Abstract

可反转流向的液体转向器,它具有一段管体,管体的前端连接有一冠状体,冠状体的内侧面、外侧面均为光滑的曲面,管体前端的出口与冠状体的内侧面相对,且管体的前端及其前端部的两侧与冠状体的内侧面之间存在有供液体流通的通道。由本发明提供的液体转向器输送液体时,输入管体的液体由前端流出后,通过冠状体的阻挡、引导,液体的流向会发生逆转。它在应用体外膜合肺装置来实现心肺替代的功能治疗中使用时,作为动脉导管插入动脉后,可使得向动脉中射出的血液流向与左心室射出的血流流向一致,从而打破“平衡点”的限制,不增加甚至降低心脏的前向阻力。

Description

可反转流向的液体转向器
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器材技术领域,具体涉及一种可以实现液体流向反转的液体转向器。
背景技术
对于心肺衰竭的患者,目前的医疗技术可以应用体外膜合肺(ECMO)装置来实现心肺替代的功能。在实施过程中通常需要在主动脉和中心静脉处置入较粗的导管引血。静脉导管将静脉中的血引出,血液再经动力泵和氧合膜后由体外膜合肺经动脉导管再打入主动脉中。上述的过程存在的问题是:在主动脉中,心脏泵出的血流和体外膜合肺打入的血流会相向流动,造成患者在主动脉的某一部位(左心瓣膜和动脉导管开口之间)形成所谓的“平衡点”,该平衡点靠近心脏部位脏器的血供由心脏供应血液,平衡点远离心脏的部位的脏器由ECMO供应血液。ECMO在主动脉内射出的血流朝向主动脉瓣,使得左心室前向阻力增加,心肌必须增加收缩功能才能将心脏内的血流射出,不利于心脏功能的恢复;若心脏功能极度衰弱,或ECMO射出血液的动能过大,容易使得心脏内血流无法射出,甚至在心室内形成血栓,导致救治失败。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可反转流向的液体转向器,由该液体转向器输送液体时,由管体前端流出的液体流向会被逆转。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:可反转流向的液体转向器,它具有一段管体,管体的前端连接有一冠状体,冠状体的内侧面、外侧面均为光滑的曲面,管体前端的出口与冠状体的内侧面相对,且管体的前端及其前端部的两侧与冠状体的内侧面之间存在有供液体流通的通道。
由上述方案可见,由本发明提供的液体转向器输送液体时,输入管体的液体由前端流出后,通过冠状体的阻挡、引导,液体的流向会发生逆转。它在应用体外膜合肺装置来实现心肺替代的功能治疗中采用时,作为动脉导管插入动脉后,可使得由动脉导管向动脉中射出的血液流向与左心室射出的血流流向一致,从而打破“平衡点”的限制,不增加甚至降低心脏的前向阻力。
本发明结构合理、性能可靠,它应用范围较广,尤其适宜于应用体外膜合肺装置来实现心肺替代的治疗中作为动脉导管使用。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例及附图进一步说明本发明。

本发明提供的可反转流向的液体转向器,它具有一段管体1,管体1的前端连接有一冠状体2,冠状体2的内侧面、外侧面均为光滑的曲面,管体1前端的出口与冠状体2的内侧面相对,且管体1的前端及其前端部的两侧与冠状体2的内侧面之间存在有供液体流通的通道5。
为使得液体流向逆转时较为平滑,本实施例中,冠状体2内侧面与管体1前端出口对准的部位上具有一凸起的导流体2a,该导流体2a的中部呈逐渐隆起状。
为使冠状体2的外径尺寸与管体1的直径基本一致,本实施例中,管体1的前端部呈逐渐收缩状,冠状体2的下部围在管体的前端部外侧,管体1的前端与冠状体2的内侧面之间若干连接筋3连接,各连接筋3之间具有供液体通过的空隙。

为便于本液体转向器在向动脉中置入时的操作,本实施例中,冠状体的中部设有贯通其内、外侧的一单向通道,该单向通道为沿冠状体外侧至内侧的方向单向导通。本实施例中,单向通道的具体结构为,它具有一导管6,导管6贯通冠状体2,导管6的内壁上铰接有一挡板7,挡板7的下侧与导管6的内壁间设有弹簧8。另外,导管6中的挡板7也可由一单向阀替代。当导管6内由上之下有物体通过时,挡板7会被推开,导管6导通。

本实施例中,管体1的前端部呈逐渐收缩状,冠状体2的下部围在管体的前端部外侧,管体1的前端与冠状体2的内侧面之间通过连接带9连接,连接带9上开有若干供液体通过的通孔9a。
结合图1、图2可见,本发明提供的液体转向器在应用体外膜合肺装置来实现心肺替代的功能治疗中使用时,它作为动脉导管需要被放置在动脉4中。放置本液体转向器时,使引导钢丝进入导管6并顶开挡板7,当其从导管6穿入至冠状体2内侧后,再由引导钢丝牵引,即可将本液体转向器放入到动脉中;放置完成后,将引导钢丝从管体1的后端抽出,挡板7在弹簧8的作用下关闭,即可防止血流从冠状体前端出。
图1中示意了本液体转向器输送血液时的流向变化,进入导管1内的血液流向由箭头A表示,由本液体转向器射出的血液流向由箭头C所示,由左心室射出的血流的流向由箭头B所示。可见,本液体转向器作为动脉导管插入动脉4后,输入管体1的血液由前端流出后,通过冠状体2的阻挡、引导,血液的流向会发生逆转,进而使得向动脉中输出的血液的流向与左心室射出的血流的流向一致,从而打破“平衡点”的限制,不增加甚至降低心脏的前向阻力。

1.可反转流向的液体转向器,它具有一段管体,其特征在于:管体的前端连接有一冠状体,冠状体的内侧面、外侧面均为光滑的曲面,管体前端的出口与冠状体的内侧面相对,且管体的前端及其前端部的两侧与冠状体的内侧面之间存在有供液体流通的通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可反转流向的液体转向器,其特征在于:冠状体内侧面与管体前端出口对准的部位上具有一凸起的导流体,该导流体的中部呈逐渐隆起状。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的可反转流向的液体转向器,其特征在于:冠状体的中部设有一贯通其内、外侧的单向通道,该单向通道沿冠状体外侧至内侧的方向单向导通。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可反转流向的液体转向器,其特征在于:管体的前端部呈逐渐收缩状,冠状体的下部围在管体的前端部外侧,管体的前端与冠状体的内侧面之间若干连接筋连接,各连接筋之间具有供液体通过的空隙。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可反转流向的液体转向器,其特征在于:管体的前端部呈逐渐收缩状,冠状体的下部围在管体的前端部外侧,管体的前端与冠状体的内侧面之间通过连接带连接,连接带上开有若干供液体通过的通孔。
