本发明公开了一种外墙保温涂料,包括按重量份计的以下组分:海泡石粉80-110份,丙烯酸乳液12-28份,聚醋酸乙烯乳液5-13份,防水胶10-12份,苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯乳液1-2份,增稠剂15-25份。本发明粘接力强,坚实不易磨损,具有保温、防水等优点,喷涂后会呈现出丰富的仿石涂层,其涂面立体感强,外观酷似瓷砖和石材,可替代外墙外保温瓷砖饰面和石材饰面。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种外墙保温涂料。
背景技术
建筑涂料具有装饰、保护和居住性改进等功能,涂饰物质表面,能改变其颜色、花纹、光泽、质感等,提高物体的美观价值,能保护被涂饰物的表面,防止来自外界的光、氧、化学物质、溶剂等的侵蚀,提高被涂覆物的使用寿命。
随着生活水平的提高,人们对涂料的多样化要求越来越高,仿石涂料作为一种新型涂料,受到了人们的喜爱,但仿石涂料的研发生产在国内还处于初级阶段,现有的仿石涂料制造工艺复杂、价格昂贵,且粘接力、坚实度较差,不适宜广泛推广。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供一种便于提高安装效率的一种外墙保温涂料。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种外墙保温涂料,包括按重量份计的以下组分:
海泡石粉80-110份
丙烯酸乳液12-28份
聚醋酸乙烯乳液5-13份
防水胶10-12份
苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯乳液1-2份
增稠剂15-25份。
进一步的,所述海泡石粉的粒度为800-1000目。
进一步的,所述防水胶为聚氨酯胶水。
进一步的,所述增稠剂为为羧甲基纤维素或甲基纤维素。
本发明外墙保温涂料的制备方法是将海泡石粉冲洗干净后与其他原料按上述配比混合,并搅拌均匀即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明粘接力强,坚实不易磨损,具有保温、防水等优点,喷涂后会呈现出丰富的仿石涂层,其涂面立体感强,耐洗刷,耐酸碱,强度高,壮观古朴典雅,色彩及造型逼真自然,外观酷似瓷砖和石材,是可理想替代外墙外保温瓷砖饰面和石材饰面,且生产成本低的外墙保温涂料。
具体实施方式
实施例1
将重量份计的以下原料组份:800目的海泡石粉80份、丙烯酸乳液28份、聚醋酸乙烯乳液5份、防水胶10份、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯乳液15份、羧甲基纤维素15份,按上述配比进行混合并搅拌均匀即可。
实施例2
将重量份计的以下原料组份:1000目的海泡石粉90份、丙烯酸乳液12份、聚醋酸乙烯乳液8份、防水胶11份、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯乳液18份、甲基纤维素20份,按上述进行混合并搅拌均匀即可。
实施例3
将重量份计的以下原料组份:900目的海泡石粉110份、丙烯酸乳液28份、聚醋酸乙烯乳液13份、防水胶12份、苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯乳液20份、羧甲基纤维素25份,按上述进行混合并搅拌均匀即可。

1.一种外墙保温涂料,其特征在于:包括按重量份计的以下组分:
海泡石粉80-110份
丙烯酸乳液12-28份
聚醋酸乙烯乳液5-13份
防水胶10-12份
苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯乳液1-2份
增稠剂15-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种外墙保温涂料,其特征在于:所述海泡石粉的粒度为800-1000目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种外墙保温涂料,其特征在于:所述防水胶为聚氨酯胶水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种外墙保温涂料,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为为羧甲基纤维素或甲基纤维素。
