Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于棉麻防霉的环保型添加剂,包括如下重量份的原料:大蒜20~35份,观音菜15~20份,杜仲提取物10~15份,柑桔皮7~12份,茴香粉5~8份,生姜粉4~7份,肉桂粉4~6份,氧化钙3~5份;所述大蒜、观音菜和柑桔皮加水浸泡2~6小时,武火煮沸后文火水煎10~40分钟。本发明的添加剂用于棉麻的制作,不仅安全环保,不影响棉麻的本身特性,同时不含异味,不刺激皮肤,不影响棉麻的染色。本发明的添加剂天然环保、高效节能,有效的保护了棉麻制品,使得其防霉效果提高显著。

技术领域
本发明涉及棉麻加工领域,尤其涉及一种用于棉麻防霉的环保型添加剂。
背景技术
棉和麻都是温带的植物生长出来的分别有棉花和芘麻的种子部分采下来,经过晒干,机器脱粒,分解出种子和棉麻部分,经过机器压制,在经过纺织成线,布匹,最后经过染制,成品。棉麻,总是会和布衣一起出现,古时,棉麻是大众社会的第一选择,也是几千年历史沉淀下来的一种文化,更是一种精神的代表,“布衣精神”的回归,也正诠释着复古与时尚的一种碰撞。因棉麻属于粗布,皆有手工缝制,制作过程中绿色天然环保,环保健康,从种植到手织布制品,不使用农药和化学染剂,纺织品不含甲醇,偶氮等化学有害物质,是人体最适合的贴身纺织品。又以质地柔软、冬暖夏凉、通透性特好,能有效吸附人体皮肤上的汗水和微汗,使体温迅速恢复正常,真正达到透气,吸汗的效果。其物理特性具有抗静电,防螨止痒,PH值呈酸性,对皮肤无刺激,符合环保及健康要求。不易搓起,不卷边,由于棉麻布线粗,其表面会形成无数个按摩点,对人体有意象不到的按摩作用。因为是一次染织,不存在掉色,染色等问题,是化纤类织物无法达到的效果。
目前使用的棉麻制作成衣后,常常遇到防霉的问题,而传统的化学品防霉剂不仅影响棉麻的化学特性。同时还影响到成衣制品的自然性,并具有严重的异味。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术的不足,提供一种用于棉麻制品的环保型添加剂。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种用于棉麻防霉的环保型添加剂,包括如下重量份的原料:
大蒜20~35份
观音菜15~20份
杜仲提取物10~15份
柑桔皮7~12份
茴香粉5~8份
生姜粉4~7份
肉桂粉4~6份
氧化钙3~5份;
所述大蒜、观音菜和柑桔皮加水浸泡2~6小时,武火煮沸后文火水煎10~40分钟。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述杜仲提取物为杜仲剪成碎片,揉成絮状,置索氏提取器中,加入氯仿适量,加热回流6小时,弃去氯仿液,药渣挥去氯仿,再置索氏提取器中,加入甲醇适量,加热回流6小时,提取液回收甲醇至适量,摇匀,滤过,即得。
作为本发明的更进一步改进,所述杜仲提取物用100目的筛网筛选。
本发明采用的有益效果是:本发明的添加剂用于棉麻的制作,不仅安全环保,不影响棉麻的本身特性,同时不含异味,不刺激皮肤,不影响棉麻的染色。本发明的添加剂天然环保、高效节能,有效的保护了棉麻制品,使得其防霉效果提高显著。

下面实施例,对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1,一种用于棉麻防霉的环保型添加剂,包括如下重量份的原料:
大蒜20份
观音菜15份
杜仲提取物10份
柑桔皮7份
茴香粉5份
生姜粉4份
肉桂粉4份
氧化钙3份;
所述大蒜、观音菜和柑桔皮加水浸泡2小时,武火煮沸后文火水煎10分钟。
实施例2,实施例1,一种用于棉麻防霉的环保型添加剂,包括如下重量份的原料:

观音菜20份
杜仲提取物15份
柑桔皮12份
茴香粉8份

所述大蒜、观音菜和柑桔皮加水浸泡6小时,武火煮沸后文火水煎40分钟;所述杜仲提取物为杜仲剪成碎片,揉成絮状,置索氏提取器中,加入氯仿适量,加热回流6小时,弃去氯仿液,药渣挥去氯仿,再置索氏提取器中,加入甲醇适量,加热回流6小时,提取液回收甲醇至适量,摇匀,用100目的筛网滤过,即得。

所述大蒜、观音菜和柑桔皮加水浸泡4小时,武火煮沸后文火水煎20分钟;所述杜仲提取物为杜仲剪成碎片,揉成絮状,置索氏提取器中,加入氯仿适量,加热回流6小时,弃去氯仿液,药渣挥去氯仿,再置索氏提取器中,加入甲醇适量,加热回流6小时,提取液回收甲醇至适量,摇匀,用100目的筛网滤过,即得。

1.一种用于棉麻防霉的环保型添加剂,其特征是包括如下重量份的原料:
大蒜20~35份
观音菜15~20份
杜仲提取物10~15份
柑桔皮7~12份
茴香粉5~8份
生姜粉4~7份
肉桂粉4~6份
氧化钙3~5份;
所述大蒜、观音菜和柑桔皮加水浸泡2~6小时,武火煮沸后文火水煎10~40分钟。
