技术领域
本发明涉及污水处理技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种新型污水处理剂。
背景技术
化学沉淀法在污水处理中广泛被采用,它是向废水中投加某些化学药剂使之与废水中污染物发生化学反应,形成难溶的固体生成物,然后进行固液分离,从而除去水中污染物的一种方法。目前在一些行业,如煤泥水、油田含油废水、印染废水、造纸废水等所釆用的药剂,处理效果差、沉降速度慢,药剂费偏高,有些企业还造成设备严重腐蚀。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种污水处理剂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种污水处理剂,含有聚合三氯化铁、过硫酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠,其中按重量百分含量计为:聚合三氯化铁20-30%、过硫酸钠10-15%、聚丙烯酸钠15-20%、余量水。
本发明所述的污水处理剂,其中,按重量百分含量计为:还含有偏聚磷酸钠0.5%-1%。
本发明所述的污水处理剂,其中,按重量百分含量计为:还含有聚丙烯酰胺0.1%-1%。
本发明的有益效果在于:该水处理剂针对采矿厂废水,沉淀效果好,出水水质好,处理成本低,适用于采矿厂的洗矿污水。污水中加入该药剂后,悬浮物立刻絮凝,生成的矾花大,沉淀快速,效率高,絮团强度高,疏水性能好,利于压滤,该污水处理药剂纯度高、无杂质、无粉尘。
具体实施方式
实施例1
按重量百分含量计为:聚合三氯化铁20%、过硫酸钠10%、聚丙烯酸钠15%、聚丙烯酰胺0.1%、偏聚磷酸钠0.5%、余量水。以上组分按比例,在室温下搅拌均匀,全部溶解即可使用。
实施例2
按重量百分含量计为:聚合三氯化铁30%、过硫酸钠15%、聚丙烯酸钠20%、聚丙烯酰胺1%、偏聚磷酸钠1%余量水。以上组分按比例,在室温下搅拌均匀,全部溶解即可使用。
实施例3
按重量百分含量计为:聚合三氯化铁25%、过硫酸钠12%、聚丙烯酸钠18%、聚丙烯酰胺0.5%、偏聚磷酸钠0.7%、余量水。以上组分按比例,在室温下搅拌均匀,全部溶解即可使用。
采用本发明污水处理剂对某采矿厂的洗矿污水进行处理试验。
试验结果见下表:

1.一种污水处理剂,其特征在于,含有聚合三氯化铁、过硫酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠,其中按重量百分含量计为:聚合三氯化铁20-30%、过硫酸钠10-15%、聚丙烯酸钠15-20%、余量水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种污水处理剂,其特征在于,按重量百分含量计为:还含有偏聚磷酸钠0.5%-1%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种污水处理剂,其特征在于,按重量百分含量计为:还含有聚丙烯酰胺0.1%-1%。
