Detailed Description
In order to more clearly understand the technical features, objects, and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Wherein like parts are given like reference numerals.
The present invention relates to a medical instrument, in particular an anastomotic ring for use in operations such as the gastrointestinal tract, and more particularly to an anastomotic ring similar to that disclosed in the prior art mentioned in the introduction, which is an improvement over the prior art mentioned above. Of course, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the anastomotic ring of the present invention may be used in any procedure requiring anastomosis, such as gastric and intestinal anastomosis, intestinal and intestinal anastomosis, or other similar organ, such as esophageal anastomosis, and the like. The working principle, materials and the like of the anastomosis ring related to the patent of the invention are similar to those of the prior art, so that the application refers to the prior art in its entirety, and the details of the operation principle and the like are not repeated.
Figure 1 illustrates an anastomotic ring, in an exploded configuration, according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 1, the anastomosis ring provided in the present invention includes a first half ring 1 and a second half ring 2 which can be anastomosed with each other, and unlike the prior art, the first half ring 1 and the second half ring 2 of the present invention have the same structure, wherein the first half ring 1 and the second half ring 2 each include a hemispherical shell 20 having a through hole 10 formed in a bottom surface thereof and a connecting guide cylinder 30 connected to the hemispherical shell 20. In fig. 1, the through holes of the lower second half ring 2 are blocked and not shown due to the view angle.
The invention provides the anastomosis ring with simple structure, which adopts two half rings with the same structure, so that the two half rings can be produced by one set of mould, and each half ring can be used interchangeably, thereby greatly reducing the cost of mould opening, manufacturing and assembling, simplifying the production process and reducing the production cost.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the first half ring shown in fig. 1, and fig. 3 is a perspective view of the first half ring shown in fig. 1 from another perspective. Of course, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the first half ring and the second half ring have the same structure, and therefore, the structure shown in fig. 2 and 3 can also be regarded as a schematic three-dimensional structure of the second half ring. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in an embodiment, the connecting guide cylinder 30 is composed of a plurality of first arc pieces 31 and second arc pieces 32 which are distributed at intervals and uniformly distributed along the arc edge of the through hole 10 of the hemispherical shell 20, wherein the first arc pieces 31 are "a" shape arc pieces, and the inner side of the second arc pieces 32 is provided with a snap structure 321 which matches with the structure of the "a" shape arc pieces (the first arc pieces 31).
The first arc piece (the 'several' -shaped arc piece) 31 is of a hollow arc-shaped plate-shaped structure, so that the requirement on the quantity of materials during manufacturing is greatly reduced on the basis of ensuring the connection strength. For convenience of manufacture and positioning, the connecting guide cylinder 30 is preferably provided with two "several" arc pieces. Correspondingly, the second arc piece 32 is a solid arc plate-shaped structure, and since the first arc piece 31 and the second arc piece 32 are distributed at intervals, in the corresponding embodiment, the connecting guide cylinder 30 is provided with two second arc pieces 32.
The invention adopts the 'n' -shaped arc sheet, the 'n' -shaped hollow part of the 'n' -shaped arc sheet can reduce materials on one hand, and on the other hand, the 'n' -shaped arc sheet can also be matched with the structure of the buckle structure 321 of the second arc sheet 32 to form a firm connection relationship.
Fig. 4 is a top view of the half ring shown in fig. 2, and as shown in the figure, the first circular arc pieces 31 on the connecting guide cylinder 30 are uniformly distributed on a first circular arc, and the second circular arc pieces 32 are uniformly distributed on a second circular arc, and the outer diameter of the first circular arc is smaller than or equal to the inner diameter of the second circular arc.
The first arc 31 and the second arc 32 of the two half rings shown in fig. 1-4 are respectively two, and when the two half rings are matched, the first arc 31 of the first half ring 1 is arranged at the inner side of the second arc 32 of the second half ring 2, so that the 'several' shape structure of the first arc 31 of the first half ring 1 and the fastening structure 321 of the second arc 32 of the second half ring 2 form a snap fit. At the same time, the second arc 32 of the first half collar 1 is arranged outside the first arc 31 of the second half collar 2, and similarly, the snap-fit structure 321 of the second arc 32 of the first half collar 1 and the "n" shape structure of the first arc 31 of the second half collar 2 form a snap-fit. The above description looks very round, and in fact, referring to the attached drawings, it can be seen that when the first half ring 1 and the second half ring 2 are mutually staggered by 90 degrees, the first circular arc piece 31 and the second circular arc piece 32 of the two half rings are correspondingly inserted to be connected together in a snap fit manner.
In addition, referring to fig. 3 and 4, in a preferred embodiment, the snap structure 321 arranged inside the second circular arc 32 corresponding to each first circular arc 31 (the "several" circular arc) comprises a fitting positioning snap 23 and two anastomosis positioning snaps 24. The assembly positioning buckle 23 and the anastomosis positioning buckle 24 are arranged in a triangle, and the width of the two anastomosis positioning buckles 24 can be the same as the width of the hollow space of the 'n' -shaped first circular arc piece 31, so that after the anastomosis ring is anastomosed, the anastomosis positioning buckle 24 can stably fix the first circular arc piece 31.
The assembling and positioning buckle 23 is used for clamping and positioning the top of the 'several' shape of the first circular arc piece 31 during initial assembling, and the positioning is only simple and is not completely clamped because only one assembling and positioning buckle 23 is arranged. After the anastomosis ring is completely positioned and assembled, the first half ring 1 and the second half ring 2 are fastened by force, and the two anastomosis positioning buckles 24 just clamp the first circular arc sheet 31, so that after the anastomosis ring is anastomosed, the anastomosis positioning buckles 24 can stably fix the 'Pi' -shaped structure of the first circular arc sheet 31.
In another embodiment, it is preferable that the second circular arc piece 32 is provided with an elongated rib 25 on the outer side thereof for reinforcing the strength of the second circular arc piece 32.
In addition, the existing anastomotic ring prepared by adopting degradable materials is naturally degraded, namely, the anastomotic ring can be degraded into fragments with uneven sizes in the degradation process, so that the degradation time and the degradation process of the whole anastomotic ring are not controllable, and if the fragments generated in the degradation process of the anastomotic ring are large, the fragments can be dissociated to other positions in the human body, so that discomfort is brought to a patient. Therefore, in a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-4, a plurality of lightening holes 21 are formed in the hemispherical shell 20 to reduce the amount of material used and save cost, and the lightening holes 21 can further reduce the volume of fragments after degradation of the anastomotic ring, so that in another embodiment, the lightening holes 21 are formed with the pre-fabricated crushing grooves 22 therebetween. The purpose of setting up of prefabricated broken groove 22 is exactly to provide a prefabricated fragment structure, can be so that when degrading to the broken groove 22 position of prefabrication in-process, use the broken groove 22 of prefabrication to decompose into a plurality of more even piece of size as the border, just so be convenient for human tissue to absorb.
It should be appreciated by those of skill in the art that while the present invention has been described in terms of several embodiments, not every embodiment includes only a single embodiment. The description is given for clearness of understanding only, and it is to be understood that all matters in the embodiments are to be interpreted as including technical equivalents which are related to the embodiments and which are combined with each other to illustrate the scope of the present invention.
The above description is only an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
