本发明提供一种IH电饭煲的陶瓷内胆,包括有煲体,所述煲体包括胚体,所述胚体包括胚身和胚底,所述IH电饭煲的陶瓷内胆还包括两导磁块,中一导磁块贴在所述胚身的外表面并位于所述胚身的下部,另一导磁块贴在所述胚底的底部,所述两导磁块分别包括有内封膜釉、导磁膜及外封膜釉,所述外封膜釉、导磁膜及内封膜釉在指向所述胚体中心的方向上依次排列,并相互紧贴。本发明底部和侧壁均粘贴导磁膜,使煲胆快速升温,具有很好的热传力和热对流性,当IH电饭煲工作时导磁膜使内胆发热,减少加热盘热传递,减少热能损耗,使热效率更高,加热更充分,更省电。本发明依据IH工作原理,绝对均匀加热,使米饭口感和营养成分都提升到前所未有的高度。

本发明涉及电饭煲技术领域,具体涉及一种IH电饭煲的陶瓷内胆及其制备方法。
【背景技术】
陶瓷煲的最大优点在于受热、散热均匀,可长时间保温,还能更好地保护食材中有保健功能的酚类物质,让食材充分软化、更易消化,且不会刺激肠胃。目前,市面上的陶瓷电饭锅内胆均是采用传统的发热盘加热方式,然而传统的发热盘加热方式是内胆本身不能加热,需要通过热传递这个环节使内胆受热,这种情况下通常出现内胆受热不均匀,导热慢,因此会增加热能损耗,浪费电能,而且煮出来的米饭基本是泡熟的,容易粘锅起锅巴。另一方面,目前市面上的IH电饭煲内胆均是复合多层材料的,虽然导热快,煮出来的米饭也较传统发热盘加热方式的电饭煲香甜可口,但内部都有化工不粘锅涂层,在实际使用过程中,食物与内胆直接接触难免会带有对人体有害物质。
【发明内容】
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种IH电饭煲的陶瓷内胆及其制备方法,以解决加热方式受热不均匀、增加热传递,避免有害物质的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种IH电饭煲的陶瓷内胆,包括有煲体,所述煲体包括有胚体,所述胚体包括有胚身和胚底,其特征在于,所述IH电饭煲的陶瓷内胆还包括有两导磁块,其中一导磁块贴在所述胚身的外表面并位于所述胚身的下部,另一导磁块贴在所述胚底的外表面,所述两导磁块分别包括有内封膜釉、导磁膜及外封膜釉,所述外封膜釉、导磁膜及内封膜釉在指向所述胚体中心的方向上依次排列,并相互紧贴。
优选地,所述胚身上的导磁块绕所述胚身一圈设置,并且与所述胚底的距离为0.8-1.1cm。
优选地,所述煲体还包括有保护层,所述保护层上在所述胚体的内外表面。
优选地,所述保护层为一层釉,由3%高岭土、2%铁、6%锌、12%铝、3%钙、2%钠、10%硅、8%钡、35%锂、7%镍、6%磷、6%铜混合制成。
优选地,所述内封膜釉由10%高岭土、3%铁、4%锌、23%铝、2%钙、3%钠、10%硅、2%钡、36%锂、2%镍、2%磷、3%铜混合制成。
优选地,所述导磁膜由3%铁、4%锌、75%银、8%铜、5%锂、2%镍、3%磷混合制成。
优选地,所述外封膜釉由8%高岭土、2%铁、5%锌、30%铝、3%钙、2%钠、3%硅、2%钡、38%锂、2%镍、5%磷混合制成。
上述IH电饭煲的陶瓷内胆的制备方法包括有以下步骤:
S1:模种制作;
S2:工具模浇注;
S3:加入浆料,压胚,修胚;
S4:烘干后得胚体;
S5:在胚体的内外表面上釉;
S6:第一次上窑,并在1250-1300℃的温度下烧成煲体;
S7:在煲体的外下煲身和煲底涂上内封膜釉,而后第二次上窑,并在830-900℃的温度下烧内封膜釉以使内封膜釉紧贴煲体的外下煲身和煲底;
S8:在内封膜釉的外表面贴上导磁膜,而后第三次上窑,并在830-900℃的温度下烧导磁膜以使导磁膜紧贴在内封膜釉的外表面;
S9:在导磁膜的外表面涂上外封膜釉,而后第四次上窑,并在830-900℃的温度下烧外封膜釉以使外封膜釉紧贴在导磁膜外表面,放凉后即形成IH电饭煲的陶瓷内胆。
优选地,在步骤S6中,在1280℃的温度下烧

本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明IH电饭煲的陶瓷内胆底部和侧壁均粘贴导磁膜,使煲胆快速升温,具有很好的热传力和热对流性,当IH电饭煲工作时导磁膜就开始工作,使得内胆自己发热,减少了通过传统加热盘热传递这个环节,从而减少了热能损耗,所以用起来热效率更高,火力也更大,加热更充分,也更省电。本发明是IH系统电饭煲专用的陶瓷内胆,依据IH工作原理,绝对均匀加热,使米饭在煲胆内是持续翻滚的,米饭口感和营养成分都提升到前所未有的高度。

其中一导磁块20环绕所述胚身111一圈设置,另一导磁块20设在所述胚底112的外表面。优选地,所述胚身111上的导磁块20位于所述胚身111的外表面且位于所述胚身111的下部,另外,所述胚身111上的导磁块20与所述胚底112的距离为0.8-1.1cm。进一步地,所述两导磁块20分别包括有一内封膜釉21、一导磁膜22及一外封膜釉23。所述外封膜釉23、导磁膜22及内封膜釉21在指向所述胚体11中心的方向上依次排列,并且相互紧贴。在本实施方式中,所述内封膜釉21、导磁膜22及外封膜釉23分别是不同的混合物制成,另外,所述内封膜釉21由10%高岭土、3%铁、4%锌、23%铝、2%钙、3%钠、10%硅、2%钡、36%锂、2%镍、2%磷、3%铜混合制成;所述导磁膜22由3%铁、4%锌、75%银、8%铜、5%锂、2%镍、3%磷混合制成;所述外封膜釉由8%高岭土、2%铁、5%锌、30%铝、3%钙、2%钠、3%硅、2%钡、38%锂、2%镍、5%磷混合制成。
请一起参阅图2,上述陶瓷电饭煲内胆是由以下方法制备而成:
S1:模种制作;
S2:工具模浇注;
S3:加入浆料,压胚,修胚,所述浆料为:锂辉石、石英、长石、高岭土、赤江白泥、
银、镍、水混合物;
S4:烘干后得胚体;
S5:在胚体的内外表面上釉;其中釉的成分为:3%高岭土、2%铁、6%锌、12%铝、3%钙、
2%钠、10%硅、8%钡、35%锂、7%镍、6%磷、6%铜。
S6:第一次上窑,并在1250-1300℃的温度下烧成煲体;
S7:在煲体的外下煲身和煲底涂上内封膜釉,而后第二次上窑,并在830-900℃的温度下烧内封膜釉以使内封膜釉紧贴煲体的外下煲身和煲底;
S8:在内封膜釉的外表面贴上导磁膜,而后第三次上窑,并在830-900℃的温度下烧导磁膜以使导磁膜紧贴在内封膜釉的外表面;
S9:在导磁膜的外表面涂上外封膜釉,而后第四次上窑,并在830-900℃的温度下烧外封膜釉以使外封膜釉紧贴在导磁膜外表面,放凉后即形成IH电饭煲的陶瓷内胆。
优选地,在步骤S6中,在1280℃的温度下烧。
优选地,在步骤S7-S9中分别在900℃的温度下烧。
本发明IH电饭煲的陶瓷内胆底部和侧壁均粘贴导磁膜,使煲胆快速升温,具有很好的热传力和热对流性,当电饭煲工作时使得内胆自己发热,减少了通过加热盘热传递这个环节,从而减少了热能损耗,所以用起来热效率更高,火力也更大,加热更充分,也更省电。这样,使用本发明电饭煲内胆煮出来的饭,开盖时米饭香扑鼻而来,口感好,有弹性无夹生,米粒看着好,晶莹剔透,粒粒饱满,营养好,释放充分,流失少,味道好,清香甘甜,能让人记忆起童年的柴火饭。
为了更好的说明本发明的特色,使用传统陶瓷电饭煲内胆及本发明IH电饭煲的陶瓷内胆煮相同量的米饭并进行对比分析见表1:

从表1可以看出,比传统的陶瓷电饭煲内胆煮饭时间短、耗电量少,且煮出来的米饭晶莹剔透、有弹性、粒粒饱满、松软、清香甘甜。

Claims (1)
1.一种I H电饭煲的陶瓷内胆,包括有煲体,所述煲体包括有胚体,所述胚体包括有胚身和胚底,其特征在于,所述I H电饭煲的陶瓷内胆还包括有两导磁块,其中一导磁块贴在所述胚身的外表面并位于所述胚身的下部,另一导磁块贴在所述胚底的外表面,所述两导磁块分别包括有内封膜釉、导磁膜及外封膜釉,所述外封膜釉、导磁膜及内封膜釉在指向所述胚体中心的方向上依次排列,并相互紧贴;所述胚身上的导磁块绕所述胚身一圈设置,并且与所述胚底的距离为0.8-1.1cm;所述煲体还包括有保护层,所述保护层上在所述胚体的内外表面;所述保护层为一层釉,所述釉由3%高岭土、2%铁、6%锌、12%铝、3%钙、2%钠、10%硅、8%钡、35%锂、7%镍、6%磷、6%铜混合制成;所述内封膜釉由10%高岭土、3%铁、4%锌、23%铝、2%钙、3%钠、10%硅、2%钡、36%锂、2%镍、2%磷、3%铜混合制成;所述导磁膜由3%铁、4%锌、75%银、8%铜、5%锂、2%镍、3%磷混合制成;所述外封膜釉由8%高岭土、2%铁、5%锌、30%铝、3%钙、2%钠、3%硅、2%钡、38%锂、2%镍、5%磷混合制成。
