Abstract
本发明公开了一种内卡结构的衡压阀,其包括控制头、阀壳、平衡阀组及阀座组;平衡阀组由平衡阀体、活塞及密封元件组成,该平衡阀组是置于阀座组中,控制头自上而下密封配合于阀壳中,阀座组自下而上配合于阀壳中;其中该阀座组包括一阀座、二止水套及一封塞接头,阀座一体形成有容置平衡阀组的阀芯腔室,该阀芯腔室在阀座的侧壁形成开口以令平衡阀组顺利置于阀芯腔室内中,并由封塞接头封闭;该阀芯腔室上方形成二冷、热入水孔,下方形成二冷、热进水孔;在各入水孔的上方形成有柱形槽室以供止水套配合;阀座组通过此止水套与控制头形成密封活动配合。以此使阀芯阀座与阀壳之间的定位更加准确、可靠,同时大大提高阀芯的密封性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种淋浴设备组件,尤其涉及一种内卡结构的衡压阀。
背景技术
目前市场上现有的具有平衡阀组的内卡结构的衡压阀,一般都是通过上下阀座上下端面间的相互抵顶配合来形成可承载平衡阀组的阀芯腔室。如此一来,不仅增加了结构零件的数目,而且在零件的相关尺寸不精确的情况下,易导致阀芯的漏水、漏气,极大的影响了内卡结构的衡压阀的性能。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中存在的上述不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种定位可靠,密封性高,而且结构简单的内卡结构的衡压阀。
为实现上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种内卡结构的衡压阀,其包括一控制头、一阀壳、一平衡阀组及一阀座组;所述平衡阀组由一平衡阀体、一活塞及密封元件组成,该平衡阀组是置于阀座组中,控制头自上而下密封配合于阀壳中,阀座组自下而上配合于阀壳中;其特征在于:该阀座组包括一阀座、二止水套及一封塞接头,所述阀座一体形成有容置平衡阀组的阀芯腔室,该阀芯腔室在阀座的侧壁形成开口以令平衡阀组顺利置于阀芯腔室内中,并由封塞接头封闭;该阀芯腔室上方形成二冷、热入水孔,下方形成二冷、热进水孔;在各入水孔的上方形成有柱形槽室以供止水套配合;阀座组通过此止水套与控制头形成密封活动配合。
所述阀芯腔室由一第一环壁,一第一环壁及一中间环壁构成,所述第一环壁与中间环壁界定出一冷进水孔,所述第二环壁与中间环壁界定出一热进水孔,该二冷、热进水孔并分别与阀芯腔室保持相通。
所述第一环壁与周围环壁间形成一第一挡圈,所述第二环壁与周围环壁间形成一第二挡圈。
所述第一挡圈与平衡阀体的一外壁相互抵顶限位,所述第二挡圈与封塞接头的一外端面相互抵顶限位。
所述阀壳内部设有一腰圆形阀座槽,阀座槽上端面处设有数个卡扣槽,则对应的阀座在其柱形槽室外周缘上设有数个与卡扣槽配合的卡扣。
所述阀壳的底端设有二混合水出水口。
采用上述方案后,本发明通过设置此具有内部中空(即阀芯腔室)的可承载整个平衡阀组的阀座,可以使阀芯的定位更加可靠;而通过设置柱形槽室以容置止水套实现与控制头的配合,可以有效提高整个衡压阀的密封性,而且可以简化相关部件的结构和数量,一体设置于阀座上的密封结构,进一步提高阀壳与阀座之间定位的准确性,令密封更加可靠,方便后续检修与更换作业的进行,从而保证阀芯性能,延长使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述。
如图1至图5所示,本发明揭示了一种内卡结构的衡压阀,其包括:一控制头1、一阀壳2、一平衡阀组3及一阀座组4;所述平衡阀组3由一平衡阀体31、一活塞32及密封元件组成;平衡阀组3是置于阀座组4中,控制头1自上而下密封配合于阀壳2中,阀座组4自下而上配合于阀壳2中;
本发明的关键在于:该阀座组4包括一阀座4a、二止水套4b及一封塞接头4c,所述阀座4a一体形成有容置平衡阀组3的阀芯腔室41,该阀芯腔室41在阀座4a的侧壁形成开口以令平衡阀组3顺利置于阀芯腔室内41中,并由封塞接头4c封闭;该阀芯腔室41上方形成二冷、热入水孔42a,下方形成二冷、热进水孔;在各入水孔42a的上方形成有柱形槽室42以供止水套4b配合;阀座组4通过此止水套4b与控制头1形成密封活动配合。
本发明通过设置此具有内部中空(即阀芯腔室41)的可承载整个平衡阀组的阀座4a,可以使阀芯的定位更加可靠;而通过设置柱形槽室42以容置止水套4b实现与控制头1的配合,可以有效提高整个衡压阀的密封性,而且可以简化相关部件的结构和数量,一体设置于阀座4a上的密封结构,进一步提高阀壳2与阀座4a之间定位的准确性,令密封更加可靠,方便后续检修与更换作业的进行,从而保证阀芯性能,延长使用寿命。
配合图5所示,所述阀芯腔室41由一第一环壁411,一第一环壁412及一中间环壁413构成,所述第一环壁411与中间环壁413界定出一冷进水孔44,所述第二环壁412与中间环壁413界定出一热进水孔45,该二冷、热进水孔并分别与阀芯腔室41保持相通。
具体地,所述第一环壁411与周围环壁46间形成一第一挡圈47,所述第二环壁412与周围环壁48间形成一第二挡圈49。所述第一挡圈47可与平衡阀体31的一外壁311相互抵顶限位,所述第二挡圈49可与封塞接头4c的一外端面50相互抵顶限位。
配合图4所示,所述阀壳2内部设有一腰圆形阀座槽21,阀座槽21上端面处设有数个卡扣槽211,则对应的阀座4a在其柱形槽室42外周缘上设有数个卡扣43,阀座组4是利用此卡扣43与阀壳2中卡扣槽211的配合实现阀座组4与阀壳2的组装。同时,在所述阀壳2的底端设有二混合水出水口22、23。如此结构设置进一步方便阀座组4的组装。
上面是本发明的最佳实施例,这些实施例不代表本发明的整个范围。因此本技术领域内的技术人员应该理解可以进行各种变形和改进而不脱离本发明的范围。例如,所述阀座上端面的卡扣数量、形状等都可以任意改变。总之,本发明精神范围内的所有这些和其他改进都在本发明的权利要求所限定的范围内。
Claims (6)
1.一种内卡结构的衡压阀,其包括一控制头、一阀壳、一平衡阀组及一阀座组;所述平衡阀组由一平衡阀体、一活塞及密封元件组成,该平衡阀组是置于阀座组中,控制头自上而下密封配合于阀壳中,阀座组自下而上配合于阀壳中;其特征在于:该阀座组包括一阀座、二止水套及一封塞接头,所述阀座一体形成有容置平衡阀组的阀芯腔室,该阀芯腔室在阀座的侧壁形成开口以令平衡阀组顺利置于阀芯腔室内中,并由封塞接头封闭;该阀芯腔室上方形成二冷、热入水孔,下方形成二冷、热进水孔;在各入水孔的上方形成有柱形槽室以供止水套配合;阀座组通过此止水套与控制头形成密封活动配合。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种内卡结构的衡压阀,其特征在于:所述阀芯腔室由一第一环壁,一第一环壁及一中间环壁构成,所述第一环壁与中间环壁界定出一冷进水孔,所述第二环壁与中间环壁界定出一热进水孔,该二冷、热进水孔并分别与阀芯腔室保持相通。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种内卡结构的衡压阀,其特征在于:所述第一环壁与周围环壁间形成一第一挡圈,所述第二环壁与周围环壁间形成一第二挡圈。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种内卡结构的衡压阀,其特征在于:所述第一挡圈与平衡阀体的一外壁相互抵顶限位,所述第二挡圈与封塞接头的一外端面相互抵顶限位。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种内卡结构的衡压阀,其特征在于:所述阀壳内部设有一腰圆形阀座槽,阀座槽上端面处设有数个卡扣槽,则对应的阀座在其柱形槽室外周缘上设有数个与卡扣槽配合的卡扣。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种内卡结构的衡压阀,其特征在于:所述阀壳的底端设有二混合水出水口。
