Abstract
本发明涉及一种新型蓄能免烧砌块,其采用原料水泥、粉煤灰等,其具有良好的保温隔热性能,成本低廉工艺简单,对固体废弃物能够充分利用,所述免烧砌块重量轻、强度较好、韧性及耐久性好,对能源消耗较小对环境无污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型蓄能免烧砌块,具体涉及利用废弃粉煤灰来制备免烧砌块的方法。
背景技术
我国每年有大量的废弃粉煤灰,主要来源于电厂、矿区,近年粉煤灰只少量地用于肥料,更多的粉煤灰被废弃对环境造成了极大的破坏。但粉煤灰由于具有一定的活性人们尝试将其作为建材原料,但性能欠佳。而将粉煤灰制备成免烧砌块不但能够减轻环境的负担,同时也变废为宝、节约自然资源,同时由其制成的产品性能优良韧性好、保温、隔热。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种蓄能免烧砌块,工艺简单,对固体废弃物利用率高,所述免烧砌块重量轻、强度较好、耐久性好,对能源消耗较小对环境无污染。
本发明技术方案为:原料(按重量比计)采用水泥22份、粉煤灰50份、河砂或石英砂10份、木质素磺酸盐0.3份、氢氧化钠3份、秸秆和/或稻壳9份、纤维素醚5份和水15份、矿渣10份、内填充有石蜡的陶粒10份、早强剂1份,所述粉煤灰为二级粉煤灰。本发明所述蓄能免烧砌块可采用公知的现有技术进行制备。
本发明的有益技术效果:
本发明对固体废弃物能够充分利用,所述蓄能免烧砌块重量轻、强度较好、韧性及耐久性好,对能源消耗较小对环境无污染。
具体实施方式
原料(按重量比计)采用水泥22份、粉煤灰50份、河砂或石英砂10份、木质素磺酸盐0.3份、氢氧化钠3份、秸秆和/或稻壳9份、纤维素醚5份和水15份、矿渣10份、内填充有石蜡的陶粒10份、早强剂1份,所述粉煤灰为二级粉煤灰。
