Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to an infusion needle special for a puncture-type connector capable of preventing needle puncture, which is specially used for infusion and blood transfusion with a puncture-type connector product.
Background
Through long-term observation and experiments in clinic, the inventor finds that the prior clinical transfusion device connected with a transfusion indwelling device such as an indwelling needle, a central venous catheter and the like has a plurality of defects, and no special device which can be actually produced in batch and used in actual operation exists so far, but the prior disclosed technical scheme has the defects that the product is difficult to actually apply and popularize due to the structural or technological problems, the product is difficult to produce and the operation performance defects are as follows:
1. after the existing transfusion needle is butted with a puncture type connecting piece of an indwelling device, a protection or fixing device is not arranged, the existing transfusion needle cannot be connected in a suspended way and can only be fixed on the limbs of a person.
2. After the existing transfusion needle is butted with the puncture type connecting piece of the indwelling device, the supporting points of the existing transfusion needle and the puncture type connecting piece on the human body are in different planes, and the transfusion needle seat and the puncture type connecting piece cannot be stably fixed by using an adhesive tape, so that the root of the transfusion needle is easily subjected to breaking force, and the needle breaking phenomenon occurs.
3. The tape fixation causes the patient to receive more tape, and may cause the increased probability of allergy, and the operation is troublesome.
4. The existing non-safe and safe transfusion needles are unreliable, and the accidental needle puncture cannot be completely avoided in the operation.
5. The existing safe special transfusion needle technology can not puncture different parts of the transfusion end face of the puncture type connecting piece.
6. The needle tube of the traditional transfusion needle is too long relative to the puncture type connecting piece, so that the needle tip is easy to be knocked against the side wall of a transfusion apparatus in the processes of needle folding and connection to cause a needle tip barb, and a sealing piece of the puncture type connecting piece is damaged when the needle tube is pulled out.
7. The existing safe transfusion needle can not be connected with a puncture type connecting piece on a Y-shaped indwelling needle.
8. We find in clinical investigation that the needle tip of the existing transfusion needle tube is an inclined-mouth needle, and the defects of the existing transfusion needle tube when used for connection transfusion of an indwelling needle are as follows: when the puncture type connecting piece is punctured, the puncture opening is a line, the needle tube enters after being propped open, and the opening of the puncture opening is positioned on the inclined plane of the needle point, so that various substances including microorganisms, various particles and various organic or inorganic substances on the puncture line are easily brought into an infusion apparatus system by puncturing, and nosocomial infection and other hazards can occur.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a special transfusion needle for a puncture type connecting piece, which has simple and reasonable structure, simple process and easy manufacture, is provided with a columnar handheld handle, a fixing part and a supporting part, adopts a side hole short needle, prevents needle stick injury in the whole process operation, has a sheath with expansion performance, can be connected with different parts of the puncture end surface of the puncture type connecting piece, can be connected with the puncture type connecting piece on a Y-shaped remaining needle, and can reduce nosocomial infection and other substances from entering blood vessels of a human body, so as to solve the problem that the existing clinical special transfusion needle does not have safety.
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: the infusion catheter comprises a needle tube, a needle seat and an infusion catheter connected with the rear end of the needle seat, and is characterized in that: the needle tube and the sheath which can contain the puncture type connecting piece are fixed on the needle base.
The term "fixed" in the above description of "the sheath being fixed to the needle holder" means that the sheath cannot fall off or slide longitudinally during normal operation.
In a preferred embodiment, the front opening of the sheath may be enlarged or/and at least part of the side walls may be inclined outwardly.
In a preferred embodiment, the sheath has at least one opening in a sidewall thereof.
The "opening" is a continuous gap or gap from top to bottom and/or from left to right.
In a preferred embodiment, the length of the needle cannula does not exceed 3/4 the length of the stab connection.
In a preferred embodiment, the sheath is made of a soft or/and elastic material.
In a preferred embodiment, the sheath is tubular or/and the hub is cylindrical.
In a preferred embodiment, the end of the sheath is provided with a bottom wall and a hole.
In a better implementation state, after the puncture-type connecting piece is longitudinally inserted into the sheath, the maximum lateral movement distance of 0.3-4 mm exists between the puncture-type connecting piece and the sheath when the puncture-type connecting piece is limited by a needle-free tube.
In a preferred implementation state, the tail end of the sheath is directly sleeved with the needle base or fixedly connected with the needle base through glue bonding or welding or screw threads or buckles or manufactured integrally.
The above-mentioned "the end of the sheath is directly connected with the needle base" means that the end of the sheath is connected with the front end of the needle base or the whole needle base, and the purpose of fixing is achieved by utilizing the elasticity or the stretching property and the friction force of the sheath.
In a preferred implementation state, the needle tube is provided with a conical needle point, and the infusion hole is positioned on the side wall of the needle tube behind the rear edge of the conical needle point.
The direction of the transfusion needle point is front, and the opposite direction is back.
Compared with the solution scheme in the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
1. after the transfusion needle is butted with the puncture type connecting piece, a protection or fixing device is arranged, can be connected in a suspension way and can be fixed on the limbs of a person.

7. The safe transfusion needle can be connected with a puncture type connecting piece on the Y-shaped indwelling needle.

Detailed Description
The first embodiment is as follows: referring now to FIG. 1:
a transfusion needle special for a puncture-type connecting piece capable of preventing acupuncture comprises a needle tube 2, a needle base 3 and a transfusion catheter 4 connected with the rear end of the needle base 3, wherein the needle tube 2 and a sheath 1 capable of containing the puncture-type connecting piece are fixed on the needle base 3.
In production, a sheath 1 with a proper length is prepared, a needle base 3 is bonded with a needle tube 2, after the needle tube 2 is silicided, the sheath 1 is directly sleeved or bonded at the front end of the needle base 3, so that the whole needle tube 2 is arranged in the sheath 1 to play a role in preventing acupuncture. When the puncture type connecting piece is used, the puncture end face of the puncture type connecting piece enters the bottom of the protective sleeve 1 through the front opening 6 of the protective sleeve 1, and the puncture type connecting piece is fixed by using an adhesive tape or by utilizing the elasticity and the friction force of the protective sleeve 1. Because the needle tube 2 is completely positioned in the sheath 1, the needle tube 2 can not be directly stressed after the transfusion needle is accidentally stressed, and the needle tube 2 can not be broken even if the fixing adhesive tape falls off. And no acupuncture accident occurs in the whole using process.
Example two: referring now to FIG. 1:
a transfusion needle special for a puncture-type connecting piece capable of preventing acupuncture comprises a needle tube 2, a needle base 3 and a transfusion catheter 4 connected with the rear end of the needle base 3, wherein the needle tube 2 and a sheath 1 capable of containing the puncture-type connecting piece are fixed on the needle base 3. After the puncture-type connecting piece is longitudinally inserted into the sheath 1, when the puncture-type connecting piece is limited by the needle-free tube 2, the maximum lateral moving distance between the puncture-type connecting piece and the sheath 1 is 0.5-2.5 mm.
When in use, the medical staff is convenient to operate, and simultaneously, as the puncture type connecting piece is positioned in the tubular sheath 1, the maximum lateral moving distance of 0.5-2.5 mm is arranged between the puncture type connecting piece and the sheath 1, so as to avoid the liquid leakage caused by the needle tube 2 repeatedly puncturing the central point of the transfusion end face of the puncture type connecting piece.
Example three: referring to fig. 2 and 3:
comprises a needle tube 2, a needle base 3 and an infusion catheter 4 connected with the rear end of the needle base 3, wherein the needle tube 2 and a sheath 1 capable of accommodating a puncture type connecting piece are fixed on the needle base 3. The sheath 1 is made of soft materials, but has certain deformability and elasticity, cannot be bent in normal use, and can protect the steel needle and prevent the needle from being punctured. The deformability of the needle tube 2 is used in combination with at least one longitudinal opening 5 to ensure that it can accommodate piercing connectors within a certain range of deviation from the axis of the needle tube 2 or of various specifications, as well as piercing connectors on Y-type indwelling needles.
In production, the sheath 1 can be prepared using an extruder and the opening 5 die cut using a knife.
Example four: referring to figures 2, 3, 4 and 5:
a transfusion needle special for a puncture-type connecting piece for preventing acupuncture comprises a short needle tube 2 with a conical needle point, a needle seat 3 and a transfusion catheter 4 connected with the rear end of the needle seat 3, wherein the tail end of a tubular sheath 1 is directly sleeved on the cylindrical needle seat 3. The tubular sheath 1 has 2 longitudinal openings 5 in its side wall or other shapes such as saw-tooth cuts to increase its expansion. Sheath 1 is made through the extruder by polymer raw materials, and the lateral wall forms opening 5 through die-cut or the lateral wall of cutting, and the end cover is on whole cylindricality needle file 3, utilizes the elasticity of sheath 1 self and frictional force fixed, makes the vertical aversion can not appear in the use of sheath 1.
When in use, medical personnel can conveniently hold the columnar needle base 3 covering the sheath 1 by hands to operate, and the puncturing end face of the puncturing type connecting piece with different specifications can be conveniently inserted by utilizing the capability of the front opening 6 of the sheath 1 to be opened, as shown in fig. 4 and 5. Meanwhile, the puncture type connecting piece is positioned in the tubular sheath 1, after the transfusion needle is stressed accidentally, the needle tube 2 cannot be stressed directly, and even if the fixing adhesive tape falls off, the puncture type connecting piece falls off completely, and the needle tube 2 cannot be broken off. And no acupuncture accident occurs in the whole using process. The two can also be connected in a hanging way without fixing the two on the skin of a patient, so that the possible allergy phenomenon is avoided. After the transfusion is finished, the transfusion needle is pulled off, and the sheath 1 has certain elasticity, so that even if the sheath is in an excessively opened state during use, the sheath can be folded to a certain extent after the use is finished, and the anti-acupuncture effect of the sheath 1 cannot be influenced. The needle tube 2 with the conical needle point is connected with the infusion end face of the puncture type connecting piece in a puncture manner to form a point, so that the risk of nosocomial infection and the risk of various substances entering a human body can be effectively reduced.
This example is a symmetrical 2-piece longitudinal opening that can be die cut or injection molded using equipment. It can also be 1 or more than 2 symmetrical or asymmetrical openings, which is realized under the premise of not influencing the protection of the needle tube 1 and the prevention of acupuncture. The side wall of the sheath with 2 or more than 2 longitudinal openings can flare when being stressed when the puncture-type connecting piece is sleeved, as shown in figure 5.
