Abstract
本发明公开了一种专用输液针，包括钢针、钢针固定座以及钢针固定座后端连接的输液导管，其特征在于：所述专用输液针活动连接有保护机构；所述保护机构为钢针固定座或/和输液导管上穿套的能容纳穿刺式连接件的保护套，或者为钢针固定座上的可以转动并能贴于穿刺式连接件表面的固定保护装置。本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单合理、工艺简单易制造、具有防针刺伤的、可活动和可扩张的保护套能适用穿刺式连接件不同规格的、可以穿刺穿刺式连接件穿刺端面不同部位连接的、可悬空连接的、可以降低院内感染和其他物质进入人体血管内的危害的穿刺式连接件专用输液针，以解决现有临床穿刺式连接件没有安全的专用连接输液针的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域，具体涉及一种专用输液针，该产品专用于配有穿刺式连接件产品的输液输血使用。
背景技术
我们经过长期的临床观察以及多次实验，发现当下临床输液中与留置针、中心静脉导管等输液用留置用具连接输液的器具至今没有可实际批量生产和可实际操作使用的专用器具。而现有产品及技术方案由于结构或工艺问题，产品生产困难以及操作性能缺陷导致产品难以实际应用和推广。现有产品及技术的缺陷是：
1.现有的输液针与留置器具的穿刺式连接件对接后，没有保护或固定装置，不能悬空连接，只能固定于人的肢体上。
2.现有的输液针与留置器具的穿刺式连接件对接后，胶带不能将输液针座与穿刺式连接件稳固固定，使得输液针根部容易受到折断力，出现折针现象。
3.胶带固定，一个是造成患者需要接受更多的胶带粘贴，也可能造成过敏的几率增大，另一个是操作比较麻烦。
4.现有的非安全及安全输液针不可靠，操作中不能完全避免意外针刺伤，而且防针刺专用输液器不能不同部位穿刺。
5.而现实使用的静脉输液针，由于连接后输液针的单翼或者双翼手柄悬空没有支撑部，使用胶带固定后使钢针受力，出现固定处钢针和胶带双向受力并可能出现折针现象。
6.现有输液针钢针是斜口长针，易折针以及在连接过程中针尖碰到输液器具的侧壁上使针尖倒钩，而出现损伤穿刺式连接件密封件。
7.现有安全输液针不能与Y型留置针上的穿刺式连接件连接。
8.我们在临床调查中发现，现有输液针管针尖是斜口针，在用于留置针连接输液时其弊端是：其在穿刺穿刺式连接件时，穿刺口是一条线，针管撑开后进入，而其开口位于针尖斜面，这样穿刺容易将穿刺线上的各种物质包括微生物、各种微粒及各种有机或无机物带入输液器系统内，可能出现院内感染和其他危害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单合理、工艺简单易制造、具有防针刺伤的、可活动和可扩张的保护套能适用穿刺式连接件不同规格的、可以穿刺穿刺式连接件穿刺端面不同部位连接的、可悬空连接的、可以降低院内感染和其他物质进入人体血管内的危害的穿刺式连接件专用输液针，以解决现有临床穿刺式连接件没有安全的专用连接输液针的问题。
为了解决现有技术中的这些问题，本发明提供的技术方案是：包括钢针、钢针固定座以及钢针固定座后端连接的输液导管，其特征在于：所述专用输液针活动连接有保护机构；所述保护机构为钢针固定座或/和输液导管上穿套的能容纳穿刺式连接件的保护套，或者为钢针固定座上的可以转动并能贴于穿刺式连接件表面的固定保护装置。
在较优实施状态下，所述固定保护装置为槽板、瓦形板、夹子、保护罩。
在较优实施状态下，所述保护套轴线可以钢针固定座的轴线。
上述“远离或接近”是横向的或者内外远离或接近，非指纵向。
在较优实施状态下，所述保护套由高分制材料制造。
在较优实施状态下，所述保护套中至少部分侧壁可以接近或者远离它的轴线。
在较优实施状态下，所述保护套具有变形或/和扩张性能。
在较优实施状态下，所述保护套侧壁至少有一条缝隙。
在较优实施状态下，所述钢针1长度不超过穿刺式连接件的3/4长度。
在较优实施状态下，所述保护机构有锁扣机构。
在较优实施状态下，所述钢针设有圆锥形针尖，输液孔位于圆锥形针尖后缘后方的针管侧壁上。
相比于现有技术中的解决方案，本发明的优点是：
1.本发明输液针，可以与不同厂家外径不同的穿刺式连接件连接，也可以允许输液针穿刺穿刺式连接件穿刺端面不同部位，容纳穿刺式连接件的护套既可以防针刺又可以作为固定部件，不会出现折针情况。两者悬空也可以使用。
2.减少医用胶带在皮肤上的使用，避免造成患者需要接受更多的胶带粘贴，避免可能出现的过敏，减少操作。
3.本发明采用侧孔针，避免产生落屑危害人体。
4.本发明采用短钢针，减少折针及损伤针尖。
5.具有防针刺功能。
6.能与Y型留置针上的穿刺式连接件连接。
7.降低进入输液系统内的微生物，减少院内感染和其他物质进入人体血管内的危害。

具体实施方式
实施例一：参见附图1所示：
一种专用输液针，包括短侧孔钢针1、钢针固定座2以及钢针固定座2后端连接的输液导管3，在专用输液针上穿套有可容纳固定穿刺式连接件的保护套4，本例为侧壁有多条孔隙的保护套4。保护套4轴线可以远离或接近钢针固定座2的轴线。
使用中，侧孔钢针1与穿刺式连接件连接后，将保护套4套入穿刺式连接件内固定，可以使用胶带或者利用其自身的弹性固定，这样实现悬空连接。为了防针刺，使用前可以将保护套4设置或者前推完全覆盖钢针1再连接。由于保护套4可侧向移动，侧孔钢针1穿刺偏离穿刺式连接件穿刺端面中心也可以套入，而不影响实际使用。保护套4上的孔隙主要是为增加保护套4的变形和扩张性能以及节省材料。
实施例二：参见附图2所示：
一种专用输液针，包括钢针1，其设有圆锥形针尖，输液孔位于圆锥形针尖后缘后方的针管侧壁上，钢针固定座2以及钢针固定座2后端连接的输液导管3，在输液针固定有可转动并可覆盖在穿刺式连接件面的固定保护装置，本例为相对的两个瓦形板5。
使用中，输液针与穿刺式连接件连接后，将固定保护装置覆盖在穿刺式连接件表面固定，这里固定可以使用胶带或者自身置有的绳索或卡扣等固定，实现悬空连接。圆锥针尖的钢针1穿刺在穿刺式连接件输液端面连接是一个点，可以有效降低院内感染和各种物质进入人体的风险。
上述实例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点，其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施，并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所做的等效变换或修饰，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (4)
1.一种专用输液针，包括钢针、钢针固定座以及钢针固定座后端连接的输液导管，其特征在于：所述专用输液针活动连接有保护与固定专用输液针与穿刺式连接件连接的保护机构；所述保护机构为钢针固定座上穿套的能容纳穿刺式连接件的保护套；所述保护套具有侧向移动性能，钢针偏离穿刺穿刺式连接件穿刺端面中心；所述保护套使用前完全覆盖钢针防止针刺意外，保护套在钢针与穿刺式连接件连接后能套入穿刺式连接件保护并固定两者；所述保护套具有扩张性能；所述保护套侧壁至少有一条缝隙；所述钢针长度不超过穿刺式连接件的3/4长度；所述保护套轴线远离或接近钢针固定座的轴线；所述保护套中至少部分侧壁接近或者远离它的轴线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种专用输液针，其特征在于，所述保护套由高分子材料制造。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种专用输液针，其特征在于，所述保护机构有锁扣机构。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种专用输液针，其特征在于，所述钢针设有圆锥形针尖，输液孔位于圆锥形针尖后缘后方的针管侧壁上。
