Abstract
本发明公开了一种含三甲苯草酮和啶磺草胺的除草组合物及其应用,由第一活性成分三甲苯草酮与第二活性成分啶磺草胺及助剂组成,第一活性成分与第二活性成分的重量比是10:1~100:1。本组合物可配制成农业上允许的乳油、悬浮剂、微乳剂、水乳剂、水剂、可分散油悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂。本发明组分合理,除草效果好,用药成本低,且其活性和和除草效果不是各组分活性的简单叠加,与现有的单一制剂相比,除具有显著的除草效果外,而且有显著的增效作用,延缓抗性,安全性好,符合农药制剂的安全性要求。可防除野燕麦、雀麦、罔草、硬草、早熟禾、多花黑麦草、看麦娘、日本看麦娘等禾本科杂草。

本发明涉及一种小麦田除草组合物,由活性成分三甲苯草酮和啶磺草胺及助剂组成,属于复配农药技术领域。
背景技术
三甲苯草酮,又名肟草酮,英文名tralkoxydim,化学名称:2-(1-(乙氧基亚胺基)丙基)-5-(2,4,6-三甲苯基)-2-丙酰基-3-羟基-2-环己烯-1-酮。是由捷利康公司开发的环己烯酮类新型芽后选择性禾本科杂草除草剂,属乙酰辅酶A羧化酶抑制剂,喷施后药物通过杂草茎叶吸收,可传导至分生组织,抑制脂肪酸的生物合成,破坏细胞分裂,受害杂草先失绿,后变色枯死,一般施药后3-4周完全枯死,主要用于小麦和大麦田防除野燕麦、雀麦、菵草、硬草、早熟禾、棒头草、多花黑麦草、看麦娘、日本看媚娘等禾本科杂草。
啶磺草胺,英文名pyroxsulam,化学名称:N-(5,7-二甲氧基[1,2,4]三唑[1,5-a]嘧啶-2-基)-2-甲氧基-4-(三氟甲基)-3-吡啶磺酰胺。陶氏益农开发的三唑并嘧啶磺酰脲类除草剂,是新型高效内吸传导型小麦田苗后除草剂。啶磺草胺杀草谱广、除草活性高、药效作用快,喷施后该药经由杂草叶片、鞘部、茎部或根部吸收,在生长点积累,抑制乙酰乳酸合成酶,无法合成支链氨基酸,进而影响蛋白质合成,影响杂草细胞分裂,杂草杂草停止生长、黄化、然后死亡。可有效防除小麦田常见的看麦娘、日本看麦娘、雀麦、野燕麦、多花黑麦草和硬草等禾本科杂草,对早熟禾和菵草防效不佳,同时可兼治部分阔叶杂草,对小麦及后茬作物安全。
小麦田单一使用一种除草剂,不能完全有效的控制小麦田杂草的发生,如果用量过大,容易对当季作物或后茬作物造成残留毒害。三甲苯草酮和啶磺草胺在化学类别和作用机理上均不相同,在防治小麦田杂草上差异很大。经文献检索,目前尚未发现有三甲苯草酮和啶磺草胺复配的相关报道。
发明人经过大量的室内配方筛选和田间药效试验,发现将三甲苯草酮和啶磺草胺在一定范围内进行复配后,可防除野燕麦、雀麦、罔草、早熟禾等禾本科杂草,扩大除草谱、并具有显著增效作用,降低使用成本,延缓抗性,对作物安全性高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种组分合理,增效作用显著,除草效果好,杂草防治谱扩大,用药成本低,能延缓抗性,且对小麦安全的除草组合物。
本发明的另一目的在于提供含有三甲苯草酮和啶磺草胺的除草组合物制剂剂型。
本发明的再一目的在于提供上述组合物在防除小麦田禾本科杂草上的应用。
为了克服现有单一制剂的缺陷,本发明的技术方案是这样解决的,一种含有三甲苯草酮和啶磺草胺的除草组合物,其特征在于,包括:
A)第一活性成分三甲苯草酮;
B)第二活性成分啶磺草胺;
第一活性成分与第二活性成分的重量比为10:1~100:1,优选为20:1~60:1。
本发明三甲苯草酮和啶磺草胺的除草组合物按照本技术领域技术人员所公知的方法可以配制的制剂剂型是乳油、悬浮剂、微乳剂、水乳剂、水剂、可分散油悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂。
对乳油,可使用的助剂有:乳化剂如十二烷基苯磺酸钙(农乳500#)、农乳700#、农乳2201、斯盘-60#、乳化剂T-60(通用名:失水山梨醇单硬酯酸酯聚氧乙烯醚)、TX-10(通用名:辛基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚)、农乳1601#、农乳600#、农乳400#等中的一种或多种;溶剂如二甲苯、溶剂油(S-150、S-180、S-200)、甲苯、生物柴油、甲酯化植物油、N-甲基吡咯烷酮等中的一种或多种;助溶剂如乙酸乙酯、甲醇、二甲基甲酰胺、环己酮、丙酮、甲乙酮等中的一种或多种;稳定剂如亚磷酸三苯酯、环氧氯丙烷、醋酐等中的一种或多种。
对悬浮剂,可使用的助剂有:分散剂如聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磺酸盐、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、烷基聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基醚嵌段共聚物、拉开粉、十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯中一种或多种;润湿剂如烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐、烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚、三苯乙基苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯嵌段聚合物一种或多种;增稠剂如黄原胶、聚乙烯醇、膨润土、硅酸镁铝、羧甲基纤维素、羧乙基纤维素、甲基纤维素中一种或多种;防腐剂如甲醛、苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、异噻唑啉酮中一种或多种;消泡剂如硅油、硅酮类化合物、C10-20饱和脂肪酸类化合物、C8-10脂肪醇类、己醇、丁醇、辛醇中的一种或多种;防冻剂如乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、聚乙二醇、山梨醇、尿素、无机盐类中一种或多种;水为去离子水。

对可分散油悬浮剂,可使用的助剂有:分散剂如聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐(扩散剂NNO)、TERSPERSE2020(美国亨斯迈公司HUNTSMAN出品,烷基萘磺酸盐类)中一种或多种;乳化剂如BY(蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚)系列乳化剂(BY-110、BY-125、BY-140)、农乳700#(通用名:烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚)、农乳2201、斯盘-60#(通用名:山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯)、吐温-60#(通用名:失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯聚氧乙烯醚)、农乳1601#(通用名:苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚)、TERSPERSE4894(美国亨斯迈公司出品)中的一种或多种;润湿剂如烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐、TERSPERSE2500(美国亨斯迈公司出品)中一种或多种;增稠剂如白炭黑、聚乙烯醇、膨润土、硅酸镁铝中一种或多种;防冻剂如乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油、尿素、无机盐类如氯化钠中一种或多种;分散介质如大豆油、菜籽油、棉籽油、小麦油、蓖麻油、棕榈油、环氧大豆油、油酸甲酯及其甲酯化油类、柴油、机油、矿物油,及酯类溶剂如邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、乙酸乙酯、苯甲酸甲酯中一种或多种。
对可湿性粉剂,可使用的助剂有:分散剂如聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基醚嵌段共聚物、烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磺酸盐中一种或多种;润湿剂如烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐中一种或多种;填料如硫酸铵、尿素、蔗糖、葡萄糖、硅藻土、高岭土、白炭黑、轻钙、滑石粉、凹凸棒土、陶土一种或多种。
对水分散粒剂,可使用的助剂有:分散剂如聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐中一种或多种;润湿剂如烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐中一种或多种;崩解剂如硫酸铵、硫酸钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、淀粉及其衍生物、膨润土中一种或多种;粘结剂如淀粉、葡萄糖、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、聚乙二醇、羧甲基纤维素钠、蔗糖中的一种或多种;填料如硅藻土、高岭土、白炭黑、轻钙、滑石粉、凹凸棒土、陶土一种或多种。
本发明组分合理,防效优于各组分单独施用时的活性,具有增效作用,扩大杂草防治谱、减少施药次数,降低防治成本,延缓抗性,对作物安全性好,符合农药制剂的安全性要求。本发明对小麦田多种禾本科杂草防除效果好。
具体实施方式
下面通过室内毒力测定来说明三甲苯草酮和啶磺草胺复配对小麦田杂草是否有增效作用。
为了防除小麦田杂草,我们以三甲苯草酮和啶磺草胺进行了相互复配的增效研究,试验方法参考《中华人民共和国农业行业标准NYT1155.4-2006农药室内生物测定试验准则除草剂第4部分:活性测定试验茎叶喷雾法》和《中华人民共和国农业行业标准NY/T1155.7—2006农药室内生物测定试验准则除草剂第7部分:混配的联合作用测定》。
试验对象为小麦田野燕麦(Avenafatua)、雀麦(Bromusjaponicus)、罔草(Beckmanniasyzigachne)、硬草(Sclerochloadura)、早熟禾(Poaannua)、多花黑麦草(Loliummultiflorum)、看麦娘(Alopecurusaequalis)、日本看麦娘(Alopecurusjaponicus)。
试验采用有机质含量为2.5%、pH为6.8、通透性良好的过筛风干沙壤土。选择易于培养、生育期一致的野燕麦、雀麦、罔草、硬草、早熟禾、多花黑麦草、看麦娘、日本看麦娘种子,发芽率均在80%以上。
将试验土壤定量装至盆钵的4/5处,采用盆钵底部渗灌方式,使土壤完全润湿。将野燕麦、雀麦、罔草、硬草、早熟禾、多花黑麦草、看麦娘、日本看麦娘种子均匀撒播于土壤表面,覆土1.0cm。杂草出苗后进行间苗定株,密度为每平方米120株。
单剂及各混配药剂设置5个不同浓度梯度(在预备试验结果的基础上,根据药剂配比不同,浓度梯度设置亦有所不同,防除率在5%~90%的范围内按等比级数设定)。设清水对照,重复4次。在杂草2~3叶期,从低剂量到高剂量分别进行喷雾处理。处理后置于温室内培养观察,以盆钵底部渗灌方式补水。
处理后21天计算各药剂处理的鲜重防效,通过防效的机率值和系列浓度的对数值之间的线性回归分析,求出各药剂的ED50值,用孙云沛法计算混剂的共毒系数(CTC),以此来评价供试药剂对杂草的活性。
复配制剂的共毒系数(CTC)≥120表现为增效作用;CTC≤80表现为拮抗作用;80<CTC<120表现为相加作用。

室内毒力测定结果表明:三甲苯草酮和啶磺草胺以重量比为10:1~100:1混用对野燕麦、雀麦、罔草、硬草、早熟禾、多花黑麦草、看麦娘、日本看麦娘均有较好的增效作用。
为了更好地说明本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明内容作进一步说明,配方中的百分比均为重量百分比。
制剂实施例1
称取35%三甲苯草酮、1%啶磺草胺、3%农乳600#、5%斯盘-60#、2%甲醇、2%环氧氯丙烷,二甲苯加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,搅拌溶解完全后制得36%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺乳油。
制剂实施例2
称取10%三甲苯草酮、1%啶磺草胺、5%农乳700#、4%农乳600#、2%环己酮、2%醋酐,甲苯加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,搅拌溶解完全后制得11%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺乳油。
制剂实施3
称取15.5%三甲苯草酮、0.5%啶磺草胺、5%烷基聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠、3%烷基萘磺酸钠、0.3%硅酸镁铝、0.2%膨润土、5%山梨醇、0.2%苯甲酸钠、1.5%丁醇,去离子水加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,高速剪切分散30min,用砂磨机砂磨至粒径D90小于10μm后制得16%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺悬浮剂。
制剂实施例4
称取18%三甲苯草酮、1%啶磺草胺、3%木质素磺酸钠、3%苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、4%烷基磺酸钠、0.5%羧甲基纤维素、3%聚乙二醇、0.2%异噻唑啉酮、1%辛醇,去离子水加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,高速剪切分散30min,用砂磨机砂磨至粒径D90小于10μm后制得19%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺悬浮剂。
制剂实施例5
称取25%三甲苯草酮、1%啶磺草胺、3%农乳1601、3%十二烷基苯磺酸钙、3%甲醇、3%二甲苯、1%环氧氯丙烷,去离子水加至100%重量份。上述原料经搅拌混合后制得26%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺微乳剂。
制剂实施例6
称取24%三甲苯草酮、1%啶磺草胺、5%农乳600#、3%异丙醇、3%甲苯、1%亚磷酸三苯酯,去离子水加至100%重量份。上述原料经搅拌混合后制得25%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺微乳剂。
制剂实施例7
称取30%三甲苯草酮、2%啶磺草胺、5%农乳1601、2%甲苯、1%亚磷酸三苯酯、2%丙二醇、5%膨润土、0.2%苯甲酸钠,去离子水加至100%重量份。上述原料混合均匀,高速搅拌后制得32%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺水乳剂。
制剂实施例8
称取16%三甲苯草酮、1%啶磺草胺、6%吐温-60#、2%环己酮、1%环氧大豆油、2%乙二醇、5%聚乙烯醇、0.2%甲醛,去离子水加至100%重量份。上述原料混合均匀,高速搅拌后制得17%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺水乳剂。
制剂实施例9
称取33%三甲苯草酮、2%啶磺草胺、4%农乳1601#,去离子水加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,搅拌溶解完全后制得35%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺水剂。
制剂实施例10
称取26%三甲苯草酮、1%啶磺草胺、2%农乳2201#、3%农乳700#,去离子水加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,搅拌溶解完全后制得27%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺水剂。
制剂实施例11
称取20%三甲苯草酮、1%啶磺草胺、2%扩散剂NNO、3%农乳700#、8%BY-110、1%TERSPERSE2500(美国亨斯迈公司出品)、1%硅酸镁铝、3%甘油,菜籽油加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,高速剪切分散30min,用砂磨机砂磨后制得21%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺可分散油悬浮剂。
制剂实施例12
称取30%三甲苯草酮、3%啶磺草胺、2%木质素磺酸钠、3%农乳700#、10%BY-110、1%萘磺酸钠、1%膨润土、3%丙二醇,小麦油加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,高速剪切分散30min,用砂磨机砂磨后制得33%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺可分散油悬浮剂。
制剂实施例13
称取60%三甲苯草酮、2%啶磺草胺、5%聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基醚嵌段共聚物、2%烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、2%烷基磺酸钠、5%尿素,轻钙加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,气流粉碎后制得62%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺可湿性粉剂。
制剂实施例14
称取50%三甲苯草酮、1%啶磺草胺、5%烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磺酸钠、2%烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、2%烷基磺酸钠、5%硫酸铵,硅藻土加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,气流粉碎后制得51%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺可湿性粉剂。
制剂实施例15
称取49.5%三甲苯草酮、0.5%啶磺草胺、4%木质素磺酸钠、2%烷基萘磺酸钠、1%烷基磺酸钠、2%萘磺酸钠、1%聚乙二醇,白炭黑加至100%重量份。上述原料经常规制取水分散粒剂的方法即混合、超微气流粉碎、混合、造粒步骤制取50%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺水分散粒剂。
制剂实施例16
称取40%三甲苯草酮、1%啶磺草胺、43%聚羧酸盐GY-D06、5%木质素磺酸钠、2%烷基磺酸钠、2%K-12(十二烷基硫酸钠)、3%硫酸钠、5%硫铵,凹凸棒土加至100%重量份。上述原料经常规制取水分散粒剂的方法即混合、超微气流粉碎、混合、造粒步骤制取41%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺水分散粒剂。
生物实施例1:防治小麦田禾本科杂草田间药效试验。
发明人于2015年在湖南省湘潭县小泉村进行了制剂实施例1(36%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺乳油)、制剂实施例3(16%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺悬浮剂)、制剂实施例5(26%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺微乳剂)、制剂实施例7(32%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺水乳剂)、制剂实施例9(36%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺水剂)、制剂实施例11(21%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺可分散油悬浮剂)、制剂实施例13(62%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺可湿性粉剂)、制剂实施例15(50%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺水分散粒剂)防治小麦田杂草田间药效试验,验证了该药剂对小麦田杂草的防治效果及对小麦的安全性。
试验作物为小麦,防治对象为小麦田禾本科杂草:野燕麦(Avenafatua)、雀麦(Bromusjaponicus)、罔草(Beckmanniasyzigachne)、硬草(Sclerochloadura)、早熟禾(Poaannua)、多花黑麦草(Loliummultiflorum)、看麦娘(Alopecurusaequalis)、日本看麦娘(Alopecurusjaponicus),施药时杂草处于2~3叶期。
试验田地势平坦,土壤肥力中等,pH值7.1。试验药剂及剂量详见表9。另设空白对照,每处理4次重复,每小区30㎡,共408个小区,小区随机区组排列。采用常规喷雾法,亩施药液45kg。
药后30d调查各处理杂草株防效。调查方法为每小区调查2点,每点0.25m2(0.5m×0.5m)。药效计算方法为:
其中:CK为空白对照区活草数(或鲜重);PT为处理区残存草数(或鲜重)。
表9防治小麦田杂草田间药效试验株防效
田间试验结果表明,36%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺乳油、16%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺悬浮剂、26%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺微乳剂、32%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺水乳剂、36%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺水剂、21%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺可分散油悬浮剂、62%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺可湿性粉剂、50%三甲苯草酮·啶磺草胺水分散粒剂用药量为200ga.i./hm2,对小麦田杂草有很好的防治效果,药后30天的平均防效均明显优于40%三甲苯草酮水分散粒剂400ga.i./hm2、7.5%啶磺草胺水分散粒剂14ga.i./hm2的防效。通过对药后30天差异显著性分析,三甲苯草酮与啶磺草胺组合与其它单剂处理防效差异性显著。
安全性调查:药后7d、15d目测各处理对小麦苗的安全性。观察结果为,所有供试药剂对小麦生长安全,无褪绿、矮化等药害现象发生。
综上所述,本发明的组合物是采用两种活性成分复配方案,其活性和除草效果不是各组分活性的简单叠加,与现有的单一制剂相比,除具有显著的除草效果外,而且有显著的增效作用,制剂残留量少,对作物无污染,安全性好,符合农药制剂的安全性要求。
Claims (5)
1.一种含三甲苯草酮和啶磺草胺的除草组合物,其特征在于:由第一活性成分三甲苯草酮与第二活性成分啶磺草胺及助剂组成,第一活性成分与第二活性成分的重量比是10:1~100:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述含三甲苯草酮和啶磺草胺的除草组合物,其特征在于:第一活性成分与第二活性成分的重量比是20:1~60:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述含三甲苯草酮和啶磺草胺的除草组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物剂型为乳油、悬浮剂、微乳剂、水乳剂、水剂、可分散油悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述含三甲苯草酮和啶磺草胺的除草组合物在防治小麦田禾本科杂草上的应用。
5.根据权利要求4所述应用,小麦田禾本科杂草是野燕麦、雀麦、罔草、硬草、早熟禾、多花黑麦草、看麦娘、日本看麦娘。
