Abstract
本发明涉及一种连续化定高厚度酚醛泡沫填充蜂窝材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)制备酚醛树脂胶液:将高性能酚醛树脂、发泡剂、添加剂和固化剂按重量比为100:10‑50:10‑50:20‑40混合均匀;(2)涂胶:利用涂胶装置将酚醛树脂胶液均匀涂覆在蜂窝材料表层;(3)固化:将涂覆有酚醛树脂胶液的蜂窝材料送入烘箱中固化,固化成型后得到酚醛泡沫填充蜂窝材料。与现有技术相比,本发明制造出的蜂窝材料具有良好的保温性能,应用范围更加广泛,同时生产能连续化,在保证质量的同时能尽可能的降低生产成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及化工材料领域,尤其是涉及一种连续化定高厚度酚醛泡沫填充蜂窝材料的制备方法。
背景技术
蜂窝结构复合材料具有轻质、防火、耐腐、隔音等特性,被广泛应用于建筑装饰、家具、能源、铁路、汽车、船舶等领域。
中国专利CN 202882155 U公开了一种酚醛蜂窝保温隔音板,在蜂窝孔内填充酚醛树脂发泡填充料克服了酚醛板脆性强及成本高的缺点,且纸蜂窝芯经由酚醛泡沫密实覆盖后,可解决纸蜂窝芯防水、防潮、防火不过关的缺点。中国专利CN 102199308 A公开了一种酚醛泡沫填充蜂窝复合材料的制造方法,以开孔酚醛浸渍蜂窝为基材,在该基材开孔位置充填发泡型酚醛树脂,制得的酚醛泡沫填充蜂窝复合材料具有火焰传播速度慢、强度高、耐腐蚀能力强、易成型的特性。针对蜂窝材料保温性的改进的文献报道不多,蜂窝材料保温性普遍不佳,这极大的限制了其应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷,而提供能制造具有良好保温性能的一种连续化定高厚度酚醛泡沫填充蜂窝材料的制备方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种连续化定高厚度酚醛泡沫填充蜂窝材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备酚醛树脂胶液:将高性能酚醛树脂、发泡剂、添加剂和固化剂按重量比为100:10-50:10-50:20-40混合均匀;
(2)涂胶:利用涂胶装置将酚醛树脂胶液均匀涂覆在蜂窝材料表层;
(3)固化:将涂覆有酚醛树脂胶液的蜂窝材料送入烘箱中固化,固化成型后得到酚醛泡沫填充蜂窝材料。
所述的高性能酚醛树脂的粘度为1500-2000cps,凝胶时间大于3分钟,发泡倍率为20-30倍。
所述的发泡剂为低沸点烷烃,作为优选的实施方式,发泡剂为正戊烷。
所述的添加剂为乳化剂或调节剂的一种,作为优选的实施方式,添加剂为硅油、吐温或二乙二醇的一种。
所述的固化剂为酸类物质,作为优选的实施方式,固化剂为磷酸或苯酚磺酸的一种。
所述的涂胶装置带有定高刮板,在涂胶装置后端安装一个定高刮板,该刮板是梯形结构,距离平台的高度是可调的,主要用来控制胶膜的厚度。树脂胶液从涂胶装置流出后,经定高刮板刮涂,胶膜均匀的涂覆在基膜上,再放上蜂窝板,这样每个蜂窝孔中都能有相同高度的树脂胶液,再经过加热固化,最终每个蜂窝孔都能均匀填充酚醛泡沫。
固化时烘箱的温度为60~70℃,固化时间为60~80分钟。
与现有技术相比,本发明使蜂窝结构材料具有保温性,而且不改变其原有的防火性和强度,具有以下优点:
1、制造出的蜂窝材料具有良好的保温性能,从而使其应用范围更加广泛。本发明中的酚醛泡沫,是由高性能酚醛树脂经发泡后制得的,具有优良的导热系数和防火性,因此能大大提高蜂窝材料的保温性和防火性。另外本发明中填充的泡沫是定高尺寸的,距离蜂窝表面需要粘接蒙皮的地方有一定的高度,这样就不会影响蒙皮的粘接,也就不会改变蜂窝材料原来的强度。
2、生产能连续化进行,在保证质量的同时能尽可能的降低生产成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种连续化定高厚度酚醛泡沫填充蜂窝材料的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:将100重量份的高性能酚醛树脂、10重量份的发泡剂、10重量份的添加剂和20重量份的固化剂混合,制备酚醛树脂胶液。上述的高性能酚醛树脂的粘度为1500cps,凝胶时间大于3分钟,发泡倍率为20倍,发泡剂为正戊烷,添加剂为硅油,固化剂为磷酸。
将制备好的高性能酚醛树脂胶液装入涂胶装置中,蜂窝材料放置在操作台面上,开启涂胶装置,树脂胶液从涂胶装置口中均匀流出,经过装置上的定高刮板,将树脂均匀的涂覆在蜂窝表层,然后将蜂窝送入烘箱中,烘箱温度控制在60℃,固化时间控制在60分钟,固化成型后即得酚醛泡沫填充蜂窝材料。
实施例2
一种连续化定高厚度酚醛泡沫填充蜂窝材料的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:将100重量份的高性能酚醛树脂、20重量份的发泡剂、20重量份的添加剂和25重量份的固化剂混合,制备酚醛树脂胶液。上述的高性能酚醛树脂的粘度为1600cps,凝胶时间大于3分钟,发泡倍率为25倍,发泡剂为正戊烷,添加剂为硅油,固化剂为磷酸。
将制备好的高性能酚醛树脂胶液装入涂胶装置中,蜂窝材料放置在操作台面上,开启涂胶装置,树脂胶液从涂胶装置口中均匀流出,经过装置上的定高刮板,将树脂均匀的涂覆在蜂窝表层,然后将蜂窝送入烘箱中,烘箱温度控制在65℃,固化时间控制在70分钟,固化成型后即得酚醛泡沫填充蜂窝材料。
实施例3
一种连续化定高厚度酚醛泡沫填充蜂窝材料的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:将100重量份的高性能酚醛树脂、30重量份的发泡剂、30重量份的添加剂和30重量份的固化剂混合,制备酚醛树脂胶液。上述的高性能酚醛树脂的粘度为1750cps,凝胶时间大于3分钟,发泡倍率为30倍,发泡剂为正戊烷,添加剂为吐温,固化剂为磷酸。
将制备好的高性能酚醛树脂胶液装入涂胶装置中,蜂窝材料放置在操作台面上,开启涂胶装置,树脂胶液从涂胶装置口中均匀流出,经过装置上的定高刮板,将树脂均匀的涂覆在蜂窝表层,然后将蜂窝送入烘箱中,烘箱温度控制在65℃,固化时间控制在70分钟,固化成型后即得酚醛泡沫填充蜂窝材料。
实施例4
一种连续化定高厚度酚醛泡沫填充蜂窝材料的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:将100重量份的高性能酚醛树脂、50重量份的发泡剂、50重量份的添加剂和40重量份的固化剂混合,制备酚醛树脂胶液。上述的高性能酚醛树脂的粘度为2000cps,凝胶时间大于3分钟,发泡倍率为30倍,发泡剂为正戊烷,添加剂为二乙二醇,固化剂为苯酚磺酸。
将制备好的高性能酚醛树脂胶液装入涂胶装置中,蜂窝材料放置在操作台面上,开启涂胶装置,树脂胶液从涂胶装置口中均匀流出,经过装置上的定高刮板,将树脂均匀的涂覆在蜂窝表层,然后将蜂窝送入烘箱中,烘箱温度控制在70℃,固化时间控制在80分钟,固化成型后即得酚醛泡沫填充蜂窝材料。
上述实施实例中,通过测试蜂窝材料的导热系数,我们可以得到以下数据:

由此可以看出,经填充酚醛泡沫后,蜂窝材料的保温性能大大提高。
Claims (8)
1.一种连续化定高厚度酚醛泡沫填充蜂窝材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备酚醛树脂胶液:将高性能酚醛树脂、发泡剂、添加剂和固化剂按重量比为100:10-50:10-50:20-40混合均匀;
(2)涂胶:酚醛树脂胶液从涂胶装置流出,经涂胶装置后端的定高刮板刮涂,胶膜均匀的涂覆在基膜上,再放上蜂窝板,每个蜂窝孔中都有相同高度的树脂胶液,获得涂覆有酚醛树脂胶液的蜂窝材料;
(3)固化:将涂覆有酚醛树脂胶液的蜂窝材料送入烘箱中固化,固化成型后得到酚醛泡沫填充蜂窝材料,每个蜂窝孔都能均匀填充酚醛泡沫;
所述的高性能酚醛树脂的粘度为1500-2000cps,凝胶时间大于3分钟,发泡倍率为20-30倍;所述的定高刮板为梯形结构,与涂胶装置的涂胶平台之间的高度可调。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续化定高厚度酚醛泡沫填充蜂窝材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的发泡剂为低沸点烷烃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续化定高厚度酚醛泡沫填充蜂窝材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的发泡剂为正戊烷。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续化定高厚度酚醛泡沫填充蜂窝材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的添加剂为乳化剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续化定高厚度酚醛泡沫填充蜂窝材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的添加剂为硅油、吐温或二乙二醇的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续化定高厚度酚醛泡沫填充蜂窝材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的固化剂为酸类物质。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续化定高厚度酚醛泡沫填充蜂窝材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的固化剂为磷酸或苯酚磺酸的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续化定高厚度酚醛泡沫填充蜂窝材料的制备方法,其特征在于,固化时烘箱的温度为60~70℃,固化时间为60~80分钟。
