本发明公开了一种竹塑胶合板及其加工工艺,包括由竹木碎料组成的芯层,所述芯层中间夹放或正反两面铺放若干竹条作为横向筋组成芯胚层,所述芯胚层上设有竹帘或竹条作为纵向筋层,所述纵向筋层上设置含有重质碳酸钙的PVC薄板片作为产品面层,与现有技术相比,本发明芯层原料来源广泛,取之不尽,属于材料高效率循环利用的产品;以由PVC材料作为产品面层替代传统以竹席或其他面层,提高了产品的耐磨性能而延长使用寿命;以竹条或竹帘作为产品的纵横向受力结构,便于制造成型,可根据产品使用的实际需要通过调整纵横向竹条的比重以达到产品调整纵横向强度的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及竹木材与塑料胶合制板的技术领域,特别是一种竹塑胶合板及其加工工艺。
背景技术
我国的竹子分布广泛,竹林面积大,竹子因其易生长、生长周期短等特点,成为了热门的加工原材料。竹胶板是以毛竹材料做主要架构和填充材料,经高压成坯高温固化而成的板材。竹胶板有硬度高,抗折,抗压力强,耐磨性能好,吸水膨胀率低等特点,主要用途有:建筑模板、混凝土砌块砖生产用竹胶托板、汽车车箱箱体板和箱底板、火车车箱箱板和底板、集装箱板、冷冻船板、装饰用竹地板及其他各种相关需要用板材。又由于竹材易于培育,四年以上就可砍伐,成材快,因此,以竹代木是国家政策支持并要求大力发展的导向,而竹胶板的制造应用是以竹代木的最集中表现;
目前竹胶板生产方法较多,其结构一般由竹帘或竹片等制成的芯层,其表面一般以竹席或以木单板或者再加复膜压模而成,这样的传统竹胶合板加工办法生产的竹胶合板产品,产品芯层难免出现缝隙或者产品吸水膨胀率偏大及表面耐磨性不高之缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种基于以PVC塑胶板为表面层的竹塑胶合板及其加工工艺,提升产品强度,降低生产成本,又提高耐磨性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种竹塑胶合板,包括由竹木碎料组成的芯层,所述芯层中间夹放或正反两面铺放若干竹条作为横向筋组成芯胚层,所述芯胚层上设有竹帘或竹条作为纵向筋层,所述纵向筋层上设置含有重质碳酸钙的PVC薄板片作为产品面层,所述芯胚层中竹条间隔分布且呈横向布置在芯层上,所述纵向筋层中竹帘或竹条呈纵向布置在芯胚层上,所述面层为PVC材质。
为实现上述目的,本发明还提出了一种竹塑胶合板加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
a)芯胚层的制作:用竹木碎料经浸粘胶合剂后作为芯层,芯层中间夹放或正反两面铺放若干竹条作为横向筋组成芯胚层,胶合剂采用酚醛树脂粘合剂,竹木碎料为竹碎料、木碎料或两者的混合物,芯层的竹木碎料添加有废旧碎料或由废旧碎料代替,所述废旧碎料由废旧竹胶板或废旧木胶板粉碎制得;
b)纵向筋层的制作:在步骤a中芯胚层的上、下两面对称铺设浸粘胶合剂的竹帘或竹条作为纵向筋层,胶合剂采用酚醛树脂粘合剂;
c)面层制作:在步骤b中纵向筋层的上、下两面铺设含有50~70%重质碳酸钙的PVC薄板片得到毛坯板,PVC薄板片由聚氯乙烯与重质碳酸钙混合后挤压制成,所述重质碳酸钙的含量为50~70%;
d)热压固化及成品加工处理:将步骤c得到的毛坯板进行分段式热压固化,首先3.0~3.5MPa,温度为140℃条件下热压,热压时间为20min,在2.0~2.8MPa,温度为120℃条件下保压固化,保压时间为30~40min,对其进行打磨和锯边制得成品。
本发明的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明原料来源广泛,以竹木碎料或者旧板碎料为主原材料,且生产成本低;表面层取用含重质碳酸钙的PVC材料,能成倍提升产品耐磨性能,延长使用寿命,又能增强胶合效果;通过添加竹条或竹帘,增强纵向的受力和横向抗牵拉能力,提升产品品质,且能够根据强度要求调整竹条或竹帘的厚度,加工也十分便捷,方便制造成型,可根据产品使用的实际需要通过调整纵横向竹条的比重以达到产品调整纵横向强度的目的。

参阅图1,本发明竹塑胶合板,包括由竹木碎料组成的芯层1,所述芯层1中间夹放或正反两面铺放若干竹条作为横向筋组成芯胚层2,所述芯胚层2上设有竹帘或竹条作为纵向筋层3,所述纵向筋层3上设置含有重质碳酸钙的PVC薄板片作为产品面层4。
具体的,所述芯胚层2中竹条间隔分布且呈横向布置在芯层1上,采用竹条作为横向的受力材料,提高横向抗牵拉能力,能够固定形状。
具体的,所述纵向筋层3中竹帘或竹条呈纵向布置在芯胚层2上,竹条与竹帘的厚度取用可取决于产品纵向强度的需要来定,增强纵向的受力强度。
具体的,所述面层4为PVC材质,厚度为2毫米左右,能达到产品耐磨的效果。
本发明竹塑胶合板的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
a)芯胚层的制作:用竹木碎料经浸粘胶合剂后作为芯层,芯层中间夹放或正反两面铺放若干竹条作为横向筋组成芯胚层,胶合剂采用酚醛树脂粘合剂,脲醛树脂胶接固化产品释放游离甲醛造成的环境污染,环氧树脂胶合剂虽然不会出现这问题,但是制作竹胶板的成本会明显增高。水溶性酚醛树脂胶对竹木制品具有较强的粘结性,其耐热、耐水、耐老化性能好;竹木碎料为竹碎料、木碎料或两者任意比例的混合物,竹木碎料添加有废旧碎料或由废旧碎料代替,所述废旧碎料由废旧竹胶板或废旧木胶板粉碎制得。
b)纵向筋层的制作:在步骤a)中芯胚层的上、下两面对称铺设浸粘胶合剂的竹帘或竹条作为纵向筋层;
c)面层制作:在步骤b)中纵向筋层的上、下两面铺设含有重质碳酸钙的PVC薄板片得到毛坯板;
d)热压固化及成品加工处理:将步骤c)得到的毛坯板进行热压固化制成坯板后,对其进行打磨和锯边制得成品。
具体的,所述步骤c)的PVC薄板片由聚氯乙烯与重质碳酸钙混合制成,所述重质碳酸钙的含量为50%。重质碳酸钙是由天然碳酸盐矿物如方解石、大理石、石灰石磨碎而成。是常用的粉状无机填料,具有化学纯度高、惰性大、不易化学反应、热稳定性好、在400℃以下不会分解、白度高、吸油率低、折光率低、质软、干燥、不含结晶水、硬度低磨耗值小、无毒、无味、无臭、分散性好等优点。采用重质碳酸钙与聚氯乙烯混合,提高面层的耐磨性能,同时又能与酚醛树脂胶更好的胶合,提高产品质量。
具体的,所述步骤d)中将毛坯板进行分段式热压固化,首先3.0~3.5MPa,温度为140℃条件下热压,热压时间为20min,在2.0~2.8MPa,温度为120℃条件下保压固化,保压时间为30~40min。

1.一种竹塑胶合板,其特征在于:包括由竹木碎料组成的芯层(1),所述芯层(1)中间夹放或正反两面铺放若干竹条作为横向筋组成芯胚层(2),所述芯胚层(2)上设有竹帘或竹条作为纵向筋层(3),所述纵向筋层(3)上设置含有重质碳酸钙的PVC薄板片作为产品面层(4),所述芯胚层(2)中竹条间隔分布且呈横向布置在芯层(1)上,所述纵向筋层(3)中竹帘或竹条呈纵向布置在芯胚层(2)上,所述面层(4)为PVC材质;
所述竹塑胶合板的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
a)芯胚层的制作:用竹木碎料经浸粘胶合剂后作为芯层,芯层中间夹放或正反两面铺放若干竹条作为横向筋组成芯胚层,胶合剂采用酚醛树脂粘合剂,竹木碎料为竹碎料、木碎料或两者的混合物,芯层的竹木碎料添加有废旧碎料或由废旧碎料代替,所述废旧碎料由废旧竹胶板或废旧木胶板粉碎制得;

d)热压固化及成品加工处理:将步骤c)得到的毛坯板进行分段式热压固化,首先3.0~3.5MPa,温度为140℃条件下热压,热压时间为20min,在2.0~2.8MPa,温度为120℃条件下保压固化,保压时间为30~40min,对其进行打磨和锯边制得成品。
