新型负离子卫生巾芯片及其制造方法,其特征在于:它是由以下原料制成的发明配方:新型海鸥石纳米超细微粉作为添加剂,在制备无纺芯片的粘胶时加入。本发明属于纺织、医用保健品领域。本发明的新型负离子卫生巾芯片适用于妇女经期,该新型负离子卫生巾芯片通过检测证明具有发射负离子和远红外功能,用纯物理的过程达到了抗菌、消炎和除异味等功效,对女性生理健康产生积极的作用,负离子能促进体内生化酶转化并与异味气体分子中和,从而达到提高人体自洁能力,祛除异味的作用,有效抑菌。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料改性、化工、复合材料、材料加工等领域。
背景技术
目前卫生巾消费需求已经从满足基本需求向更高需求——绿色健康、保健护理发展,负离子卫生巾是纯物理过程调节机能卫生巾,无任何副作用。负离子有大、中、小三种类型。对人体健康有益的是小粒径负离子。医学专家称:有
小粒径的负离子才能透过血脑屏障,进入人体起到保健或治疗的作用。
本发明中的负离子芯片在制备无纺芯片的粘胶时加入了海鸥石纳米超细微粉作为添加剂,粘胶或粘胶加棉经过无纺水刺交织工艺制成50g/m2的无纺材料,此材料能有效长期释放天然负离子,将此无纺材料裁切成2*6cm大小片材,作为负离子卫生巾芯片,置于卫生巾表层下,负离子卫生巾芯片可发射出高浓度的负离子,用纯物理的过程达到了抗菌、消炎和除异味等功效,对女性生理健康产生积极的作用,负离子能促进体内生化酶转化并与异味气体分子中和,从而达到提高人体自洁能力,祛除异味的作用,有效抑菌。负离子因具有增强呼吸系统、改善精神状况、促进新陈代谢、增强免疫力、改善睡眠等功能,而获得“空气维生素”、“长寿素”的美称。
海鸥石是亿万年前的沉积岩经过纳米技术处理可以获得微纳米数量级的专用添加剂。经中国建材研究院、中国化纤产品检测中心、中国医学科学研究院、亚稳材料制备技术与科学国家重点实验室、纤维与聚合物改性国家重点实验室、天津大学、燕山大学和河北省地勘局检测海鸥石无毒、无害、无放射性,具备在环境温度20℃放射出波长为8-15μm的远红外线的功能,能对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有96%以上的抗菌率,并保持长效抗菌功能,空气中带负电的离子可使血中含氧量增加,有利于血氧输送、吸收和利用,增强人体肌能,调节肌体功能平衡的作用。
发明内容
本发明的特征是由以下配方组成:粘胶原料50-99;海鸥石负离子添加剂0.1-20;助剂0-10。
释放负离子珍珠粉是利用粉碎技术将野生珍珠加工成纳米级粉末,其功能为:珍珠中含有的多种氨基酸具有调节人体内分泌,促进机体活力,养颜护肤,延缓衰老等功效。水晶同样进行粉碎处理,然后将其纳米级粉末添加至丝绸中,其作用是:水晶中含有十几种有益的微量元素,长期与人体接触,能与人体的生理节律产生谐振,进而浸润人体肌肤,可以微量、稳定、持续地补充人体所

工艺:将粘胶材料与释放负离子珍珠粉、水晶粉、着色剂及其它助剂混合,通过浸泡、搅拌等技术将释放负离子珍珠粉、水晶粉等功能材料附着在粘胶材料中,使该材料加棉经过水刺交织工艺制成50g/m2的无纺材料,此材料能有效长期释放天然负离子,将此无纺材料裁切成2*6cm大小片材,作为负离子卫生巾芯片

Claims (6)
1.新型负离子卫生巾芯片及其制造方法,其特征在于:它是由下述原料原材料制成的发明配方:粘胶原料50-99;海鸥石负离子添加剂0.1-20;助剂0-10;新型海鸥石纳米超细微粉作为添加剂,在制备无纺芯片的粘胶时加入。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的新型负离子卫生巾芯片不仅可以使得卫生巾具有芳香味,同时海鸥石所释放出的负离子对人体有很大的好处。
3.根据权利要求书1所述的负离子卫生巾芯片可发射出高浓度的负离子,用纯物理的过程达到了抗菌、消炎和除异味等功效,对女性生理健康产生积极的作用,负离子芯片能释放出负离子,负离子能促进体内生化酶转化并与异味气体分子中和,从而达到提高人体自洁能力,祛除异味的作用,有效抑菌。
4.根据权利要求书1所述的负离子因具有增强呼吸系统、改善精神状况、促进新陈代谢、增强免疫力、改善睡眠等功能,而获得“空气维生素”、“长寿素”的美称。
5.根据权利要求书1所述的新型负离子卫生巾芯片适用于妇女经期,该新型负离子卫生巾芯片通过检测证明具有发射负离子和远红外线功能,可促进人体微循环,抑制厌氧菌的繁殖,同时促进女性局部微循环,促进生物酶增长,调节阴道内酸性分泌物,提高女性自我保护能力。
6.根据权利要求书1所述的海鸥石无毒、无害、无放射性,具备在环境温度20℃放射出波长为8-15μm的远红外线的功能,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有96%以上的抗菌率,并保持长效抗菌功能,空气中带负电的离子可使血中含氧量增加,有利于血氧输送、吸收和利用,具有增强人体肌能调节肌体功能平衡的作用。
