁酯,豆蔻酸异丙基酯,丙二醇二油酸酯,丁二酸二辛基酯,己二酸二丁酯,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯等;单、二和多羧酸的酯等。具体的有机溶剂包括甲苯,二甲苯,石脑油,作物油(crop oil),丙酮,甲基乙基酮,环己酮,三氯乙烯,全氯代乙烯,乙酸乙酯,乙酸戊基酯,乙酸丁基酯,丙二醇单甲基醚和二甘醇单甲基醚,甲基醇,乙基醇,异丙基醇,戊基醇,乙二醇,丙二醇,甘油,N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮,N,N-二甲基烷基酰胺,二甲亚砜,液体肥料等。在一些实施方式中,水是用于稀释浓缩物的载体。
(3)合适的固体载体包括但不限于:滑石、叶蜡石(pyrophyllite clay)、硅石、活性白土(attapulgus clay)、高岭土、硅藻土(kieselguhr)、白垩(chalk)、硅藻土(diatomaceousearth)、石灰、碳酸钙、膨润土、漂白土(Fuller's earth)、棉子壳(cottonseed hull)、小麦粉、豆粉、浮石(pumice)、木粉、胡桃壳粉(walnut shell flour)、木质素等。
(4)在某些实施方式中,将一种或多种表面活性剂引入本申请描述的组合物中。这样的表面活性剂有益地以固体和液体组合物使用,尤其是设计成在施用前用载体稀释的组合物形式使用。表面活性剂的性质可以是阴离子的、阳离子的或非离子的并可用作乳化剂、润湿剂、助悬剂或用于其它目的。
(5)典型的表面活性剂包括烷基硫酸酯的盐,如二乙醇铵月桂基硫酸酯;烷基芳基磺酸盐,如十二烷基苯磺酸钙;烷基酚-氧化烯加成产物,如壬基酚-C18乙氧基化物;醇-氧化烯加成产物,如十三烷基醇-C16乙氧基化物;皂,如硬脂酸钠;烷基萘磺酸盐,如二丁基萘-磺酸钠;磺基琥珀酸盐的二烷基酯,如二(2-乙基己基)磺化琥珀酸钠;山梨糖醇酯,如山梨糖醇油酸酯;季铵,如月桂基三甲基氯化铵;脂肪酸的聚乙二醇酯,如聚乙二醇硬脂酸酯;环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的嵌段共聚物;以及磷酸单烷基酯的盐和磷酸二烷基酯的盐;植物或种子油例如大豆油,油菜籽油/低芥酸菜子油,橄榄油,蓖麻油,葵花籽油,椰子油,玉米油,棉花子油,亚麻子油,棕榈油,花生油,红花油,芝麻油,桐油等;以及以上植物油的酯,特别是甲酯。
本发明的除草剂组合物可用于水稻田中不希望出现的杂草和植物的控制和防治,例如移栽水稻田或者旱直播水稻田中杂草的控制。本发明除草组合物的施用频率和施用量随天气情况和杂草生长状况而变化,本领域技术人员可以根据常规手段来确定必要的施用频率和有效的施用量从而达到杀灭杂草的效果。
在另一方面,本发明还涉及一种防治水稻田中不希望出现的植物的方法,包括施加除草有效量的本发明除草剂组合物或者除草组合物。所述不希望出现的植物尤其是指水稻田中的稗草、千金子、马唐、丁香蓼、鸭舌草、水苋菜、野慈姑、碎米莎草、莎草、异型莎草。
以下实施例用于对本发明做进一步说明,但本发明并不仅限于此。在这些实施例中,除另有说明外,所有百分比(%)均指重量百分比。
实施例1
制备20%噁嗪草酮·噁唑酰草胺悬浮剂(噁嗪草酮和噁唑酰草胺的重量比为1:3)。按照以下配比称取各组分,将固体状组分进行预先粉碎,再与其它组分一起加入砂磨机中研磨,经高剪切混合后调配制得20%噁嗪草酮·噁唑酰草胺悬浮剂。
实施例2
制备25%噁嗪草酮·双唑草腈可湿性粉剂(噁嗪草酮和双唑草腈的重量比为1:4)。按照以下配比称取各组分,将固体状组分粗粉碎后与其他组分一起送入混合器中混合均匀,再经气流粉碎后即制得25%噁嗪草酮·双唑草腈可湿粉剂。
实施例3
制备10%噁嗪草酮·双环磺草酮水分散粒剂(噁嗪草酮和双环磺草酮的重量比为1:3)。按照以下配比称取各组分,然后按照干法粉碎、造粒、干燥、筛分制备制得10%噁嗪草酮·双环磺草酮水分散性粒剂。
实施例4
制备6%噁嗪草酮·四唑嘧磺隆可湿性粉剂(噁嗪草酮和四唑嘧磺隆的重量比为2:1)。按照以下配比称取各组分,固体状的组分粗粉碎后与其它组分一起被送入混合器中混合均匀,再经气流粉碎后即制得6%噁嗪草酮·四唑嘧磺隆可湿粉剂。
实施例5
制备6%噁嗪草酮·异噁草松油悬剂(噁嗪草酮与异噁草松的重量比为1:2)。按照以下配比称取各组分,将其中的原药、溶剂和表面活性剂在高速搅拌下混合均匀,然后经研磨即制得6%噁嗪草酮·异噁草松油悬浮剂。
实施例6
制备20%噁嗪草酮·甲磺草胺悬浮剂(其中噁嗪草酮和甲磺草胺的重量比为1:1)。按照以下配比称取各组分,将各组分进行高速分散,混合均匀,再经研磨,即可制得20%噁嗪草酮·甲磺草胺草胺悬浮剂。
实施例7–药效试验
药效试验。为验证噁嗪草酮与双唑草腈、甲磺草胺和异噁草松等的复配效果,在水稻田中进行药效试验。试验所用药剂包括噁嗪草酮等活性成分的单剂及实施例1-6中的噁嗪草酮组合物。试验地选择稗草等禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草和莎草较多的水稻田。根据水稻栽培方式和用药时间的不同,共进行4组试验,每组试验重复3次。用药20天或30后天统计杂草数量,并按照以下方法计算杂草仿效和进行水稻安全性评价。
杂草防效%=(空白对照区杂草数-处理区杂草数)/空白对照区杂草数×100%。
鲜重抑制率%=(空白对照区水稻平均鲜重-处理区水稻平均鲜重)/空白对照区水稻平均鲜重×100%。
表1至表4分别列出了每组试验的具体情况,包括所用的药剂、施加剂量、被选作杀灭对象的杂草、用药前后的杂草数量以及杂草仿效结果等。表中所列的用药后杂草株数是3次重复试验中每次用药后的杂草株数的总和。

从表1-表4的试验结果可以看出,与噁嗪草酮、双唑草腈、甲磺草胺和异噁草松单剂等单剂相比,本发明的噁嗪草酮混剂有明显的增效作用,例如对试验所选的多种杂草的仿效可以达到或者超过90%,甚至高达100%。另外,本发明的噁嗪草酮混剂还克服了相应单剂所存在的杀草谱窄的问题,根据本发明的方式组合的噁嗪草酮混剂大大扩展了杀草谱,通过一次施用就可以有效杀灭水稻田中常见的多种杂草,例如稗草、鳢肠、鸭舌草、水苋菜、莎草。因此,本发明的噁嗪草酮混剂使用起来更为便利、经济,而且也更具环境友好性。
此外,相比于单剂,本发明的噁嗪草酮混剂可以减少除草剂的使用剂量,这有助于降低除草剂对水稻所产生的伤害(参见表1中有关水稻安全性评价的数据),提高除草剂在水稻田中使用的安全性。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于防止水稻田中不希望出现的植物的除草剂组合物,其包含第一活性成分噁嗪草酮和第二活性成分,所述第二活性成分选自异噁草松和甲磺草胺组成的组;其中所述第一活性成分和第二活性成分的比为1:1至1:5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除草剂组合物,所述第二活性成分可以是一种或两种。
3.一种防治水稻田中不希望出现的植物的方法,包括向水稻田中施加除草有效量的如权利要求1至2中任一项所述的除草剂组合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中所述水稻田是移栽水稻田或者旱直播水稻田。
5.一种用于水稻田的除草组合物,其包含除草有效量的如权利要求1至2中任一项所述的除草剂组合物以及农药学上可接受的佐剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的除草组合物,以除草组合物的总重量计,所述除草剂组合物的含量为0.1~85%。
