本发明涉及一种旋转全自动穿珠机。
背景技术
串珠制品是市面上流行的一种饰品,是将珠子串成一串编制而成,传统的编制方式是手工穿珠,采用这种方式不仅工人劳动量大,生产成本高,编制速度慢,而且穿珠的数量和长度都受到限制,造成生产效率低下,严重影响了行业发展。
目前现有的穿珠机重量较重,安装不方便,同时采用有机材料后不具备阻燃效果。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构重量轻,结构强度高,具有阻燃效果的旋转全自动穿珠机。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种旋转全自动穿珠机,由以下原料组成:锑酸钠、三氧化锑、磷灰石、烟灰、硅镁土、偏硼酸钡、醇酸树脂、丙烯酸树脂、合成脂肪酸、聚酯树脂和聚酰胺树脂,按质量份数配比由以下原料组成:锑酸钠20-25份、三氧化锑16-30份、磷灰石5-10份、烟灰11-15份、硅镁土25-30份、偏硼酸钡30-36份、醇酸树脂40-48份、丙烯酸树脂5-10份、合成脂肪酸22-28份、聚酯树脂9-16份和聚酰胺树脂30-35份。
作为优选,所述硅镁土经过粉碎处理。
作为优选,所述三氧化锑为纳米三氧化锑。
作为优选,所述聚酰胺树脂加热成液态。
作为优选,按质量份数配比由以下原料组成:锑酸钠20份、三氧化锑16份、磷灰石5份、烟灰11份、硅镁土25份、偏硼酸钡30份、醇酸树脂40份、丙烯酸树脂5份、合成脂肪酸22份、聚酯树脂9份和聚酰胺树脂30份。

所述聚酰胺树脂加热成液态。
本发明的有益效果为:添加的灰石、烟灰、硅镁土、偏硼酸钡、醇酸树脂、丙烯酸树脂、合成脂肪酸、聚酯树脂和聚酰胺树脂保持结构重量轻,结构强度高,添加的锑酸钠和三氧化锑保持结构具有阻燃效果。
