本发明涉及一种具有防腐性能的水性醇酸树脂及其制备方法,属于化工技术领域;其组分包括重量系数为10~20%的长链二醇、重量系数为1~10%的不少于3个羟基的多元醇、重量系数为10~35%的含有不少于6个碳原子的长链二酸、重量系数为3~15%的含有不少于3个羧基的多元羧酸、重量系数为15~35%的油酸、重量系数为1~10%的尿素和引入亚氨基基团的物质;制备方法为在油酸、酸酐中加入尿素引入亚胺基团,然后加入长链二醇、多元醇和长链二酸,升温脱水进行聚合反应,至体系酸值小于15mgKOH/g;再与多元羧酸进行聚合反应,至体系酸值达到30~60mgKOH/g;添加中和剂中和稀释即得水性醇酸树脂;该方法制备的产品具有良好的防腐性能,抗冲击性强,快干,可用于木器和金属漆。

但是以水溶性醇酸树脂为原料,采用常规技术制备的油漆防腐性能不是太高。如果油漆的防腐性能不高,金属很容易被腐蚀造成损失。因此,提高油漆的抗冲击性能和防腐性能都是至关重要的。
随着技术的进步,市场上出现了各种通过对醇酸树脂改性提高防腐性能的方法。例如,专利号CN201010029015的发明专利,涉及一种环氧改性醇酸树脂的制备方法,合成亲水型端羧基醇酸树脂后加入环氧树脂进行化学接枝反应,得到的环氧改性水性醇酸树脂提高了耐腐蚀性能。专利号CN201510313955的发明专利,涉及一种水性丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂的制备方法,先合成酸值小于10mgKOH/g的醇酸树脂后滴加丙烯酸单体最后得到酸值18~25mgKOH/g,固含75-85%的改性树脂,和氨基树脂搭配可制成烤漆具有较好的硬度和耐水性。但是防腐性能还需进一步提高。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种具有防腐性能的水性醇酸树脂及其制备方法,通过在合成过程中引入氨基基团,可以有效提高醇酸树脂的防腐,抗冲击性等性能。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种具有防腐性能的水性醇酸树脂,包含以下组分:
组分i:重量系数为10~20%的长链二醇,其中,长链二醇的主链上至少含有6个碳原子,端基为两个羟基,
组分ii:重量系数为1~10%的不少于3个羟基的多元醇,
组分iii:重量系数为10~35%的含有不少于6个碳原子的长链二酸,
组分iv:重量系数为3~15%的含有不少于3个羧基的多元羧酸,
组分v:重量系数为15~35%的油酸,
组分vi:重量系数为1~10%的尿素,
组分vii:组分vii:重量系数为1~3%的不饱和酸酐。
所述的长链二醇为1,6己二醇、1,7庚二醇、1,8新二醇、2,7新二醇、1,9壬二醇、2,8壬二醇、1,10癸二醇、2,9癸二醇、1,11十一烷二醇,1,12十二烷二醇、2,11十二烷二醇中的一种或几种组合物。
所述的多元羟基包括三官能团的三羟甲基丙烷和四羟基的季戊四醇。
所述的长链二酸为苯酐、间苯二酸、邻苯二酸、己二酸、庚二酸、辛二酸、壬二酸、癸二酸、十一烷二酸、十二烷二酸、十四烷二酸、十六烷二酸、十八烷二酸、二聚酸中的一种或几种的组合物。
所述的多元羧酸为苯三甲酸或偏苯三酸酐。
所述的油酸为大豆油酸、妥尔油酸、椰子油、亚麻油或脱水蓖麻油。
所述的引入亚氨基基团的物质为尿素。
所述的不饱和酸酐为酸酐,四氢苯酐,十二烷基琥珀酸酐中的一种或几种的组合物。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种具有优异防腐性能的水性醇酸树脂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将油酸、酸酐投入反应釜中升温至180~200℃,持温2小时,加入尿素引入亚胺基团,在160~180℃下持稳30~120分钟,降温;
(2)将组分i,组分ii,组分iii混合后加入步骤(1)制备的反应物中,升温脱水进行聚合反应,直至体系酸值小于15mgKOH/g;
(3)将步骤(2)所得反应物与组分iv进行聚合反应,至体系酸值达到30~60mgKOH/g;
(4)添加中和剂中和稀释即得水性醇酸树脂。
步骤(4)所述的中和剂为氨水、三乙胺、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺中的一种或几种组合物。
步骤(4)所述中和剂添加条件为:温度不高于60℃,pH8.0~9.5。
制备的水性醇酸树脂可加入催干剂常温自干,也可加入交联剂制成烤漆。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明方法在保持水溶性醇酸树脂优异性能的同时,改善了树脂的干燥速度和硬度,同时提高了其耐腐蚀性能,机械性能和附着力,可广泛应用于水性工业涂料领域。
(2)工艺简单,成本低廉,适合工业化生产。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,这些实施例仅用来说明本发明,并不限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
将酸酐16g,妥尔油酸350g投入带搅拌和回流冷凝器的聚合釜中,搅拌下升温至200℃反应1小时降温至180℃,加入尿素6g持温2小时,降温加入新戊二醇70g,丙三醇75g,季戊四醇125g,邻苯二甲酸酐110g,苯甲酸100g从170℃开始升温至220℃,待酸价小于10mgKOH/g后降温加入偏苯三甲酸酐,160℃持温至酸价为40mgKOH/g。加入中和剂氨水和稀释溶剂即得水性醇酸树脂,过滤包装。制备的水性醇酸树脂技术参数为:
外观:澄清透明
色数:<10
粘度:3000-9000cps(23℃)
固体含量:65±2%
实施例2
将酸酐16g,脱水蓖麻油酸300g投入带搅拌和回流冷凝器的聚合釜中,搅拌下升温至200℃反应1小时,降温至180℃,加入尿素5g持温2小时,降温加入新戊二醇65g,丙三醇83g,季戊四醇102g,邻苯二甲酸酐120g,苯甲酸110g从170℃开始升温至225℃,待酸价小于10mgKOH/g后降温加入偏苯三甲酸酐,160℃持温至酸价为50mgKOH/g。加入中和剂氨水和稀释溶剂即得水性醇酸树脂,过滤包装。制备的水性醇酸树脂技术参数为:
外观:澄清透明
色数:<10
粘度:4000-10000cps(23℃)
固体含量:65±2%
实施例3
将以上实施例中制备的水性醇酸树脂加入催干剂及其他助剂后用水稀释调粘,进行喷涂测试漆膜性能。配方如表1:

由表2可知,将本发明方法制备的水性醇酸树脂添加到油漆中,具有良好的防腐性能,抗冲击性强,快干,可用于木器和金属漆,有利于产品应用及推广,对行业技术的提高有显著的促进作用。
Claims (9)
1.一种具有防腐性能的水性醇酸树脂,其特征在于:包含以下组分:
组分i:重量系数为10~20%的长链二醇,其中,长链二醇的主链上至少含有6个碳原子,端基为两个羟基,
组分ii:重量系数为1~10%的不少于3个羟基的多元醇,
组分iii:重量系数为10~35%的含有不少于6个碳原子的长链二酸,
组分iv:重量系数为3~15%的含有不少于3个羧基的多元羧酸,
组分v:重量系数为15~35%的油酸,
组分vi:重量系数为1~10%的尿素,
组分vii:重量系数为1~3%的不饱和酸酐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防腐性能的水性醇酸树脂,其特征在于:所述的长链二醇为1,6-己二醇、1,7-庚二醇、1,8-新二醇、2,7-新二醇、1,9-壬二醇、2,8-壬二醇、1,10-癸二醇、2,9-癸二醇、1,11-十一烷二醇,1,12-十二烷二醇、2,11-十二烷二醇中的一种或几种组合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防腐性能的水性醇酸树脂,其特征在于:所述的多元醇包括三官能团的三羟甲基丙烷和四羟基的季戊四醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防腐性能的水性醇酸树脂,其特征在于:所述的长链二酸为苯酐、间苯二酸、邻苯二酸、己二酸、庚二酸、辛二酸、壬二酸、癸二酸、十一烷二酸、十二烷二酸、十四烷二酸、十六烷二酸、十八烷二酸、二聚酸中的一种或几种的组合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防腐性能的水性醇酸树脂,其特征在于:所述的多元羧酸为偏苯三甲酸或偏苯三酸酐。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防腐性能的水性醇酸树脂,其特征在于:所述的油酸为大豆油酸、妥尔油酸、椰子油、亚麻油或脱水蓖麻油。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防腐性能的水性醇酸树脂,其特征在于:所述的不饱和酸酐为四氢苯酐。
8.一种如权利要求1所述的具有防腐性能的水性醇酸树脂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)将油酸、酸酐投入反应釜中升温至180~200℃,持温2小时,加入尿素引入亚胺基团,在160~180℃下持稳30~120分钟,降温;
(2)将组分i,组分ii,组分iii混合后加入步骤(1)制备的反应物中,升温脱水进行聚合反应,直至体系酸值小于15mgKOH/g;
(3)将步骤(2)所得反应物与组分iv进行聚合反应,至体系酸值达到30~60mgKOH/g;
(4)在温度40~60℃,pH8.0~9.5的条件下添加中和剂中和稀释即得水性醇酸树脂;制备的水性醇酸树脂可加入催干剂常温自干,也可加入交联剂制成烤漆。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种具有防腐性能的水性醇酸树脂的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)所述的中和剂为氨水、三乙胺、N,N-二甲基乙醇胺中的一种或几种组合物。
