本发明公开了一种白色四防布生产工艺,所述制备步骤包括坯布、烧毛、退煮、氧漂、丝光、定型、四防整理、焙烘、防缩、成品,所述定型工序采用醋酸调节PH值为5~6,用定型机进行浸压,所述定型工序采用80g/L的三防助剂和30g/L的防黄变助剂为工作液,所述四防整理工序为防油、防污、防水、防黄整理工序,所述烘焙温度为175~180℃,烘焙时间为2分钟。可以有效防止沾上污渍、油渍,防止黄变,防止油污、水、污渍渗入纤维里层,可以保持面料长期干爽、洁净。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织生产工艺技术领域,特别是一种白色四防布生产工艺。
背景技术
随着经济和社会的发展,人们生活质量的提高,单一功能的纺织品已经远远不能满足人们的需求,白色的衣服,裤子在日常着装过程容易沾污,并不容易洗掉,一沾上油污基本上就可以丢弃。
多功能整理的纺织品因其优良的性能正越来越受到人们的关注和喜爱,防黄、防水、防油、防污整理纺织品的需求量不断增加,三防整理就是在织物上施加一种或数种整理剂,改变织物的表面性能,使织物不易被水或常见油污所润湿或沾污,具有防护性,同时又具有免烫性能,四防纺织品的需求量日益增加,其纺织品可广泛应用于服装面料、厨房用布、餐桌用布、装饰用布、产业用布、军队用布、劳保用布等领域,具有良好的市场应用前景。
发明内容
本发明提供一种白色四防布生产工艺,对面料做了四防处理,可以有效防止沾上污渍、油渍,防止黄变,防止油污、水、污渍渗入纤维里层,可以保持面料长期干爽、洁净。
本发明所采用的具体技术方案为:
一种白色四防布生产工艺,所述制备步骤包括坯布、烧毛、退煮、氧漂、丝光、定型、四防整理、焙烘、防缩、成品,所述定型工序采用醋酸调节PH值为5~6,用定型机进行浸压,所述定型工序采用80g/L的三防助剂和30g/L的防黄变助剂为工作液,所述四防整理工序为防油、防污、防水、防黄整理工序,所述烘焙温度为175~180℃,烘焙时间为2分钟。
进一步的,所述白色四防布型号为96x57/12+12竹x13/75D/70D规格的面料。
进一步的,所述定型工艺采用monforts型定型机,所述防缩工艺采用monforts型防缩机。
更进一步的,所述三防助剂为HCPU助剂。
本发明所带来的有益技术效果为:提高白色布的防油、防水、防污,防黄变功能,使白色服装保持干爽、清洁;采取了防水、防油、防污、防黄整理,使得白色衣裤不易容沾小油污,不易洗掉的污渍,保持衣物的整洁,干爽,采取了防黄变整理,使得白色衣物的抗凉晒变黄,抗氧化变黄有明显的提高。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
防水整理(拒水整理)改变纤维表面性能,使纤维表面的亲水性转变为疏水性,而织物中纤维间和纱线间仍保存着大量孔隙,能对水(表面张力较大)产生较大的接触角,透气又不易被水润湿。
防油整理(拒油整理)采用化学整理方法来改变纤维的表面性能,以提高纤维的防油性,一般用氟有机化合物进行拒油整理,能对油脂(表面张力较小)不润湿,不易被油性污垢沾污。
防污整理是通过改变织物组织和纤维的表面状态来获得减少污垢积聚的效果,利用特氟隆(特氟隆为氟碳结构)的特点,在织物表面形成分子屏障,以阻止水喝各种油污、污物的润湿,即使有水或油污在织物表面滞留,也是呈液态,很容易去除。
防黄整理采用防黄变助剂,有效防止因汗渍、氧化暴晒发生的黄变现象。

白色四防布先做漂白处理,然后经过定型机浸轧三防助剂(80g/L)和防黄变助剂(30g/L),然后高温烘焙定型,使化学助剂在面料的表面层形成很小的薄膜,可以阻止水油及污渍沾附和渗透。形成较好的防水防油污效果,另外加上有防黄变助剂,可以有效防止因汗渍、氧化暴晒发生的黄变现象。
采取了防水、防油、防污整理,使得白色衣裤不容易沾小油污,不易洗掉的污渍,保持衣物的整洁,干爽,采取了防黄变整理,使得白色衣物的抗晾晒变黄,抗氧化变黄有明显的提高。可以延长白色衣特的穿着次数,保持白色衣物的白度。
