本发明公开一种管件连接结构的制作方法,包括一管状接头和一套于该管状接头一端的软管,其中管状接头的材质为透光的PP、PE、POM或PA,软管的材质为具有吸光颜色的PERT、PE、POM或PA,管状接头和软管通过激光焊接相固接,激光焊接的参数为:功率13~28W,转速为45~50rpm。本发明的制作方法所制作的管件连接结构包括通过激光焊接紧密相连的一管状接头和一软管,管状接头的材质为PP、PE、POM或PA,软管的材质为PERT、PE、POM或PA,其在做爆破压测试时的强度可达500psi。
Description
技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种管件连接结构及其制作方法。
背景技术
PERT是一种可用于热水的非交联的聚乙烯管,也是中密度聚乙烯管,其不仅具有耐高温的特点,还具有柔韧性好,耐压性好,无毒,无味,无污染、耐低温等特点,十分适合过水组件的材料。且过水组件由铜材质更改为PERT等塑料材质,材料成本和零件加工成本大幅度降低,减少了铜材质过水组件所含重金属对人体的伤害,从而提升产品的市场竞争力。
CN103640212A公开了一种过水组件激光焊接工艺,包括一过水软管以及套于过水软管端部的软管接头,所述软管接头与过水软管的内表面设有深色吸光部,所述软管接头外周为激光透射部,所述软管接头与过水软管连接处在激光束条件下进行激光熔接,所述过水软管与软管接头材料为PERT。该方法解决了目前塑料过水组件,尤其PERT过水组件与出水组件联接时采用旋转焊工艺、一体成型工艺、热板焊工艺等方法易出现焊接强度差,变形量大,密封性无法保障等问题,从而降低了生产成本,提高了生产质量。但其制作出的连接结构在做爆破压测试时的接头强度仅为200psi,强度较低,安全性较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术缺陷,提供一种管件连接结构。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述管件连接结构的制作方法
本发明的具体技术方案如下:
一种管件连接结构,包括一管状接头和软管,其中管状接头的材质为透光的PP、PE、POM或PA,软管的材质为具有吸光颜色的PERT、PE、POM或PA,管状接头和软管通过激光焊接相固接,所述管状接头的一端设有一阶梯孔,所述软管的一端套接于上述阶梯孔的大孔内。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,所述软管的一端与所述大孔过盈配合。
进一步优选的,所述过盈配合为单边过盈0~0.10mm。
进一步优选的,所述过盈配合为单边过盈0~0.08mm。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,所述管状接头的材质为PP或PE,所述软管的材质为PERT或PE。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,所述管状接头和所述软管的材质均为POM或均为PA。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,所述PP或PE中含有不大于20%的玻璃纤维。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,所述吸光颜色为黑色。
一种上述管件连接结构的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)用PP、PE、POM或PA注塑成型相应的管状接头;
(2)将软管的一端插入管状接头的阶梯孔的大孔内,通过激光焊接使得软管的外壁面与大孔的内侧壁紧密固接配合,其中激光焊接的激光透过透光的PP、PE、POM或PA作用于大孔内侧壁与软管的外壁面,激光焊接的参数为:功率13~28W,转速为45~50rpm。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,所述激光焊接的参数为:功率18W,转速为45rpm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的制作方法所制作的管件连接结构包括通过激光焊接紧密相连的一管状接头和一软管,管状接头的材质为PP、PE、POM或PA,软管的材质为PERT、PE、POM或PA,其在做爆破压测试时的强度可达500psi,特别是当管状接头的材质为PP或PE,软管的材质是PERT时,由于PERT的拉伸强度模量是PP或PE的拉伸强度模量的1/3~1/2,通过激光焊接后相同结构的连接结构的强度性能可达原PERT管状接头的强度性能的2~3倍。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行进一步的说明和描述。
如图1所示,一种管件连接结构,包括一管状接头1和一套于该管状接头1一端的软管2,其中管状接头1的材质为透光的PP、PE、POM或PA,软管2的材质为具有吸光颜色(优选黑色)的PERT、PE、POM或PA,管状接头1和软管2通过激光焊接相固接,激光焊接的参数为:功率13~28W,转速为45~50rpm,优选功率18W,转速为45rpm。所制得管件连接结构在做爆破压测试时的强度可达500psi。
在本发明的一个优选实施方案中,所述管状接头1的一端设有一阶梯孔10,该阶梯孔沿该管状接头轴向从内到外依次包括一小孔101和一大孔102;所述软管2的一端套接于上述阶梯孔10的大孔102内。所述软管2的一端与所述大孔102过盈配合。所述过盈配合优选为单边过盈0~0.10mm。进一步优选为单边过盈0~0.08mm,以使软管2与管状接头1的相连处具有一定的预压力,大大加强了激光焊接过程中相互的热接触。
优选的,所述管状接头1的材质为PP或PE(优选PP或PE中含有不大于20%的玻璃纤维),所述软管2的材质为PERT或PE。由于PERT的拉伸强度模量是PP或PE的拉伸强度模量的1/3~1/2,通过激光焊接后相同结构的连接结构的强度性能可达原PERT管状接头的强度性能的2~3倍。
进一步优选的,所述管状接头1和所述软管2的材质均为POM或均为PA。

Claims (10)
1.一种管件连接结构,其特征在于:包括一管状接头和软管,其中管状接头的材质为透光的PP、PE、POM或PA,软管的材质为具有吸光颜色的PERT、PE、POM或PA,管状接头和软管通过激光焊接相固接,所述管状接头的一端设有一阶梯孔,所述软管的一端套接于上述阶梯孔的大孔内。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种管件连接结构,其特征在于:所述软管的一端与所述大孔过盈配合。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种管件连接结构,其特征在于:所述过盈配合为单边过盈0~0.10mm。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种管件连接结构,其特征在于:所述过盈配合为单边过盈0~0.08mm。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一权利要求所述的一种管件连接结构,其特征在于:所述管状接头的材质为PP或PE,所述软管的材质为PERT或PE。
6.如权利要求1至4中任一权利要求所述的一种管件连接结构,其特征在于:所述管状接头和所述软管的材质均为POM或均为PA。
7.如权利要求1至4中任一权利要求所述的一种管件连接结构,其特征在于:所述PP或PE中含有不大于20%的玻璃纤维。
8.如权利要求1至4中任一权利要求所述的一种管件连接结构,其特征在于:所述吸光颜色为黑色。
9.一种权利要求1至8中任一权利要求所述的管件连接结构的制作方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)用PP、PE、POM或PA注塑成型相应的管状接头;
(2)将软管的一端插入管状接头的阶梯孔的大孔内,通过激光焊接使得软管的外壁面与大孔的内侧壁紧密固接配合,其中激光焊接的激光透过透光的PP、PE、POM或PA作用于大孔内侧壁与软管的外壁面,激光焊接的参数为:功率13~28W,转速为45~50rpm。
10.如权利要求9所述的制作方法,其特征在于:所述激光焊接的参数为:功率18W,转速为45rpm。
