Abstract
本发明所述及一种弹性复合型建筑外墙涂料,属于化工涂料技术领域。其主要组成部分:去离子水、多功能助剂、润湿剂、分散剂、消泡剂、钛白粉、重钙、沉淀BaSO4、高岭土、弹性乳液、苯丙乳液、成膜助剂、防腐剂以及增稠剂。本发明具有良好的弹性、耐候性、耐水性,能够有效遮盖墙体的细小裂纹,并且通过两种乳液进行复合,改变了复合乳液成膜的玻璃化温度,有效的提高了涂膜的致密性,大大提高了弹性涂料的耐沾污性能,有效延长了涂膜的使用寿命。使用效果良好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,特别涉及一种弹性复合型建筑外墙涂料,属于化工涂料技术领域。
背景技术
近年来外墙建筑涂料已经得到越来越多的应用。我们经常可以看到,一些建筑物的外墙涂料涂刷后不多时间,涂膜表面就显得晦暗脏腻,弹性涂料的涂膜更为突出。这是因为,水性涂膜具有亲水性,涂膜内部结构不够密实,弹性涂层具有高温回粘的特性,所以灰尘脏物附着于涂膜表面以后,就会在涂层毛细孔力的作用下,以水气为介质被吸附进涂膜表层,造成沾污,难以洗刷干净。要解决弹性涂膜的沾污的问题,提高涂膜的致密性是关键问题。因此,通过两种及以上的乳液进行复合改变乳液成膜的玻璃化温度,研制一种弹性复合型建筑外墙涂料是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种弹性复合型建筑外墙涂料,该弹性复合型建筑外墙涂料,具有良好的弹性、耐候性、耐水性,能够有效遮盖墙体的细小裂纹,并且通过两种乳液进行复合,改变了复合乳液成膜的玻璃化温度,有效的提高了涂膜的致密性,大大提高了弹性涂料的耐沾污性能,有效延长了涂膜的使用寿命。
一种弹性复合型建筑外墙涂料的具体组分和重量比例是:去离子水:10%-15%;多功能助剂:0.1%-0.2%;润湿剂:0.1%-0.2%;分散剂:0.3%-0.6%;消泡剂:0.1%-0.3%;钛白粉20%-25%;重钙5%-10%;沉淀BaSO45%-10%;高岭土5%-10%;弹性乳液:25%-30%;苯丙乳液10%-15%;成膜助剂:1%-2%;防腐剂:0.1%-0.2%;增稠剂:0.3%-0.9%。
进一步地,所述的弹性乳液为丙烯酸酯和官能性单体共聚而成的阴离子型弹性乳液。
进一步地,所述的苯丙乳液为无皂聚合全丙烯酸树脂乳液。
进一步地,所述的钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉。
进一步地,所述的多功能助剂为2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇。
进一步地,所述的润湿剂为有机改性聚硅氧烷醇醚。
进一步地,所述的分散剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
进一步地,所述的重钙为细度1250目的重质碳酸钙。
进一步地,所述的沉淀BaSO4为细度800目的沉淀BaSO4。
进一步地,所述的高岭土为水洗法煅烧高岭土。
进一步地,所述的成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯。
进一步地,所述的消泡剂为石蜡及疏水二氧化硅。
进一步地,所述的防腐剂为异噻唑啉酮。
进一步地,所述的增稠剂为牛顿型非离子聚醚类流变改性剂和碱溶胀类增稠剂。
本发明的有益效果:具有良好的弹性、耐候性、耐水性,能够有效遮盖墙体的细小裂纹,并且通过两种乳液进行复合,改变了复合乳液成膜的玻璃化温度,有效的提高了涂膜的致密性,大大提高了弹性涂料的耐沾污性能,有效延长了涂膜的使用寿命。

下面是本发明的具体实施例。
实施例Ⅰ
一种弹性复合建筑外墙涂料,包括以下重量百分比的原料组成:去离子水15%,2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇0.1%,有机改性聚硅氧烷醇醚0.1%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.5%,石蜡及疏水二氧化硅0.3%,金红石型钛白粉20%,细度1250目的重质碳酸钙5%,细度800目的沉淀BaSO47%,水洗法煅烧高岭土10%,阴离子型弹性乳液30%,全丙烯酸树脂乳液10%,十二碳醇酯1%,异噻唑啉酮0.1%,聚醚类流变改性剂和碱溶胀类增稠剂0.9%。
实施例Ⅱ
一种弹性复合建筑外墙涂料,包括以下重量百分比的原料组成:去离子水12%,2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇0.2%,有机改性聚硅氧烷醇醚0.1%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.6%,石蜡及疏水二氧化硅0.2%,金红石型钛白粉22%,细度1250目的重质碳酸钙7%,细度800目的沉淀BaSO410%,水洗法煅烧高岭土5%,阴离子型弹性乳液27%,全丙烯酸树脂乳液13%,十二碳醇酯2%,异噻唑啉酮0.2%,聚醚类流变改性剂和碱溶胀类增稠剂0.7%。
实施例Ⅲ
一种弹性复合建筑外墙涂料,包括以下重量百分比的原料组成:去离子水10%,2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇0.1%,有机改性聚硅氧烷醇醚0.1%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.3%,石蜡及疏水二氧化硅0.1%,金红石型钛白粉25%,细度1250目的重质碳酸钙10%,细度800目的沉淀BaSO45%,水洗法煅烧高岭土8%,阴离子型弹性乳液25%,全丙烯酸树脂乳液15%,十二碳醇酯1%,异噻唑啉酮0.1%,聚醚类流变改性剂和碱溶胀类增稠剂0.3%。
依据本发明制作的弹性复合型建筑外墙涂料其各项指标均达到且优于JG/T172-2014弹性建筑涂料所规定的要求,具有良好的弹性、耐候性、耐水性,能够有效遮盖墙体的细小裂纹,并且通过两种乳液进行复合,改变了复合乳液成膜的玻璃化温度,有效的提高了涂膜的致密性,大大提高了弹性涂料的耐沾污性能,有效延长了涂膜的使用寿命。使用效果良好。

1.一种弹性复合型建筑外墙涂料,其特征在于,所述的弹性复合型建筑外墙涂料包含以下重量百分比的成分:

4.根据权利要求1所述一种弹性复合型建筑外墙涂料,其特征在于,所述的钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种弹性复合型建筑外墙涂料,其特征在于,所述的润湿剂为有机改性聚硅氧烷醇醚。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种弹性复合型建筑外墙涂料,其特征在于,所述的分散剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种弹性复合型建筑外墙涂料,其特征在于,所述的消泡剂为石蜡及疏水二氧化硅。
