Abstract
本发明涉及一种带发泡层的防静电橡胶地板及其生产方法。本发明的橡胶地板由面层、中间层和底层构成,通过对配方进行优选,结合生产工艺的改进,实现了多层结合的一次成型和绿色生产,不需使用粘结剂粘接,简化了生产工艺。本发明生产方法的一个特点是将中间层即发泡层的型坯进行长时间停放。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及地板领域,更具体涉及橡胶地板及其生产方法。
背景技术
橡胶地板的应用非常广泛,例如电子器件生产车间、大面积办公室、某些公共场所例如学校、机场,以及飞机、火车等交通工具,使用橡胶地板可以防滑、降低噪音,而且由于色彩丰富,也有装饰美化的作用。另外,在这些场所,例如在生产、组装电子产品的车间,在使用多台电脑及其他电子办公设备例如打印机、复印机等的办公室,往往会产生大量静电。这些静电如不消除会对人们的身体健康或者产品质量造成不利影响。为了消除静电,通常是向地板中引入抗静电剂和/或导电材料,例如导电炭黑,橡胶地板上产生的电荷通过导电炭黑和抗静电剂传导到地面而消除静电。
在需要较柔软地面的场合,则橡胶地板几乎是唯一选择。这通常是通过在橡胶地板中附加一个缓冲层来实现。一种实施方式是两层橡胶地板,上面一层实心层,下面一层发泡层;另一种实施方式是三层橡胶地板,上层和底层是实心层,中间一层发泡层。现有技术中皆是通过粘结剂将不同的层粘接在一起。这种使用粘结剂的方式至少存在两点不足:其一是粘结剂在相邻层之间会形成一层或厚或薄的薄膜,该薄膜会多多少少降低层与层之间的导电性能,尤其是对于上述三层式橡胶地板而言,这种降低效果更明显;其二是粘结剂的使用会导致环境污染,对用户和作业工人的健康也有害。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是,克服现有技术中必须使用粘结剂进行橡胶地板层合的缺陷,实现了橡胶地板层合和发泡的一步完成。
根据本发明的带发泡层的防静电橡胶地板由面层、中间层和底层构成,这三层皆包含导电炭黑,所述中间层的橡胶成分是丁腈橡胶,另外包含软化剂和发泡剂,并且中间层中丁腈橡胶的含量不低于中间层总重量的50%,软化剂的含量为中间层总重的2-5%,所述橡胶地板由这三层的坯料在硫化过程中一次成型。
在一种具体实施方式中,制备该橡胶地板的方法包括以下步骤:
A)橡胶塑炼:分别塑炼各层的基础橡胶,
B)分层混炼:按照各层配方配好料,在密炼机中分别混炼,混炼均匀后用开炼机出片,
C)停放:室温下将中间层停放7天以上,
D)出型:把面层、中间层、底层加好硫化剂后按要求出型到规定的长度、宽度、厚度,得到各层型坯,
E)硫化:将各层型坯按顺序上到鼓式硫化机上硫化。
根据本发明获得的发泡层橡胶地板没有使用粘结剂进行层粘结,实现绿色生产,而且提高了地板的导电性能。
具体实施方式
如没有特别说明,本发明在提及配比时皆以重量份计。
本发明的橡胶地板由三层构成,即面层、中间层和底层,每层都含有导电炭黑,其中中间层为发泡层。这三层是通过硫化过程一次成型压制在一起,不需要通过粘结剂粘结。现有技术的生产方法为,在磨具中进行中间层发泡,发泡成型后用粘结剂与面层粘接在一起。现有技术无法使用一次成型工,原因在于中间层即发泡层中的发泡剂在短时间的压制成型中无法发泡均匀,因为发泡剂在橡胶组合物中的不容易均匀分散。
本发明中,用于形成中间层的材料中以丁腈橡胶作为基础橡胶材料,并且丁腈橡胶的含量不低于中间层总重量的50%,但通常也不高于中间层总重的70%;另一方面,向配方中引入软化剂,软化剂的含量为中间层总重的2-5%。采用该配比,中间层在存放坯料过程中,发泡剂可以继续分散或溶解过程,达到均匀分布的效果。
在本发明的一种典型实施方式中,中间层包含丁腈橡胶100,导电炭黑10-20,硫化促进剂2-6,补强填充剂40-70,软化剂5-15,发泡剂2-10,其他5-10。
可用于本发明橡胶地板中间层的补强填充剂包括白陶土、硫酸钡、碳酸钡、硝酸钡、氯化钡、氧化钡、钛白粉、氧化锌、硫酸锌、硝酸锌、滑石粉、磷酸钡、白碳黑、硅酸镁、硅酸钙。本发明优选使用白炭黑和白陶土,可以获得较高的硬度和机械强度。
可用作上述硫化促进剂的例子有2-硫醇基苯并噻唑、二硫化二苯并噻唑、N-特丁基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺、二硫四化甲基秋兰姆、硫磺、2-(4-吗啉硫代)苯并噻唑。
可用作上述软化剂的例子包括但不限于邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、己二酸二庚酯、己二酸二辛酯、己二酸二壬酯、己二酸二癸酯、庚二酸二庚酯、庚二酸二辛酯、庚二酸二壬酯、庚二酸二癸酯、辛二酸二庚酯、辛二酸二辛酯、辛二酸二壬酯、辛二酸二癸酯、壬二酸二庚酯、壬二酸二辛酯、壬二酸二壬酯、壬二酸二癸酯、癸二酸二庚酯、癸二酸二辛酯、癸二酸二壬酯、或癸二酸二癸酯,其中优选使用邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、癸二酸二辛酯。
优选用于本发明的发泡剂包括N,N-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺、偶氮二甲酰胺、小苏打,采用该发泡剂与上述优选的补强填充剂、软化剂以及丁腈橡胶配合使用时,发泡剂的分散性能很好。
根据本发明,面层和底层中的橡胶成分可为热固性橡胶、热塑性橡胶等。橡胶的实例包括一种或多种天然橡胶、聚异戊二烯、顺式-1,4-聚异戊二烯、高顺式-1,4-聚异戊二烯、异戊二烯/异丁烯橡胶、异戊二烯/丁二烯聚合物、丙烯腈/丁二烯橡胶、氢化丙烯腈/丁二烯橡胶(HNBR)、丙烯酸类橡胶、乙烯/丙烯酸弹性体、异丁烯-共聚-对甲基异戊二烯、溴化处理异丁烯-共聚-对甲基异戊二烯、氯丁橡胶(氯丁二烯)、聚丁二烯、1,4-聚丁二烯、高顺式-1,4-聚丁二烯橡胶、低顺式-1,4-聚丁二烯橡胶、高乙烯基聚丁二烯橡胶、乙烯/丙烯/二烯橡胶(EPDM)、乙烯/丙烯橡胶(EPM)、氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)、苯乙烯类共聚物、苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯/异戊二烯/苯乙烯(SIS)橡胶、/丁二烯橡胶(SBR)、通过乳液聚合制备的苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶、通过溶液聚合制备的苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶、苯乙烯/乙烯/丁二烯/苯乙烯共聚物(SEBS)、乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)聚合物、丁基橡胶、氯丁基橡胶、溴丁基橡胶、氯卤化丁基橡胶、支化丁基橡胶、星形支化丁基橡胶、乙烯/丙烯橡胶、氯磺化聚乙烯、氢化丁腈橡胶、羧化丁腈橡胶、丙烯酸类橡胶、hydrin橡胶、含氟弹性体、氟碳橡胶、聚磷腈、聚硫橡胶、聚氨酯橡胶、聚硅氧烷、天然橡胶和溶液SBR共混物、低Tg聚丁二烯和SBR共混物等;热塑性弹性体,例如热塑性聚氨酯、聚(氯乙烯)(PVC)、PVC/丁腈橡胶共混物、苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、共聚酯弹性体、共聚醚酯弹性体、热塑性硫化橡胶(聚丙烯/EPDM、聚丙烯/丁腈橡胶等)、共聚酰胺弹性体等。在本发明的最佳实施方式中,面层和底层中都使用丁腈橡胶。三层都采用丁腈橡胶,在硫化过程中的更容易层合,就是说层与层之间接合牢固。
面层和底层中通常也含有硫化促进剂、补强填充剂和其他功能性成分,其他成分的例子有颜料、防焦剂、防老剂等等。这些是本领域人员所熟知。进一步优选地,底层中也含有软化剂,该软化剂优选与前述中间层中使用的软化剂相同。
进一步优选地,在三层中都引入了适量阻燃剂。可以用于本发明的阻燃剂包括氯化石腊、硼酸锌、三氧二锑等。
在本发明的一种优选实施方式中,橡胶地板的各层配方如下:面层包含:丁腈橡胶100,导电炭黑10-15,硫化促进剂2-6,补强填充剂50-80,阻燃剂10-30,其他10-20;中间层:丁腈橡胶100,导电炭黑10-20,硫化促进剂2-6,发泡剂2-5,补强填充剂50-80,阻燃剂10-30,软化剂5-15,其他5-10;底层:丁腈橡胶100,导电炭黑10-20,硫化促进剂2-6,补强填充剂40-70,阻燃剂10-30,软化剂10-15,其他5-10。
各层中所述的其他是指一些常用的功能性成分,例如防老剂、硫化剂、颜料、防静电剂等等,这是本领域技术人员所熟知的。
制造本发明的防静电橡胶地板的方法包括下列步骤:
A)橡胶塑炼:塑炼各层的基础橡胶,这通常是在开放式炼胶机中进行,通过一定时间的薄通塑炼,达到一定的可塑度。
B)分层混炼:按照各层配方配好料,在密炼机中分别混炼,混炼均匀后用开炼机出片。
C)停放:室温下将面层和底层停放1-7天,使配合剂分散均匀,将中间层停放7-9日以上,优选停放10-20天,底层停放1-7天时间。
D)出型:把停放好的面层、中间层、底层加好硫化剂后按要求出型到规定的长度、宽度、厚度,得到各层型坯。
E)硫化:将各层型坯按顺序上到鼓式硫化机上硫化。硫化温度优选在140-160℃之间,硫化过程中中间层完成发泡,同时,各层被层压成一体。
本发明通过上述配方和工艺,在硫化工序中完成中间层发泡,并实现与面层和底层的层合,无需单独进行发泡层的发泡,也无需使用粘结剂进行多层粘接,简化了生产工艺,实现橡胶地板的绿色生产和安全使用。
Claims (5)
1.一种带发泡层的防静电橡胶地板,由面层、中间层和底层构成,其特征在于,这三层皆包含导电炭黑,所述中间层的橡胶成分是丁腈橡胶,另外包含软化剂和发泡剂,并且中间层中丁腈橡胶的含量不低于中间层总重量的50%,软化剂的含量为中间层总重的2-5%,各层的原料组成如下:
面层:丁腈橡胶100,导电炭黑10-15,硫化促进剂2-6,补强填充剂50-80,阻燃剂10-30,其他10-20;
中间层:丁腈橡胶100,导电炭黑10-20,硫化促进剂2-6,发泡剂2-10,补强填充剂50-80,阻燃剂10-30,软化剂5-15,其他5-10;
底层:丁腈橡胶100,导电炭黑10-20,硫化促进剂2-6,补强填充剂40-70,阻燃剂10-30,软化剂10-15,其他5-10;
所述橡胶地板由这三层的坯料在硫化过程中一次成型,
所述防静电橡胶地板通过下述步骤生产:
A)橡胶塑炼:分别塑炼各层的基础橡胶,
B)分层混炼:按照各层配方配好料,在密炼机中分别混炼,混炼均匀后用开炼机出片,
C)停放:室温下将面层和底层停放1-7天,使配合剂分散均匀,将中间层停放7日以上,
D)出型:把面层、中间层、底层加好硫化剂后按要求出型到规定的长度、宽度、厚度,得到各层型坯,
E)硫化:将各层型坯按顺序上到鼓式硫化机上硫化。
2.权利要求1所述的防静电橡胶地板,其中,所述补强填充剂为补强炭黑、白炭黑、陶土。
3.权利要求1所述的防静电橡胶地板,其中,所述软化剂为矿物油、二丁脂、二辛脂。
4.权利要求1所述的防静电橡胶地板,其中,所述发泡剂为N,N-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺、偶氮二甲酰胺或小苏打。
5.权利要求1所述的防静电橡胶地板,其中,在步骤E)中,硫化温度在140-160℃之间。
