Abstract
本发明提供本发明所述的一种涂料配方,解决现有的有机涂料不透气的问题,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的原料制成:碳酸钾:15%-35%;竹炭纤维:15%-25%;湿润剂:2%-6%;滑石粉:15%-25%,防霉剂:0.2%-0.8%;硅灰石:15%-18%;增稠剂:0.3%-0.8%;分散剂:2%-4%,其余为水。本发明采用硅灰石和滑石粉等矿物原料,绿色环保,没有污染,同时竹炭纤维保证了矿物涂料的透气性,能有效的保证室内与室外的空气交换。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,尤其涉及一种涂料配方。
背景技术
目前国内建筑、旧城的反改造、铁艺、船舶、石油等网等行业的涂装材料95%以上均采用有机涂料,自从人们开始使用有机类涂料以来,涂料工业的发展可以说是突飞猛进,其生产技术、工艺水平随着人类科学技术的不断提高而发生了翻天覆地的变化。但有机类涂料的抗静电性、抗污染性差,且涂膜又不具备透气性,在建筑的表表面长期涂饰有机类涂料,就想在外墙表面蒙上一层不透气的膜一般,影响室内与室外的空气交换。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明旨在提供一种涂料配方,环保无污染,且保证室内与室外之间的透气性。
为实现上述目的,本发明所述的一种涂料配方,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的原料制成:
碳酸钾:15%-35%;竹炭纤维:15%-25%;湿润剂:2%-6%;滑石粉:15%-25%,防霉剂:0.2%-0.8%;硅灰石:15%-18%;增稠剂:0.3%-0.8%;分散剂:2%-4%,其余为水。
优选地:所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素。
优选地:所述分散剂为三乙基已基磷酸、甲基戊醇和古尔胶按1:2:1的组合。
本发明的优点是:采用硅灰石和滑石粉等矿物原料,绿色环保,没有污染,同时竹炭纤维保证了矿物涂料的透气性,能有效的保证室内与室外的空气交换。

实施例1:
一种涂料配方,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的原料制成:
碳酸钾:15%;竹炭纤维:25%;湿润剂:4%;滑石粉:25%,防霉剂:0.4%;硅灰石:15%;羧甲基纤维素:0.5%;三乙基已基磷酸:0.5%,甲基戊醇:1%,古尔胶按:0.5%,其余为水。
实施例2:
一种涂料配方,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的原料制成:
碳酸钾:35%;竹炭纤维:15%;湿润剂:6%;滑石粉:15%,防霉剂:0.3%;硅灰石:15%;羧甲基纤维素:0.3%;三乙基已基磷酸:1%,甲基戊醇:2%,古尔胶按:1%,其余为水。

1.一种涂料配方,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的原料制成:
碳酸钾:15%-35%;竹炭纤维:15%-25%;湿润剂:2%-6%;滑石粉:15%-25%,防霉剂:0.2%-0.8%;硅灰石:15%-18%;增稠剂:0.3%-0.8%;分散剂:2%-4%,其余为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂料配方,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂料配方,其特征在于:所述分散剂为三乙基已基磷酸、甲基戊醇和古尔胶按1:2:1的组合。
