Abstract
本发明公开了一种无溶剂环氧防静电地坪,自下而上包括渗透性底漆层、找平层、防静电铜箔层、导电中涂层、防静电层,铺设防静电铜箔时以5 m×5 m布网,每500m2引出一个接地点与接地干线连接。本发明能够及时有效的将堆积的静电传输出去,解决了传统地坪仅靠在各涂层中添加抗静电材料导致的防静电效果差的缺陷,有效消除了因地坪静电堆积造成的安全隐患,同时具有环保、绿色、耐温、阻燃、耐磨等优异性能,特别适用于电子机房、电子设备生产厂、兵工厂、放置弹药仓库以及各种易燃易爆的场所。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于地坪的制备领域,具体涉及一种无溶剂环氧防静电地坪。
背景技术
地坪是底层间与混凝土层相接触的部分,它承受底层间的荷载,要求具有一定的强度和刚度,并具有防潮、防水、保暖、耐磨的性能。而在一些容易积累静电荷的场所(如电子机房、电子设备生产厂、兵工厂、放置弹药仓库以及其它易燃易爆场),地坪都需要进行防静电处理。以前,在需要防静电的场所,大多采用黏贴防静电板材的方法,近年来,随着抗静电材料的发展,多在地坪中加入抗静电材料,能起到一定的防静电效果。但在一些对静电要求高的场所中,这种地坪的抗静电效果不能满足要求,因此,发明一种能防止产生静电或能够有效消除静电的地坪是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术不足,提供一种无溶剂环氧防静电地坪。该地坪除了具有环保、绿色、耐温、阻燃、耐磨等优异性能外,而且还能消除及防止产生静电和电磁波。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
无溶剂环氧防静电地坪,自下而上包括渗透性底漆层、找平层、防静电铜箔层、导电中涂层、防静电层;铺设防静电铜箔时以5 m×5 m布网,每500m2引出一个接地点与接地干线连接。
所述的渗透性底漆层是由按重量份计的以下组分组成:环氧树脂40-60份、正丁基缩水甘油醚10-20份和聚酰胺固化剂10-20份。
所述的找平层是由按重量份计的以下组分组成:环氧树脂50-60份、正丁基缩水甘油醚10-20份、聚酰胺固化剂为10-20份、滑石粉12-15份、白云石粉8-10份、分散剂 0.8-1.3份、流平剂0.9-1.5份和消泡剂1.2-1.6份;所述的分散剂为BYK-110;所述的流平剂为BYK-323和CERAFLOUR 996中的一种;所述的消泡剂为BYK-A530。
所述的导电中涂层是由按重量份计的以下组分组成:环氧树脂35-45份、正丁基缩水甘油醚20-40份、聚酰胺固化剂为8-10份、导电炭黑8-10份、分散剂0.5-0.8份、流平剂0.4-0.8份和消泡剂0.4-0.8份;所述的分散剂为BYK-110;所述的流平剂为BYK-323和CERAFLOUR 996中的一种;所述的消泡剂为BYK-A530。
所述的防静电层是由按重量份计的以下组分组成:环氧树脂E-54 30-35份、正丁基缩水甘油醚20-40份、聚酰胺固化剂为10-15份、重质碳酸钙2-5份、导电玻璃纤维20-25份、分散剂0.8-1.2份、流平剂0.8-1.2份、消泡剂0.8-1.2份和抗划伤剂0.5-1.0份;所述的分散剂为BYK-110;所述的流平剂为BYK-323和CERAFLOUR 996中的一种;所述的消泡剂为BYK-A530;所述的抗划伤剂为NANOBYK-3601。
本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明在地坪铺设过程中加设一层防静电铜箔,并为静电的输出找到接收体,能够及时有效的将堆积的静电传输出去,解决了传统地坪仅靠在各涂层中添加抗静电材料导致的防静电效果差的缺陷,有效消除了因地坪静电堆积造成的安全隐患;
(2)防静电层采用抗静电材料,具有良好的抗静电性能,并且具有环保、绿色、耐温、阻燃、耐磨等优异性能;
(3)本发明应用范围广,特别适用于电子机房、电子设备生产厂、兵工厂、放置弹药仓库以及各种易燃易爆的场所。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但本发明不仅仅限于这些实施例。
实施例1
无溶剂环氧防静电地坪,自下而上包括渗透性底漆层、找平层、防静电铜箔层、导电中涂层、防静电层;铺设防静电铜箔时以5 m×5 m布网,每500m2引出一个接地点与接地干线连接。
所述的渗透性底漆层是由按重量份计的以下组分组成:环氧树脂40份、正丁基缩水甘油醚10份和聚酰胺固化剂10份。
所述的找平层是由按重量份计的以下组分组成:环氧树脂50份、正丁基缩水甘油醚10份、聚酰胺固化剂为10份、滑石粉12份、白云石粉8份、分散剂 0.8份、流平剂0.9份和消泡剂1.2份;所述的分散剂为BYK-110;所述的流平剂为BYK-323;所述的消泡剂为BYK-A530。
所述的导电中涂层是由按重量份计的以下组分组成:环氧树脂35份、正丁基缩水甘油醚20份、聚酰胺固化剂为8份、导电炭黑8份、分散剂0.5份、流平剂0.4份和消泡剂0.4份;所述的分散剂为BYK-110;所述的流平剂为BYK-323;所述的消泡剂为BYK-A530。
所述的防静电层是由按重量份计的以下组分组成:环氧树脂E-54 30份、正丁基缩水甘油醚20份、聚酰胺固化剂为10份、重质碳酸钙2份、导电玻璃纤维20份、分散剂0.8份、流平剂0.8份、消泡剂0.8份和抗划伤剂0.5份;所述的分散剂为BYK-110;所述的流平剂为BYK-323;所述的消泡剂为BYK-A530;所述的抗划伤剂为NANOBYK-3601。
实施例2

所述的渗透性底漆层是由按重量份计的以下组分组成:环氧树脂50份、正丁基缩水甘油醚15份和聚酰胺固化剂15份。
所述的找平层是由按重量份计的以下组分组成:环氧树脂55份、正丁基缩水甘油醚15份、聚酰胺固化剂为15份、滑石粉13.5份、白云石粉9份、分散剂1.2份、流平剂1.2份和消泡剂1.4份;所述的分散剂为BYK-110;所述的流平剂为CERAFLOUR 996;所述的消泡剂为BYK-A530。
所述的导电中涂层是由按重量份计的以下组分组成:环氧树脂40份、正丁基缩水甘油醚30份、聚酰胺固化剂为9份、导电炭黑9份、分散剂0.65份、流平剂0.6份和消泡剂0.6份;所述的分散剂为BYK-110;所述的流平剂为CERAFLOUR 996;所述的消泡剂为BYK-A530。
所述的防静电层是由按重量份计的以下组分组成:环氧树脂E-54 32.5份、正丁基缩水甘油醚30份、聚酰胺固化剂为12.5份、重质碳酸钙3.5份、导电玻璃纤维22.5份、分散剂1份、流平剂1份、消泡剂1份和抗划伤剂0.75份;所述的分散剂为BYK-110;所述的流平剂为CERAFLOUR 996;所述的消泡剂为BYK-A530;所述的抗划伤剂为NANOBYK-3601。
实施例3
无溶剂环氧防静电地坪,自下而上包括渗透性底漆层、找平层、防静电铜箔层、导电中涂层、防静电层;铺设防静电铜箔时以5 m×5 m布网,每500m2引出一个接地点与接地干线连接。
所述的渗透性底漆层是由按重量份计的以下组分组成:环氧树脂60份、正丁基缩水甘油醚20份和聚酰胺固化剂20份。
所述的找平层是由按重量份计的以下组分组成:环氧树脂60份、正丁基缩水甘油醚20份、聚酰胺固化剂为20份、滑石粉15份、白云石粉10份、分散剂1.3份、流平剂1.5份和消泡剂1.6份;所述的分散剂为BYK-110;所述的流平剂为BYK-323;所述的消泡剂为BYK-A530。
所述的导电中涂层是由按重量份计的以下组分组成:环氧树脂45份、正丁基缩水甘油醚40份、聚酰胺固化剂为10份、导电炭黑10份、分散剂0.8份、流平剂0.8份和消泡剂0.8份;所述的分散剂为BYK-110;所述的流平剂为CERAFLOUR 996;所述的消泡剂为BYK-A530。
所述的防静电层是由按重量份计的以下组分组成:环氧树脂E-54 35份、正丁基缩水甘油醚40份、聚酰胺固化剂为15份、重质碳酸钙5份、导电玻璃纤维25份、分散剂1.2份、流平剂1.2份、消泡剂1.2份和抗划伤剂1.0份;所述的分散剂为BYK-110;所述的流平剂为BYK-323;所述的消泡剂为BYK-A530;所述的抗划伤剂为ANOBYK-3601。
上述实施例3的无溶剂环氧防静电地坪,施工方式如下:
(1)渗透性底漆层:用渗透性及附着力很强的渗透性底漆于基础表面上均匀滚涂一道形成渗透性底漆层;
(2)找平层:用镘刀将找平层涂料分多道刮涂于渗透性底漆层表面上以形成找平层,以涂刮后表面平整为止;
(3)防静电铜箔铺设:以5 m×5 m布网,每500m2引出一个接地点与接地干线连接;
(4)导电中涂层:用镘刀将导电中涂材料均匀涂布一道或数道以形成导电中涂层;
(5)防静电层:至少由一道防静电层材料镘涂而成。
其他实施例的施工方法可参照实施例3的施工方法。

1.一种无溶剂环氧防静电地坪,其特征在于:自下而上包括渗透性底漆层、找平层、防静电铜箔层、导电中涂层、防静电层;铺设防静电铜箔时以5 m×5 m布网,每500m2引出一个接地点与接地干线连接;所述的防静电层是由按重量份计的以下组分组成:环氧树脂E-5430-35份、正丁基缩水甘油醚20-40份、聚酰胺固化剂为10-15份、重质碳酸钙2-5份、导电玻璃纤维20-25份、分散剂0.8-1.2份、流平剂0.8-1.2份、消泡剂0.8-1.2份和抗划伤剂0.5-1.0份;所述的渗透性底漆层是由按重量份计的以下组分组成:环氧树脂40-60份、正丁基缩水甘油醚10-20份和聚酰胺固化剂10-20份;所述的找平层是由按重量份计的以下组分组成:环氧树脂50-60份、正丁基缩水甘油醚10-20份、聚酰胺固化剂为10-20份、滑石粉12-15份、白云石粉8-10份、分散剂 0.8-1.3份、流平剂0.9-1.5份和消泡剂1.2-1.6份;所述的导电中涂层是由按重量份计的以下组分组成:环氧树脂35-45份、正丁基缩水甘油醚20-40份、聚酰胺固化剂为8-10份、导电炭黑8-10份、分散剂0.5-0.8份、流平剂0.4-0.8份和消泡剂0.4-0.8份。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的无溶剂环氧防静电地坪,其特征在于:所述的分散剂为BYK-110;所述的流平剂为BYK-323和CERAFLOUR 996中的一种;所述的消泡剂为BYK-A530。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无溶剂环氧防静电地坪,其特征在于:所述的抗划伤剂为NANOBYK-3601。
