Abstract
本发明公开了一种染料残留清洗剂,包括:碳酸二甲酯、丁醇、乙醇、醋酸、柠檬酸、氧基磺酸、亚硝酸盐和水,所述碳酸二甲酯含量为20-25份,所述丁醇含量为4-7份,所述乙醇含量为3-8份,所述醋酸含量为10-15份,所述柠檬酸含量为17-25份,所述氧基磺酸含量为22-30份,所述亚硝酸盐含量为25-35份,所述水含量为50-60份,所述含量为重量配比。通过上述方式,本发明染料残留清洗剂能够有效的去除掉染料残留、油渍和灰尘,去污效果好,摈弃了现有的强酸、强碱清洗理念,清洗效果更好,使用更加安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及清洗剂领域,特别是涉及一种染料残留清洗剂。
背景技术
印染工艺被广泛应用在工业生产过程中,印染的过程中,不可避免的会留下染料残留,现阶段对染料残留的清洗都是靠强酸或强碱,虽然其清洗效果不错,但是对人体对环境的破坏能力也比较大。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种摈弃了现有的强酸、强碱清洗理念、清洗效果更好、使用更加安全的染料残留清洗剂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种染料残留清洗剂,包括:碳酸二甲酯、丁醇、乙醇、醋酸、柠檬酸、氧基磺酸、亚硝酸盐和水,所述碳酸二甲酯含量为20-25份,所述丁醇含量为4-7份,所述乙醇含量为3-8份,所述醋酸含量为10-15份,所述柠檬酸含量为17-25份,所述氧基磺酸含量为22-30份,所述亚硝酸盐含量为25-35份,所述水含量为50-60份,所述含量为重量配比。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述碳酸二甲酯含量为20份,所述丁醇含量为4份,所述乙醇含量为3份,所述醋酸含量为10份,所述柠檬酸含量为17份,所述氧基磺酸含量为22份,所述亚硝酸盐含量为25份,所述水含量为50份,所述含量为重量配比。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述碳酸二甲酯含量为25份,所述丁醇含量为7份,所述乙醇含量为8份,所述醋酸含量为15份,所述柠檬酸含量为25份,所述氧基磺酸含量为30份,所述亚硝酸盐含量为35份,所述水含量为60份,所述含量为重量配比。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述碳酸二甲酯含量为20份,所述丁醇含量为5份,所述乙醇含量为5份,所述醋酸含量为12份,所述柠檬酸含量为20份,所述氧基磺酸含量为25份,所述亚硝酸盐含量为30份,所述水含量为55份,所述含量为重量配比。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明染料残留清洗剂能够有效的去除掉染料残留、油渍和灰尘,去污效果好,摈弃了现有的强酸、强碱清洗理念,清洗效果更好,使用更加安全。

一种染料残留清洗剂,包括:碳酸二甲酯、丁醇、乙醇、醋酸、柠檬酸、氧基磺酸、亚硝酸盐和水,所述碳酸二甲酯含量为20份,所述丁醇含量为4份,所述乙醇含量为3份,所述醋酸含量为10份,所述柠檬酸含量为17份,所述氧基磺酸含量为22份,所述亚硝酸盐含量为25份,所述水含量为50份,所述含量为重量配比。
实施例2
一种染料残留清洗剂,包括:碳酸二甲酯、丁醇、乙醇、醋酸、柠檬酸、氧基磺酸、亚硝酸盐和水,所述碳酸二甲酯含量为25份,所述丁醇含量为7份,所述乙醇含量为8份,所述醋酸含量为15份,所述柠檬酸含量为25份,所述氧基磺酸含量为30份,所述亚硝酸盐含量为35份,所述水含量为60份,所述含量为重量配比。
实施例3
一种染料残留清洗剂,包括:碳酸二甲酯、丁醇、乙醇、醋酸、柠檬酸、氧基磺酸、亚硝酸盐和水,所述碳酸二甲酯含量为20份,所述丁醇含量为5份,所述乙醇含量为5份,所述醋酸含量为12份,所述柠檬酸含量为20份,所述氧基磺酸含量为25份,所述亚硝酸盐含量为30份,所述水含量为55份,所述含量为重量配比。
区别于现有技术,本发明染料残留清洗剂能够有效的去除掉染料残留、油渍和灰尘,去污效果好,摈弃了现有的强酸、强碱清洗理念,清洗效果更好,使用更加安全。

1.一种染料残留清洗剂,其特征在于,包括:碳酸二甲酯、丁醇、乙醇、醋酸、柠檬酸、氧基磺酸、亚硝酸盐和水,所述碳酸二甲酯含量为20-25份,所述丁醇含量为4-7份,所述乙醇含量为3-8份,所述醋酸含量为10-15份,所述柠檬酸含量为17-25份,所述氧基磺酸含量为22-30份,所述亚硝酸盐含量为25-35份,所述水含量为50-60份,所述含量为重量配比。
2.根据权利要求1所述的染料残留清洗剂,其特征在于,所述碳酸二甲酯含量为20份,所述丁醇含量为4份,所述乙醇含量为3份,所述醋酸含量为10份,所述柠檬酸含量为17份,所述氧基磺酸含量为22份,所述亚硝酸盐含量为25份,所述水含量为50份,所述含量为重量配比。
