本发明公开了一种耐高温粉末涂料,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:四甲氧基甲基甘脲2-3、聚乳酸树脂7-9、硅溶胶2-3、氮化铝3-4、沸石6-7、聚甲基苯基硅氧烷0.3-0.5、滑石粉7-9、玻璃粉3-4、双氰胺固化剂3-4、聚四氟乙烯腊1-2、抗氧剂6260.4-0.5、通用流平剂0.4-0.5、环氧树脂E1290-100、酚醛树脂6-8、氯化稀土0.1-0.2、壳聚糖15-18、聚乙烯醇4-5;本发明制备的涂料能够高温环境下使用,具有优异的高保光性和耐温差的效果,绿色环保,值得推广。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及粉末涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐高温粉末涂料。
背景技术
粉末涂料具有无溶剂性、无环境污染、粉末回收和利用率高等特点,得到广泛的利用。粉末涂料可分为热塑性、热固性两大类。热塑性粉末涂料是以热塑性树脂作为成膜物质,它的特点是合成树脂随温度升高而变软,经冷却后变得坚硬,这种过程可以反复进行多次,每变化一次就会逐步老化,最终成为无塑性的粉末。热固性粉末涂料是以热固性合成树脂作为成膜物质。它的特点是用某些较低聚合度的预聚体树脂,在固化剂存在下经一定温度的烘烤固化,而成为不能溶化或熔融的质地坚硬的最终产物。当温度在升高时,产品只能分解不能再软化,属于化学变化。由于树脂分子量低,所以具有较好的流平性、润湿性,能牢固的粘附于金属工件表面,并且固化后有较好的装饰性和防腐蚀性。但在我国粉末涂料始终是用做装饰性涂料居多。
专利号为CN201510396989.7《一种新型低温固化环氧粉末涂料》专利中指出随着各国对能源的需求越来越大,降低能源消耗,保护环境成为企业发展的主体,开发低温固化涂料是解决通用型粉末涂料固化温度较高、适用范围窄、能源消耗大的一个重要方法,它利用双酚A型环氧树脂与改性交联剂很好的相容特点,使涂料具有优异的附着力、耐冲击、耐湿热等优点,填料采用沉淀硫酸钡和活性硅微粉使得涂料具有良好的耐酸性和耐碱性,但是由此发明制备的粉末涂料不能满足腐蚀、抗菌和防护领域的需求。本发明通过合理的配方设计制得的粉末涂料具有低的固化温度,扩大了应用前景,并且对树脂基体进行改性研究,使得粉末涂料的耐腐蚀、耐候、抗菌以及机械强度等得到有效的改善,满足了市场上对于装饰和防护领域各方面的要求。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种耐高温粉末涂料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种耐高温粉末涂料,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:四甲氧基甲基甘脲2-3、聚乳酸树脂7-9、硅溶胶2-3、氮化铝3-4、沸石6-7、聚甲基苯基硅氧烷0.3-0.5、滑石粉7-9、玻璃粉3-4、双氰胺固化剂3-4、聚四氟乙烯腊1-2、抗氧剂6260.4-0.5、通用流平剂0.4-0.5、环氧树脂E1290-100、酚醛树脂6-8、氯化稀土0.1-0.2、壳聚糖15-18、聚乙烯醇4-5。
所述一种耐高温粉末涂料,由以下具体步骤制备制成:
(1)将沸石浸渍到1mol/L的盐酸溶液中,控制温度在60-65℃下处理5.5-6h,取出,置于马弗炉中活化处理,活化温度为400-450℃,活化时间为3.5-4h,然后随炉冷却至室温;
(2)将碳酸氢铵用适量的水溶解后和步骤(1)制备的沸石粉末混合均匀,然后加热至水分蒸发,烘干后和硅溶胶、氮化铝混合搅拌均匀,烘干后粉碎备用;
(3)将壳聚糖溶于85%的乙酸溶液中,磁力搅拌均匀制成浓度为6-10%壳聚糖溶液,将聚乙烯醇用水溶解制成浓度为8-10%溶液,加热至80-85℃,然后将壳聚糖溶液加到聚乙烯醇水溶液中,再加入步骤(2)制备的产物超声分散均匀,静置脱泡得到纺丝原液;
(4)将酚醛树脂和氯化稀土混合,加热搅拌反应10-15min,当反应温度在80-85℃时恒温保持10-15min,然后将其加热至沸腾,在沸腾状态下保持3-4h,自然冷却至室温,再用75%的乙醇稀释制成浓度为10-12%的酚醛溶液,再加到步骤(3)制备的产物中混合搅拌均匀,经静电纺丝工艺制得复合纤维备用;
(5)将环氧树脂E12、双氰胺固化剂、聚乳酸树脂和步骤(4)制备的产物投入高混机中搅拌均匀,将其余剩余原料混合碎粉至100目,继续投入高速机中搅拌均匀,最后将混合的物料在70-80℃预热熔融混合20-30min后,冷却至室温,再粉碎成粒径为20-35μm的粉体,最后进行计量包装,出料。
本发明的优点是:本发明利用氯化稀土易失去电子反应活性高,与酚醛树脂反应生成极强的化学键,使其耐热、耐磨和耐腐蚀性等性能得到提高,利用壳聚糖本身无毒无害、广谱抗菌等特点和改性酚醛树脂、填料共混制备复合纤维,利用复合纤维与基体环氧树脂发生交联共聚反应,增加了体系的交联密度,提高了涂膜耐介质渗透能力,使其吸水率降低,耐开裂性得到提高,同时也提高了粉末涂料的耐腐蚀、抗菌及韧性等性能,改善了环氧树脂本身易脆易开裂贮存时间不长的缺点,添加的沸石和硅溶胶、氮化铝等大大的提高了涂料的耐高温、导热、耐老化、防火、防污等方面的性能,本发明制备的涂料能够高温环境下使用,具有优异的高保光性和耐温差的效果,绿色环保,值得推广。
具体实施方式
一种耐高温粉末涂料,由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制备制成:四甲氧基甲基甘脲2、聚乳酸树脂7、硅溶胶2、氮化铝3、沸石6、聚甲基苯基硅氧烷0.3、滑石粉7、玻璃粉3、双氰胺固化剂3、聚四氟乙烯腊1、抗氧剂6260.4、通用流平剂0.4、环氧树脂E1290、酚醛树脂6、氯化稀土0.1、壳聚糖15、聚乙烯醇4。
所述一种耐高温粉末涂料,由以下具体步骤制备制成:
(1)将沸石浸渍到1mol/L的盐酸溶液中,控制温度在60℃下处理5.5h,取出,置于马弗炉中活化处理,活化温度为400℃,活化时间为3.5h,然后随炉冷却至室温;
(2)将碳酸氢铵用适量的水溶解后和步骤(1)制备的沸石粉末混合均匀,然后加热至水分蒸发,烘干后和硅溶胶、氮化铝混合搅拌均匀,烘干后粉碎备用;
(3)将壳聚糖溶于85%的乙酸溶液中,磁力搅拌均匀制成浓度为6%壳聚糖溶液,将聚乙烯醇用水溶解制成浓度为8%溶液,加热至80℃,然后将壳聚糖溶液加到聚乙烯醇水溶液中,再加入步骤(2)制备的产物超声分散均匀,静置脱泡得到纺丝原液;
(4)将酚醛树脂和氯化稀土混合,加热搅拌反应10min,当反应温度在80℃时恒温保持10min,然后将其加热至沸腾,在沸腾状态下保持3h,自然冷却至室温,再用75%的乙醇稀释制成浓度为10%的酚醛溶液,再加到步骤(3)制备的产物中混合搅拌均匀,经静电纺丝工艺制得复合纤维备用;
(5)将环氧树脂E12、双氰胺固化剂、聚乳酸树脂和步骤(4)制备的产物投入高混机中搅拌均匀,将其余剩余原料混合碎粉至100目,继续投入高速机中搅拌均匀,最后将混合的物料在70℃预热熔融混合20min后,冷却至室温,再粉碎成粒径为20μm的粉体,最后进行计量包装,出料。
使用本发明制备的粉末涂料固化后涂膜性能如下:
漆膜外观平整光滑,表面色调一致,无颗粒、针孔、气泡、皱纹;附着力达到1级;耐盐雾试验:2000小时无异常;吸水率(5天,90℃):4.4%;抗冲击性能大于50cm;弯曲强度:5mm。
Claims (2)
1.一种耐高温粉末涂料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备制成:四甲氧基甲基甘脲2-3、聚乳酸树脂7-9、硅溶胶2-3、氮化铝3-4、沸石6-7、聚甲基苯基硅氧烷0.3-0.5、滑石粉7-9、玻璃粉3-4、双氰胺固化剂3-4、聚四氟乙烯腊1-2、抗氧剂6260.4-0.5、通用流平剂0.4-0.5、环氧树脂E1290-100、酚醛树脂6-8、氯化稀土0.1-0.2、壳聚糖15-18、聚乙烯醇4-5。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种耐高温粉末涂料,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制备制成:
(1)将沸石浸渍到1mol/L的盐酸溶液中,控制温度在60-65℃下处理5.5-6h,取出,置于马弗炉中活化处理,活化温度为400-450℃,活化时间为3.5-4h,然后随炉冷却至室温;
(2)将碳酸氢铵用适量的水溶解后和步骤(1)制备的沸石粉末混合均匀,然后加热至水分蒸发,烘干后和硅溶胶、氮化铝混合搅拌均匀,烘干后粉碎备用;
(3)将壳聚糖溶于85%的乙酸溶液中,磁力搅拌均匀制成浓度为6-10%壳聚糖溶液,将聚乙烯醇用水溶解制成浓度为8-10%溶液,加热至80-85℃,然后将壳聚糖溶液加到聚乙烯醇水溶液中,再加入步骤(2)制备的产物超声分散均匀,静置脱泡得到纺丝原液;
(4)将酚醛树脂和氯化稀土混合,加热搅拌反应10-15min,当反应温度在80-85℃时恒温保持10-15min,然后将其加热至沸腾,在沸腾状态下保持3-4h,自然冷却至室温,再用75%的乙醇稀释制成浓度为10-12%的酚醛溶液,再加到步骤(3)制备的产物中混合搅拌均匀,经静电纺丝工艺制得复合纤维备用;
(5)将环氧树脂E12、双氰胺固化剂、聚乳酸树脂和步骤(4)制备的产物投入高混机中搅拌均匀,将其余剩余原料混合碎粉至100目,继续投入高速机中搅拌均匀,最后将混合的物料在70-80℃预热熔融混合20-30min后,冷却至室温,再粉碎成粒径为20-35μm的粉体,最后进行计量包装,出料。
