Abstract

本发明提供一种抗静电/阻燃车用XPE环保发泡材料及制备方法,主要由下述重量份的原料制备而成:PE树脂60~80份,抗静电剂4~8份,自制复合阻燃剂20~30份,发泡剂5~20份,交联剂2~5份,发泡助剂3~5份。经过单螺杆挤出机中挤出XPE母片、压光、发泡炉进行连续常压发泡、冷却定形、裁切卷取制备而成;本发明把抗静电、阻燃性能融入到XPE发泡材料中,配方简单科学,产品既具有抗静电性能又具有阻燃性能,化学物理性能稳定,彻底消除静电感应和易燃性,是一种安全、无毒、无味、节能环保的发泡材料。

抗静电/阻燃车用XPE环保发泡材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于高分子泡沫材料领域,具体涉及抗静电/阻燃车用XPE环保发泡材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
XPE即化学交联聚乙烯发泡材料,是用低密度聚乙烯树脂加交联剂和发泡剂经过高温连续发泡而成,与EPE(物理发泡聚乙烯,俗称珍珠棉)相比,抗拉强度更高,泡孔更细。XPE是汽车、空调保温的理想材料,近年在体育休闲用品市场上发展迅速,如冲浪板、防潮垫、瑜伽垫等。在建筑上也有一定的用途,在阻燃材料上有更广泛的应用。近来在汽车、包装行业应用广泛。
XPE是非交联闭孔结构,又称化学交联PE,是一种新型环保的包装材料。它由低密度聚乙烯脂经物理发泡产生无数的独立气泡构成。但目前XPE发泡材料用于车饰领域,如遇高温,因不阻燃易融化甚至燃烧,找会造成严重损失,因此,市场急需同时具有抗静电和阻燃性能的XPE环保发泡材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗静电/阻燃车用XPE环保发泡材料及制备方法,提供一种安全、无毒、无味、节能环保的发泡材料。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
抗静电/阻燃车用XPE环保发泡材料,主要由下述重量份的原料制备而成:PE树脂60~80份,抗静电剂4~8份,自制复合阻燃剂20~30份,发泡剂5~20份,交联剂2~5份,发泡助剂3~5份。
优选的,主要由下述重量份的原料制备而成:PE树脂70份,抗静电剂6份,自制复合阻燃剂25份,发泡剂15份,交联剂4份,发泡助剂4份。
自制复合阻燃剂为:十溴二苯乙烷、三氧化二俤、氢氧化铝,其重量比为1:1:2。
抗静电剂为导电炭黑。
发泡剂为AC发泡剂。
交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯。
发泡助剂为氧化锌或者硬脂酸锌。
抗静电/阻燃车用XPE环保发泡材料的制备方法,所述方法包括如下:
(1)将原料混合加入单螺杆挤出机中挤出XPE母片;
(2)接着放入三辊压光机对XPE母片进行光洁处理;
(3)再将其放入发泡炉进行连续常压发泡;
(4)对发泡后的XPE发泡片材于冷却定形架进行冷却定形;
(5)对定形后的XPE发泡片材于裁切机进行裁切,及对裁切后的XPE发泡片材于收卷机进行卷取。
发泡炉的条件为:温度180~230度。
本发明的优点在于:XPE具有隔水防潮、防震、隔音、保温、可塑性能佳、韧性强、循环再造、环保、抗撞力强等诸多优点,亦具有很好的抗化学性能,克服了普通发泡胶易碎、变形、回复性差的缺点是传统包装材料的理想替代品。本发明把抗静电、阻燃性能融入到XPE发泡材料中,配方简单科学,产品既具有抗静电性能又具有阻燃性能,化学物理性能稳定,彻底消除静电感应和易燃性,是一种安全、无毒、无味、节能环保的发泡材料。
具体实施方式
抗静电/阻燃车用XPE环保发泡材料,主要由下述重量份的原料制备而成:PE树脂60~80份,抗静电剂4~8份,自制复合阻燃剂20~30份,发泡剂5~20份,交联剂2~5份,发泡助剂3~5份。
自制复合阻燃剂为:十溴二苯乙烷、三氧化二俤、氢氧化铝,其重量比为1:1:2。
抗静电剂为导电炭黑。
发泡剂为AC发泡剂。
交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯。

自制复合阻燃剂为:十溴二苯乙烷、三氧化二俤、氢氧化铝,其重量比为1:1:2。
抗静电剂为导电炭黑。
发泡剂为AC发泡剂。
交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯。
发泡助剂为氧化锌。

发泡炉的条件为:温度200度。
测量方法
1、表面电阻率:先确认抗静电发泡材料的100V的DC电压,再测量电流后换算为电阻率(ASTMD257)。
2、氧指数测定:参照标准GB8332-1987泡沫塑料燃烧性能试验方法水平燃烧法。
测试结果可知,本发明所获得的发泡材料,各项技术指标达到相应的标准要求,如阻燃效果明显(氧指数大于31),具有很好的抗静电能力(表面电阻率低于107Ω/sq),作为一款功能性发泡材料,具有很好的市场潜力。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。

Claims (8)

1.抗静电/阻燃车用XPE环保发泡材料,其特征在于:主要由下述重量份的原料制备而成:PE树脂60~80份,抗静电剂4~8份,自制复合阻燃剂20~30份,发泡剂5~20份,交联剂2~5份,发泡助剂3~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电/阻燃车用XPE环保发泡材料,其特征在于:主要由下述重量份的原料制备而成:PE树脂70份,抗静电剂6份,自制复合阻燃剂25份,发泡剂15份,交联剂4份,发泡助剂4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电/阻燃车用XPE环保发泡材料,其特征在于:自制复合阻燃剂为:十溴二苯乙烷、三氧化二俤、氢氧化铝,其重量比为1:1:2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电/阻燃车用XPE环保发泡材料,其特征在于:抗静电剂为导电炭黑。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电/阻燃车用XPE环保发泡材料,其特征在于:发泡剂为AC发泡剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电/阻燃车用XPE环保发泡材料,其特征在于:发泡助剂为氧化锌或者硬脂酸锌。
7.一种如权利要求1所述的抗静电/阻燃车用XPE环保发泡材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述方法包括如下:
(1)将原料混合加入单螺杆挤出机中挤出XPE母片;
(2)接着放入三辊压光机对XPE母片进行光洁处理;
(3)再将其放入发泡炉进行连续常压发泡;
(4)对发泡后的XPE发泡片材于冷却定形架进行冷却定形;
(5)对定形后的XPE发泡片材于裁切机进行裁切,及对裁切后的XPE发泡片材于收卷机进行卷取。
8.根据权利要求7所述的抗静电/阻燃车用XPE环保发泡材料的制备方法,其特征在于:发泡炉的条件为:温度180~230度。
