技术领域
本发明涉及汽车工业技术领域,特别是指一种节能环保耐腐蚀型汽车排气管净化器。
背景技术
近年来,汽车的数量急剧上升,而汽车在行驶时产生大量的汽车尾气。汽车尾气中含有上百种不同的化合物,其中污染物有固体悬浮微粒(重金属化合物、铅化合物、黑烟及油雾)、臭气(甲醛等)、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、碳氢化合物、氮氧化合物、铅及硫氧化合物等。一辆轿车一年排除的有害废气比自身重量大3倍。英国空气洁净和环境保护协会曾发表研究报告称,与交通事故遇难者相比,每年死于空气污染的人要多出10倍。
尾气在直接危害人体健康的同时,还会对人类生活的环境产生深远影响。尾气中的二氧化硫具有强烈的刺激气味达到一定浓度时容易导致“酸雨”的发生,造成土壤和水源酸化,影响农作物和森林的生长。近100年来,气候变暖已成为人类的一大祸患。冰川融化、水位上涨、厄尔尼诺现象、拉尼娜现象等都对人类的生存带来了严峻的挑战。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种节能环保耐腐蚀型汽车排气管净化器,可以快速、有效的清除汽车尾气的大部分有害物质,并且具有节能环保的作用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施例提供一种节能环保耐腐蚀型汽车排气管净化器,包括装置本体、排气管连接接管、消音器、控制保护器和排气出管,所述装置本体上端设置有连接排气管的排气管连接接管,所述排气管连接接管与装置本体之间设置有消音器,所述装置本体内设有两组静电颗粒吸附导电板、超精细HEPA过滤网层和活性炭净化层,每组静电颗粒吸附导电板由正极导电板和负极导电板组成,静电颗粒吸附导电板上设置有多个通气圆孔,每组静电颗粒吸附导电板的正极导电板和负极导电板上的通气圆孔交错设置,相邻两组静电颗粒吸附导电板之间设置有树脂吸附层,静电颗粒吸附导电板一侧连接有控制保护器,所述装置本体外壁设置有隔音棉层;
排气管连接接管和排气出管均通过磷化处理在其表面形成磷化防护膜,加工工艺为:
步骤①、首先向容器中加入5份马来酸酐和5份去离子水,搅拌5分钟;接着缓慢加入5份水杨酸、6份磷酸和20份去离子水,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌15分钟;然后缓慢加入0.5份蒽甙、5份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠和30份去离子水,搅拌5分钟,配制处理液;
步骤②、擦除工件表面的油污,接着使用乙醇擦洗2次,再用清水冲洗;
步骤③、将工件放入预先加热至50℃的处理液中浸泡10分钟;
步骤④、捞出后用水冲洗直至水的pH值恢复至中性,烘干。
本发明结构简单,技术合理,通过在装置本体内部徐设置静电颗粒吸附导电板、超精细HEPA过滤网层和活性炭净化层,进行气体过滤净化操作,另外设置消音器实现消音功能,安装方便,适用范围广,可以快速、有效的清除汽车尾气的大部分有害物质,并且具有节能环保的作用。另外,通过磷化处理排气管连接接管和排气出管,使其耐腐蚀性能得到显著提升。

本发明使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买,异形件根据说明书的和附图的记载均可以进行订制,各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺栓、铆钉、焊接等常规手段,机械、零件和设备均采用现有技术中,常规的型号,加上电路连接采用现有技术中常规的连接方式,在此不再详述。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (1)
1.节能环保耐腐蚀型汽车排气管净化器,其特征在于,包括装置本体(1)、排气管连接接管(2)、消音器(3)、控制保护器(6)和排气出管(10),所述装置本体(1)上端设置有连接排气管的排气管连接接管(2),所述排气管连接接管(2)与装置本体(1)之间设置有消音器(3),所述装置本体(1)内设有两组静电颗粒吸附导电板(4)、超精细HEPA过滤网层(8)和活性炭净化层(9),每组静电颗粒吸附导电板(4)由正极导电板和负极导电板组成,静电颗粒吸附导电板(4)上设置有多个通气圆孔(5),每组静电颗粒吸附导电板(4)的正极导电板和负极导电板上的通气圆孔(5)交错设置,相邻两组静电颗粒吸附导电板(4)之间设置有树脂吸附层(7),静电颗粒吸附导电板(4)一侧连接有控制保护器(6),所述装置本体(1)外壁设置有隔音棉层;
排气管连接接管(2)和排气出管(10)均通过磷化处理在其表面形成磷化防护膜,加工工艺为:
步骤①、首先向容器中加入5份马来酸酐和5份去离子水,搅拌5分钟;接着缓慢加入5份水杨酸、6份磷酸和20份去离子水,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌15分钟;然后缓慢加入0.5份蒽甙、5份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠和30份去离子水,搅拌5分钟,配制处理液;
步骤②、擦除工件表面的油污,接着使用乙醇擦洗2次,再用清水冲洗;
步骤③、将工件放入预先加热至50℃的处理液中浸泡10分钟;
步骤④、捞出后用水冲洗直至水的pH值恢复至中性,烘干。
